I want to lodge a complaint against Pawan Kumar working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated at Barahkhamba Road, Delhi. One of My Cousin has taken a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and is unable to pay off because of some loss in his business. He has given my reference just for the reference. But now I am getting HARRASING THREATS from ICICI Bank recovery team to pay the amount. Even he started calling at my office phone and doing misbehave with the staff members. This is really annoying and ridiculous to call on office numbers. I got 7 calls today itself from[protected].

Please take a quick action against him.

    I had registered for the Money2India service on 4th March 2013. Following which I received a mail 5th March that I need to submit certain documents for verification. I submitted all the required documents on 6th March.

    However, I received the same mail requesting for the documents on 7th March, then again on 8th March.
    I called up customer service and was told that the documents have been received and I need to wait.

    However, on 15th March I sent a reminder mail checking for the status of my request. In reply of which I received the same mail again requesting for the documents for verification on 16th March. Then the same mail was received again on 18th March.

    I called up customer service again and was told that my documents have been received and I need to wait for another day.
    Then on 19th March, I received another mail to verify my SSN number.
    The SSN number was entered in my profile right from the beginning. However, I updated it again and replied to the mail on 19th March itself to confirm that I have updated the SSN number,

    However, on 21st March I received another mail that my request will be addressed in another week!!
    I called up customer service again and was told that the service will be activated within next 24 hours. Guess what.. I waited for 1 more day but the service is not yet activated. No mail from the bank as well.

    This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life.
    Regret to say that it is the worst bank to deal with.

      Ever since I have started using services of ICICI Bank, there has been a delay every single time and the reason stated is system issue!! 2 years back when I had applied for a credit card it was delivered to me after nearly 3 months. This time after 2 years when I have applied for another card - again delay its already been over 1 month. Every other bank delivers the credit card within 15-20 days.

      I don't even want to indulge into stating that last time when I had applied for a card with this bank, the benefits promised were not given at all. I was duped. I am a savings account as well as FD holder. Every Time whether its credit card, FD or savings account - try using their services - There is a system issue and there is always a delay.

      It is impossible to raise a complaint for 2 reasons -
      1) Customer care process doesn't allow them to raise a complaint
      2) The web-site is never capable to take a complaint

      As expected, despite regular complaints to customer care and request for call back and regular follow-ups, there has been absolutely no response from the Bank.

      Even as of today, the customer care person says that it would take 7-10 working days to deliver the card. They have been telling me this same thing over the past 3 weeks!! Only God knows when those 7-10 working days would get over. It has already been over 1.5 months since I have applied for the card.

        I had applied for a home loan from ICICI but due to long processing time i had to cancel it.

        The person from ICICI stated that only when the loan is dispersed when the processing fees of Rs. 11236.00 will be deducted from my account. This happened in the mid of Jan 2013 but the ICICI cashed a cheque of Rs. 11236.00 which is unethical and disgusting.

        When i speak about this at customer care i do not get a reply.Disgusting service.

        BANKS — Processing fee charges for Home loan

        Topic : HOME LOAN

        Presently banks are charging processing fee based on the sanctioned loan amount. This should be charged on actual loan availed rather than sanctioned amt.
        Eg Loan sanctioned is 40L. Actual loan required is 20L. In this the processing fee should be charged on 20L instead of 40L.

          ICICI Bank — wrong transaction

          I soni sinha, atm no-[protected] want to complaint for wrong transaction on 27/10/08. I hav got error message"TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL" but that amount of Rs4520 was deducted from my accout.

          On date 20/09/2008 I had not withdrawn any amount from ATM but the withdrawal of Rs 10020 is shown on account statement, also for this transaction I did not get any SMS.After that complaint made on date 26/10/2008 and 11/01/2009 to your phone banking officer complaint no is 91983457 and 92744467 but till today no response from your side. Please look into the matter .
          For contacting the phone-banking officer we have to spend minimum 20 to 30 Min on phone, response is very poor.

          ICICI Bank — wrong transaction

          ICICI Bank......Bank!!!........a bunch of crooks.
          Had this horrible experience with RD account... they debited more installments than they were supposed to.
          Didnt refund the extra installment even after compain lodged after one hour spend over phone banking...one hour..that pathetic.
          Didnt not credit the amount on maturity.....was made to beg for another one hour over phone banking.
          And all this happened.......because of technical error?
          We are just being taken for a ride....this is banking at its worst.

            Fake call using icici creditcard name

            February 19, 2013. I have received a call from the number [protected] one person introduce himself that his name was prshant manager from icici card Deli and told me that a special offer from icici card we offer you a lifetime unlimit credit card .he said me .it will came to you in 7 working days .along with this card one discount card also given .with this card you get 9 gifts free for this offer you have to pay handling charge in fever of suparsaver Plus Pack" cost Rs.6,399/-they done the transaction but I didn't get any card and gift .the transaction number is 683041.i confirmed the above said number to your help center they told me yes it is icici card delhi number so that only i make the payment but now my bill was generated the amount was not reverse, today morning i made a complaint at icici help center also. so kindly take this complaint a serious one and give me a solution at the earliest ( Note: - their no is [protected].)

            ICICI Bank Credit Card — charges in bill without using

            i hven't done the tansaction and also informed the callcentre of the bank and they also assured me to wipe off these charges but the charges in my bill are still occuring

            ICICI Credit Card — Charged for a fake bill

            I am a retired General Manager of a public sector bank, and also worked with RBI as Officer on Special Duty (on deputation). In my March, 08, credit card bill an amount of Rs 4045.97
            (Radisson Delhi). I stay in Varanasi and had nothing to do with the hotel Radisson Delhi.
            As a good customer, I made the payment, but immdiately lodged the complaint. Since then I have been following up the matter with different officers of the bank. The bank did not have courtsey even to ack my letters.
            If the bank can be so immune to customers' grievances with its unfriendly and non-cooperative attitude, how it can claim to be an efficient and customer friendly bank.
            If a retired senior officer of PSB and RBI can be dumped like this by ICICI, God save the Aam Aadmi.

            ICICI Bank — Fake Credit Card charges

            Hi,

            I had a credit card from icici bank held from last 2 years with a credit limit of 20, 000 and in the month of may 08 I have a total bill of 22, 647 which I told them to collect & close my card. The agent came to me after due date to collect my bill & I paid him the total bill & cancel my card after calling to customer care. again on june they sent me a bill of 675/- for late payment. That I also paid 0n 5 th july before the due date on 7th july and now I got a bill of another 695/- in this month. how can I have two bills when I have no existing card from last 2 months. Please help...

            Got a call today morning from the no - [protected] claiming that he is calling from ICICI Bank card and as I am holding clean history bank is offering me a discount card with 6 benefits for which I have to pay 6399/- which will be reversed in the next billing cycle. He then said that I will receive a call from ICICI Bank verification department for IVR verification where in will have to key in card details for paying the amount.
            After few minutes I got a call from the no - [protected] (Delhi no) confirming again the 6 benefits and was asking for card no, expiry date etc. As I knew its a fraud and I was playing with them but at the end I blasted them left and right with lots of abuse.

              My mother deposited Rs. 5,000 as FD in the name of my son then 5-year old in year 1995, with my mother's name on the FD as the grand mother and natural guardian. My mother died in 2007. Though subsequently we submitted a request to convert the FD in the sole name of my son and produced death certificate, ICICI Bank Kollam refused to either release the amount with interest or even convert the FD into the sole name of my son and retain the deposit thereat. Our repeated contacts have failed to evoke any response all these years which is highly frustrating. The deposit amount is too small may be for the mighty bank to consider.

                In regards to the amount that was charged without Intimation for my CC Ending with **** **** **** 4005 under the name Boddeti Srikanth.

                Its quite disgusting with the ICICI Team that without Informing the customer about the due and taking away the amount which is 10 times more than the Interest that I actually pay on monthly bases. I'm going to raise the same in social networking sites as well for the fraud that you people do.

                    Am receiving wrong calls from icici bank from these numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for the past one year. They are asking for a person called velumani. I do not know this person. He has given my number and cheated these people it seams. Evenafter telling them that its a wrong call they are threatening me to pay the amount he has cheated. They are calling me 25-30 times daily. When my 7 mth old kid was hospitalized and struggling for life these people called me and asking for the same person. Still the call his coming. Kindly handle this problem. Please tell me what should i do to stop them calling me.

                      loans.icicibank.com is worst site. simply wasting of time.

                      for credit card application they have collected documents from me 2 times and taken 3 months time and finally told that they can not process

                      i have applied credit card online , it is simply wasting of customers time. they have processed my application and told that my communication address is wrong. the funny thing is that i am customer of icici and i have taken personal loan few days back

                        Hi,

                        I took 10 Lakhs personal loan from ICICI in Jan 2013. I was told by ICICI Relationship Manager and ICICI sales person that I get 0% pre payment charges as corporate offer. RM promised me that I will get that mentioned in welcome letter, but i didn't get that and I got as usual 5%. When I called him he said he will send new welcome letter with pre payment waiver with in 10 days. Now it has been 45 days but nothing happened. I talked to him about this issue for more than 10 times before raising a complaint at ICICI site.

                        I raised complaint twice and we get message that they will contact us in 7 days but it never happened, finally I escalated it to "Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service", still no call. ICICI bank doesn't maintain any track of these complaints as we don’t get any confirmation email or any complaint number to track.

                        Initially I thought it is only few employees are cheating but now I believe entire bank runs on cheating, I cannot believe they are doing this to a customer who has Savings account, ICICI prudential and Loan customer.

                        Dear sir, I had an savings account number[protected] in Nalgonda branch It was said to me that I was selected as pre- qualified customer to get credit card and it has been dispatched on 05/02/2016 but your team has quoted delivery address incorrect so bluedart courier service has been sent back and it was resent again on 12th February through speed post and to my surprise when I have tracked status it is showing that delivery mis sent and they are again sending it back I don't know why it is happening repeatedly. Too much of negligence to send a credit card then upon what trust should I continue my account I got vexed and fed up I don't need any credit card tell your responsible team to go hell with that Very soon I even switch my account. Worst service ever experienced

                        It seems ICICI bank is cheating with so many people, i suggest change your bank's name to cheat fund bank. Since long time i have been also complaing that a nominal recharge of Rs. 149/- was done for my Reliance Jio connection which failed from payment gateway which was also confirmed by JIO but you people don't even bother to reverse the amount and when i email you raising the concern what reply i get is elaborate your concern though i already had mentioned every detail along with all possible screenshots to make it clear that recharge was unsuccessful but than who cares you are busy in cheating more people. Anyway my savings account no.[protected], i wrote this message out of frustration because i have no faith in ICICI Bank, officials might reply to this letter to pretend that they are helpful but they will never resolve the issue. Keep earning crores of rupees by cheating small amounts from hundreds of people every day.

                            I have an ICICI account for past 5 years, account #[protected]. The account had been started by my then employer as a salary account. When I left the employer after a couple of years, I was asked to convert the account to savings account.

                            I sometimes have problems maintaining the balance of 10,000/ in my account and would have to use it in emergency. From this year, I tried my best to keep a steady amount of 10,000/-. But all my hard work was in vain when this happened few days back.

                            I was charged these out of nowhere when I am trying to keep this account and not close it. I have other accounts in SBI and HDFC and never seen such things happen. When a customer is trying his best to keep up with your rules, why do you discourage him like this. Now I am not sure if my hard earned money can be allowed to be taken away like this.

                            I would request you to please channel back the deducted amount to my account and I keeping monthly balance as per your rules would be my assurance. Failing to take any steps from your side leaves me no choice but to close the account. I did not expect such a thing from ICICI.

                              I had applied for a home loan from ICICI and it ultimately was cancelled. The person from ICICI stated that only when the loan is dispersed when the processing fees of Rs. 12000 will be deducted from my account. This happened in the mid of Feb and when I asked to cancel i was informed that a fee of Rs. 562 was non refundable but the agent cashed a cheque of Rs. 12000 which is unethical and disgusting.

                              When i speak about this at customer care i do not get a reply, no callbacks, they disconnect the call after been on hold for long time. NEVER Banking with this bank ever. disgusting service.

                              ICICI Bank — Unethical deduction

                              Hi,

                              I would like a register a complaint against ICICI bank. This so called world class bank charged me when i was trying to withdraw money from other bank's atm even though I had sufficient balance in my account.
                              Charge code is ATM DEC CHG.

                              And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason?

                              While I am holding account with sufficient balance, and if I am using other bank ATM, then its also legal as per RBI rule. Can the forum please help me out in this.

I have received a call from the number [protected] one person introduce himself that his name was Tina senior manager from ICICI card Deli and told me that a special offer from ICICI card we offer you a "Supersaver Plus Pack" cost Rs.6,399/- absolutely freeof cost he also told first it will reflect your bill but at the time of bill generat the amount will not reflect in your bill the amount will be paid by ICICI card so you need not pay any money I confirmed the above said number to your help center they told me yes it is ICICI card delhi number so that only i make the payment but now my bill was generated the amount was not reverse.And I already Paid that amount also to ICICI credit card bank.

                                  Purchased two wheeler from Radhu & Radhu Agencies through ICICI bank. the vehicle cost Rs. 45758 /- document charge Rs. 862/- and interest Rs. 1310/- totally i have to paid Rs. 47930/-. ok. Initially i paid Rs. 14973/- to mentioned agencies directly. then monthly emi Rs. 1967 x 17 months = 33439/- totally i paid to them 48412/- so far. so i paid all amount to them. but no issue NOC to me. they ask sum of Rs. 1967 for more from me. i dont know why they ask more from me. no body to come to explain me. i seen that branch's staff and manager toomuch time. no use

                                    my name is Ram Babu Pal .some months back i had applied for agency in icici prodential life insurance co ,samastipur.I didnot appeard in exam due to some problem .my pan card still shows linked with icici prudential.
                                    Now i want to work with a NGO and as rule NGO cannot provide me salary as long as my pan shws linked with icici.
                                    regarding this i have visited concorn branch to remove it but they are not doing needful to dettach it.please help me to get it resolved.
