I took 10 Lakhs personal loan from ICICI in Jan 2013. I was told by ICICI Relationship Manager and ICICI sales person that I get 0% pre payment charges as corporate offer. RM promised me that I will get that mentioned in welcome letter, but i didn't get that and I got as usual 5%. When I called him he said he will send new welcome letter with pre payment waiver with in 10 days. Now it has been 45 days but nothing happened....

As per the above subject i am getting continuous calls from +[protected], ICICI bank collection department by a person called rajesh. First time he called and asked for a person whome i dont know and told me that he had taken a loan and his mobile is switched off. so he is calling me daily 3-4 times and speaks by using bad words.
Please help me to avoide the phone calls....

I have an ICICI account for past 5 years, account #[protected]. The account had been started by my then employer as a salary account. When I left the employer after a couple of years, I was asked to convert the account to savings account.

I had applied for a home loan from ICICI and it ultimately was cancelled. The person from ICICI stated that only when the loan is dispersed when the processing fees of Rs. 12000 will be deducted from my account. I have got charged three times for 28.09 rupees. I called customer service they say it is because i tried transaction of amount larger than in my account.
My points are : I tried it in one day and with in 5 minutes then why there are 3 times deduction its obvious to attempt again if transaction failed.
Service care guy told that they can refund only one in life time. so I have to pay for atleast 2 times among these...
