I have purchased shoes from the show room of bata in chandigarh. Although, u am using my shoes occassionally but sorry to note that the sole if the shoes are so poor quality that none of bata user could believe. Sole of the are opening like bark of the banana. The photo of the damaged sole is shown as under. I am so disappointed that i have decided to not purchase bata footwear in future'. I believe that the management of bata think seriously about their product. I am seeing so many complaint in complaint box but no resolution from the company.

    I am vijaykumar bhanudas i am purchase one pair shoes in latur br showroom around 1200/- (One thousand two hundred rupees) it is on discount rate and it shows use one day after that i feel it is uncomfortable to use i remove it kept in box then i went to showroom and request to branch manager please give me exchange it becomes of my skin is paining shoes is not comfortable then latur showroom branch manager is told me that it is not exchange becouse of it is on offer shoes hence not exchange, but i demand him offers another shoes which available at showroom but he denied me not attend properly because of i am went to showroom for exchange i am regular customer of latur br.

      Appx 1yr ago i have purchased a pair shoe amount rs.2299/- from bagbazar bata, kolkata but in july'17 i have observed shoe sole have become a melt chocolate.
      From google i have collected the contact details of the concern person of bagbazar bata. But the mobile no. ([protected]) is switched off. I have tried several time but the no. Is till switched off.
      As i have purchased that shoe by debit card so i have the full-proof document.

      My shoes got tear off within 3 months didn't expect this from Bata. It is the worst quality shoes I have buyed till now. I have been using Bata from more than 15 yrs and didn't got this quality before.
      These shoes just doesn't tear off they also have their shiny skin removed

        I purchased a pair of sandal article no.[protected] on 15th august’2017 of rs.1099/- in a fresh from bata india showroom janakpuri, c-1, new delhi-110058 shop phone no.[protected]. After purchased, i see the tag, the month & year of mfg. Printed 07/2014.

        After 10 days from the day of purchased this article, the pasting of the whole sole of sandal uprooted (Stacked out). I show this to the service person of the showroom on 03.09.2017. He talked rudely and stated that he can only repair the sandal and would be deliver this repair pair next week.

        In this case, 1st the sales person given the article which manufactured before 03 years, 2nd he is repairing this not replacing.

        Here is my question, when i have taken a fresh article then why it uprooted (Stacked out) within 10 days. I always believe in bata company but i very disappointed to see the quality of this product. If i would use this repaired article then there is no meaning to purchase it from bata because a lot of product are available in cheap rate in the market which made by shoe maker then why i purchased it from bata.

        Now i request you to give direction to the outlet owner of this showroom to replace this old product otherwise i have to go at consumer court.

          I brought bata shoe which cost 2999 rs on 20 aug 2017 (Model:[protected] at chennai sholinganallur branch. After buying, i observed the major problem within 1 hour and submitted the defect shoe to them and asked to give same product. But, they said, the product is not available through out india and you can take any shoe of choice. I saw all and i felt no shoe is good for my size and asked to refund the amount. They are saying "refund is not possible". I said, then i want same piece with different variant. He said not available and also will not refund.
          I don't know why they are not refunding. Why they are cheating the customers by keeping defect pieces in show room. What happened to the quality test team before keeping the product in showroom. They are literally torchuring me to provide the shoe.
          Please help me in this and provide a solution as a faith on consumer courts.

          They (Customer care) are rudely saying that refund is not possible. Is this india or some other country where people thefting money from pockets in a different way by keeping dummy /dirty/defected pieces in the showroom and selling to customers..
          I need a justice regarding this.

          Hi Bata Team, I am not in a position to be cheated again by sending a mail to your customer service and again saying the same words that we will replace and providing 100% claim and prolonging the days as per. I called your customer service 3 times and they are just saying, we are not supposed to refund, instead you can take any other shoe.. .Why should i go for a shoe replacement and why you are not refunding money.If you are not in a position to refund, you should be ready to provide the same product instead.But, you are not in a position of giving same article..then why you are not refunding??. Why should i take another shoe if i am not interested?? .

          WHY ARE YOU KEEPING DAMAGED /DEFECTED PIECES IN SHOW ROOM WITH NEGLIGENCE WITHOUT QUALITY TEST AND WHY ARE YOU FORCING CUSTOMER TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER MODEL SHOE FOR YOUR FAULT. I NEED SAME MODEL PIECE IF AVAILABLE, IF NOT REFUND WITHIN 2-3 DAYS.WHAT IS STOPPING YOU TO REFUND??WHY CORPORATES ARE TOURCHURING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN INDIA..

          I NEED JUSTICE, YOU ARE FORCING ME TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WILL ASK FOR PENALITY IF THIS CONTINUES FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS .

          What the timepass you are doing Mrs Preethi and Mr Anurag Sharma.. Mrs Preethi, is sweetly telling words that they will resolve the issue in 48 Hours and there is no response from her or from the Bata. This worst service providers and the worst customer care personels are giving very wrong statements and they just making the time to go along.. No response upto now from Bata team and Show room. What the Hell is going on this .
          Hello Consumer complaint administration, can you look into this matter seriously. They are totally fraud people working for Indian companies in Bata.Everyone tells we will call you in 2 days .But, no one will call to us..
          BATA Administration is becoming like Government officers where there will be no responses. I feel they are better than BATA .
          What is the solution that you gave PREETHI and ANURAG ..
          What are you looking for Consumer complaint cell admin.!!.Please take some action on them.. Why you are showing Pity on this type of people..We are loosing faith on you also.Why you are encouraging and entertaining them to these many days without a solution!!!. Why are you sailent??? Why cannt you take action on this Show room.What is stopping you to take action on this people upto now..If you don't like to take action, let me know, I can consult a lawyer directly regarding this!!

            I purchased a pair of black formal leather shoes article no[protected], size 9 from bata outlet in gip mall noida. I have been a frequent customer at the store.

            This product however from bata is of substandard leather because within 4 weeks o[censored]se, i could see the leather developing cracks/tearing up.

            O have written to customer care and have received a response stating i must visit the store to show the defect which is fine.

            However my object is instead of promising a resolution, bata customer care is only sending me a mail stating refund is not possible and that article will be first considered for repair etc.

            If this is the type of product bata wishes to sell and such pathetic response then bata should close their stores in india. As a customer when i have paid for a product, i deserve quality and suitable resolution.

            Kindly visit the store along with the damaged product before 10th september 2017. Please carry a printout of this mail or show this email in your smart phone to the store manager along with cash memo or debit / credit card statement at the time of visit.

            Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, all minor defects will be first considered for repair and not directly replaced.

              Bata sold me a hush puppies shoe in sale discount and i wore it few times before realizing it had a manufacturing defect. After many emails and phone calls they finally agreed to take it back and store manager told me the shoe was not repairable and this was the store i bought the shoe from and this was the store that had already repaired the shoe before but it broke promptly. It has been 10 days since i have them their shoe back an now bata has conveniently and unscrupulously blocked my email address so i cannot contact them again. Bata store still has my defective shoe!

                I have purchased the shoe some about more than a year back and kept packed as the need not arise. Now upon using for 3 days i notice that the shoe upper is not genuine and the top layer peels off and makes me ashamed of purchase of this for about rs. 2000 at bata show room opp. To sparton school thiruvalluvar road, mugappair. Chennai 37.

                    It's been 2 weeks since i've registered a complain (Complain no. -938626), they are not resolving.. Moreover the customer care executives lie about call and gives false commitment on reverse pickup of my damaged and used product that they have delivered. It's a shame and they don't have any work ethics.. Especially "ashish verma".. He told me 3 times in an inter a of 8-9 days that there will be a reverse pickup/he'll update me with the status and yet he never calls and everything i have to yell at them to do something. And they don't even reply to emails

The said shoe is used by me only two times and the soule is badly broken and damage, unfortunetly i had loss gthe cash memo.                         We have submitted a bata shoe for attachment of sole on 23.8.2017 wednesday at 5 pm. But 5 days have elapsed till today they have not handed over the repaired shoe to us. They are saying that the phone number of the cobbler is not available, raining. We are phoning from saturday, sunday, monday. They have informed that they will return the shoe on friday. Please expedite.

                          I placed and order on bata website[protected] sub order #[protected]. The item received was damaged and was returned on july 25 th 2017. It's been exactly one month today since the item was picked up however the refund has not been issued yet. I have called numerous times and have received 2 complaint no# 935650 and 941837 but no action has been taken. Is this bata harasses its customers? I want my refund asap

                            Brought a new one on 20.8.17. After wearing on the next day found both the pair or not one and the same (One was duplicate) it started detoriating. Color changed in one of the pair. Went and asked about this on 23.8.17. They are not ready to take any account of it. Though i gave them the purchase detail as well. Slippers were adjustable but i tried making them to be fitted it was not working out. Whether we should stop buying the product. Expecting the positive reply to the earliest.

                              I am a fan of Hush Puppies shows and in past 5 years i purchased three pairs of shoes and always enjoyed the quality and experience.

                              Recent purchase Hush Puppies Black shoes on 18th June 2017 is a wrong decision.The shoes i purchased is not at all comfortable.There is cushion in sole makes it uncomfortable and shoe laces are not tight comfortably.
                              I bought it from Shop no B-15, Bata Show room at Connaught place Delhi.

                              In last three month i hardly used these shoes 15 days.Please suggest me as I am loyal customer of Hush puppies but not at all satisfied with this product and wants to get my money back rather

                              I have purchased one footwear on 28th June 2017 having article no 3831 amount rs 899/- (MRP) from BATA shoe store KEM hospital chika compound Parel Mumbai 400012. Due to some sole issue this footwear is not usable. I have misplaced bill for the same. So requesting To replace the footwear.

                                Bata Company's Executive had called me last night & said that please replace the product with another product because there is no policy for refund in our company then i told him that my left feet was destroid in a accident so i am not able to wear your any kind of product. Dear Bata Team this is my humble request that please proceed it for refund. I am very disappointed because i am sending you pictures of my feet.

                                    This is bring to your notice i picked up hush puppies chappal from lifestyle counter in noida mall for rs 2200 and within 10 days of wearing it's stiching came out

                                    I went to your south ext outlet since i reside there to look into the issue not only they misbehaved but were just not ready to cooperate

                                    I thought it is an international brand and i can trust the standards and customer service
                                    It shocks me that how can a brand run if they are not even ready to listen to the grievances of the client

                                        I bought bata slipper at bata showroom in kohat enclave in delhi. After 1 week my slipper is damaged. Slipper is in 3 month warranty shopkeeper not changed my slipper. Bata quality is very poor. And do not buy any product from there. Slipper colour is changer they repair my slipper with quick fix after that my slipper damage three time in one month. But they not changed.
