Dear Sir,

This is SANJEEV SARDANA, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
It is extremely disheartening...

I have several issues with this credit card account of ICICI bank and had tried to settle this account in past[protected], but collection executives employed by ICICI Bank took undue advantage and gave me false commitments regarding settlement. If such is the case with ICICI bank then i'm sure u r loosing your brand value from your customer and i think they are your third party collection vendors for sure....

I was holding few HDFC top 200 mutual fund units through ICICI direct & at same time I was holding major investing in same mutual fund through HDFC fund.

On 26-Nov-2012 I sold (redemption order) my all ICICI direct units (60.253) through ICICI Direct website. System accepted order & it was about 12986.57 INR. Please see ICICI Direct Order Page soft copy attached.

I Dhaval Sharma, have account in ICICI bank.
On 31/12/2013, I was trying to withdrawal some money from Shalimar Garden(Shahibad) ATM.
After trying 10-15 times I was able to get 10,000 as mystatement.

But on 04/01/2013, Bank self debited my ac by 5000(ATM TXN/3112/SEVDA601/DT31.12).

I have multiple issues with ICICI bank and would like to take legal actions against them by registering a complaint in customer forum court. Can i know the details of how to do that....

I have opened a salary account with ICICI Bank,Jatani Branch; though its more than 15 days, they are not activating my account for which i am unable to withdraw my salary. This is regards to the cheque book delivery, I requested for new cheque book and I got the intimation the cheque book is despatched to the address mentioned through courier.

The best part of the courier service is they come with cheque book on working day and working hours so I am not available at home but family member is there and he informs that he is not giving the cheque book and is returning the same to the bank.
