    This complaint is regarding the two pairs of shoes i purchased from the bata store. I got it for 1200, i wore them at the store for checking size etc. I was very excited to wear them, but when i wore and walk down just for a kilometer, my foot got injured from back, my whole day was gone worst due to this as i was on the way to my office. And then i think the other pair of shoe would be good, but when i wore the other one that also bite my foot from front and upper portion also, it was very difficult to walk, i got stuck to buy them. Very unhappy with the products. I really feel being cheated as i never faced any problem of shoe biting before now.

    I don't feel like wearing them again. Please take some action asap!

      I have purchased a bata shue on 16/09/18 worth rs.1699/-
      And its transation number was[protected]. But it is completely damaged even though it was regular used. Its out sole and plain toe were separated in a short period. While i contact the bata show room, karamana, trivandrum, kerala they told that they will not provide the warranty without the bill. My bill were lost. But my purchase date, mobile number and transaction number all are kept in the show room. But that people not co operating for giving warranty and they wants cash for service. Please help to provide a solution. I wish to replace the product.

        I am writing this mail to highlight the issue which i have confronted during purchase of items from your authorised shop “ bata shoe store c 8, sector - 3 vasundhra ghaziabad, uttar pradesh (09)”.

        Issue : i have received gift voucher of inr 3000 from sbi credit card for bata/hush puppies (Screenshot attached), to redeem the same i went to the bata shop address mentioned above on 7th nov-18 and purchased footwears.
        I have purchased items of cost inr 2618 and billing person asked me to share the voucher code, after i shared the voucher code he has prepared the bill and later informed me that voucher has been applied and now i cannot redeem the remaining amount of inr 382, i was in complete surprise as he didn’t informed me in the first place that the remaining amount will not be utilised in future and directly prepared the bill without taking my consent.

        Also, after i raised my grievance that as a customer i should be informed about this condition before redeeming the voucher in the system, they misbehaved with me and told me that i am behaving in a childish manner for which i felt offended, this is not the way your employee should talk to customers.

        They also told me that this is completely my mistake as i should have purchased item of inr 3000 and lately without giving me any solution prepared the bill (Attached).

        Expecting necessary steps and action.

        Very poor service in exchange of Hush puppies shoes. Jayanagar Store 4th Block had intentionally offered me Size 8 instead of size 9. When asked for change of size Storehas refused. Please take action urgently.

          Hi i bought a bata sandal, which got damaged and distressed within a week time.. I reported to d manager of bata show room where i bought it (Shollinganallur, chennai) and he asked to leave a complaint in the bata website... I have warranty period for my sandals too.. Kindly make arrangements to change these amaged sandals.. I am a regular customer of bata, felt satisfied with the longevity of bata shoes and sandals.. Complaint like this never happened to any of the bata products that i bought.. Hence i was shocked.. Kindly make arrangements or intimation to the concerned (Shollinganallur, bata show room near the signal) to exchange the damaged gladiator kind of sandals

            I bought waterproof shoes from bata figured it will be available throughout the year on[protected], and now on on 5 of november 2018 the sole of my 7000 rupees shoes have eroded half way. I trusted bata to give me better product. After all the school shoes used to last for ages. I'm so disappointed, it is not like i bought shoes from road side vendor i bought it from mall with bata flagship and everything. If i didn't hesitate while paying then i don't deserve a faulty product. After all i don't use to walk on fire. It is all erosion

                bata shareholder coupons not received

                Hi, my name is ketan kulkarni. I hold bata shares in demat form. Every year bata provides bata shareholder coupons to all shareholders. However, i have not received the bata shareholders discount coupons this year. This has resulted in a delay in me making my annual purchases from bata. I request you to look into the same.

                2.in both cases, mentioned above, i have not received the bata coupons, which enable me and my wife to buy bata footwears, with some discount, so far. May i request you to please send the same, at the earliest at the address given below:-

                  Your employees of 12 madhusudan banerjee road belgharia kolkata 700083 north 24 parganas are using illegal latrine at 11 madhusudan banerjee road belgharia kolkata 700083 north 24 parganas by floating trespassing act of india u/s 441 ipc act 1860 even after giving email complaint to your executive director earlier.
                  It is shocking that how company like the stature of bata india rented showroom without having washroom in their premises thus their employees are compelling to take resort to trespassing for using illegal latrine at 11 madhusudan banerjee road belgharia kolkata 700083 north 24 parganas for which legal action is initiated already. This is nothing but disobeyance of the law of the land (Trespassing act u/s 441 ipc1860) & this showing most shameful state of affairs of the corporate ethics of the bata india limited in present days.
                  Hope you will take immediate action to stop your employees to trespassing otherwise we will be compeled to lodge general diary with belgharia p. S. Against your company as we had already informed your executive director earlier but no actions from his end.

                    I am vimal.
                    I have purchased a bata bluechappals for men, product code: f[protected] on 06/10/2018 from one of your retail outlet in prozone mall, coimbatore. As its not been even since a month till now i had a very disappointing situation caused by the quality of your product. When i was walking wearing it, i suddenly found the main supportive thick thread like thing just simply came out letting me face a very hectic and uncomfortable condition. To be genuine i wore it only five days, that too only for a short period of time after the purchase date till now. And, i also don't use it in a improper way. So kindly consider the trouble caused for me and don't let any of your products get the same problems repeated for them in the future and also i request you to kindly find me a solution for it as soon as possible, at least by repairing it in a proper way. I can give it to a cobbler to stitch it, but that wont give me a satisfaction of quality to wear it. So please do something with the issue caused.

                      Have placed an order on 23rd october for black pumps and the order number is 12243116. The order was supposed to be delivered to me by blue dart service. Today when i checked the status through the reference number, i saw that the order has been delivered though i am out of town. Neither did i get an email when it was shipped nor have i got the information regarding the status of my order.                         I am highly dissatisfied with one of your product which i bought in 09 aug-18. i purchased shoes from your store which is located at sayaji square, indore. the condition of the shoes are worst just in 2 months. the holes came out in the shoes and the sole also got destroyed. the worst part is the cost which i paid for this is 700 rs.

                        Kindly replace my shoes, as being reputed brand this kind of service is not at all expected.

                          Bought a pair of bata northstar shoes for rs. 699 on october 1st. I loved the design and it fit perfectly during purchase. The sad part is that it got shrunk when it became wet. The color faded too. Now i am in agony when i wear them. My feet aches like anything. I approached the bata store with the complaint, but it was of no use. The store apparently contacted the company but bata wasn't ready to give a refund or replacement.

                              I bought a p. T shoe size 1 on tuesday afternoon from bata showroom spot 18, pimple saudagar, pune for my 8 year old son. He wore it on wednesdy and on thursday night i noticed two torn patches on the shoe. There was a message asking for feedback from bata so i took the shoes to the showroom along with my son. The kind of interaction i had with your representative named "gopal" was absolutely unacceptable and untolerable. When a customer visits your showroom with a complain it is your duty to hear the entire complain. Not only did he talk to me in a very unabsured manner but he also accused me of changing the shoe with the old one. I was just in the showroom to give feedback but instead the representative blamed me for the poor quality and bad behaviour. While i was in the showroom asking for the representatives name he did not even bothered to tell me his name his exact words were "karo jaa k complain" other people around told him said this is not the way to talk to a lady.

                                My self h. Pavan kumar a very old customer of bata from my childhood days, recently around 4 months back i had purchased casual shoe/slippers model number 854-4676 size 9 from shop no.836, beml 2nd stage, 60 feet road, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore - 560098, opposite to rangamandira,
                                I used it hardly twice a week that to for 2 to 3 hrs for attending any special occasions however i would like to bring you a kind notice that i will be going/attending my office by wearing my formal shoes only because of our strict hr uniform concern rules.

                                Last week i faced some uneasiness while wearing and walking with my new casuals (Model number 854-4676 size 9) after close examination the inside sole got badly damaged because of manufacturing defect in stitching and material used inside, the same was also reflected on outside of shoe with threads woring out. Now i am very much afraid to go out by wearing them.

                                This is my first bad experience with bata after many years, the same thing was brought into the notice of bata shop from where i had purchased, after a keen observation the shopkeeper informed me that since the purchase date was on 06.06.2018 we can not replace it and instantaneously advised me to write a mail to customer service for enabling them to replace as soon as possible.

                                Keeping the above request in view i sincerely request you to kindly help me out in getting my casual shoe/slipper model number 854-4676 size 9 be replaced on urgent basis.

                                complaint was also submitted via my E-mail id toin-customer.[protected]@bata.com there is no reply from past 3 days.
                                I lodged a complaint No 1359321 twice. The shoe was BROKEN badly from the tow side. Now they are asking bill / credit and debit statement. Firstly the payment was made in cash so no debit / credit card was used and the bill is not traceable. My question is the responsibility of keeping bill secure is only customer's responsibility. Why not shop keeper maintaining his daily sale proceed for one year in his computer.

                                THE BATA COMPANY RESPONSE WAS VERY NEGATIVE SO I AM TOTALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR POLICY.
                                SO I REQUEST CUSTOMER TO MAINTAIN THE RECORD OR DON'T PURCHASE BATA SHOE.

                                  I bought a canvas shoe at bata nelson manickam road showroom in chennai a couple of months ago and it happened to get wet in rain when I was wearing it.I was shocked seeing the inner material leaving it's dye stain on the whole shoe.it looks disastrous and jus can't be worn anymore. I have been using other branded shoes lik ginger for years but bata s the worst tat I experienced. With the brand name u ppl got y not the quality s mainted am totally unsatisfied wish to post this along with pic in social media so tat ppl don't waste money with ur brand.I ll want a refund for sure.xpctn reply @ [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I purchased a pair of slippers (Article no.[protected] from bata aliganj store (Store code 03814) on 12.08.2018

                                    Within a month of its use, the color of its upper sole vanished. I noticed it when my feet sole got colored. I immediately contacted the

                                    Store and showed them discolored slippers. They assured me the replacement and for that asked me to lodge a complaint at toll

                                    Within 3-4 days, but no mail or call received till 10.10.2018. I again lodged a complaint on 10.10.2018 (Complaint no.1321694). But again no

                                      Dear bata team,

                                      I purchased one pair shoe from bata (North star) and your sales promotor at their bata showroom convinced me to purchase that. It's not two month completely finished that their sole was broke may be they offered me expired sole shoes. Today i go to same showroom they deny to resolve the issue. They asked me for bill, i said that please check with my mobile no details can display but they deny.
                                      It's simple bill ink easily get disappear just after 3 days. But it's a showroom issue and the product quality.

                                      Finally my issue was not resolved so i'm really disappointing by this behaviour of yours sales promotor and product. As i'm old user of bata family. But this is my first and worst exp with you. So i'm thinking to leave this family and also i will advice to my family members to avoid to use yours product and for my business partners who want to open yours franchise at their places i advice them to go with other brand.
                                      This incident happened at abulane bata showroom situated at meerut.

                                      We purchased shoes worth 5K and and showroom had to provide a coupon worth 1k. I was not provided any coupon because the coupon was not available.
