Madam/ dear sir,

I was late while paying electricity bill for the month of february 2018 and paid it on 26/3/2018 for consumer number[protected]*0. However, the same was reflected in the bill for the month of march 2018 and i paid the bill on 2/4/2018 resulting in paying an amount of rs 410 twice. I request you to kindly adjust the same in the next bill.

    After that I got call from best and tell me come & meet

    I go at best office at tardeo 2 floor I meet Mr Fernandes he guide me proper way and tell me to meet Mr Kapadia. But Mr Kapadia was talk so rudely that I am nothing and say me that ur cheater and fraud and say that you d'not No your proper Number and say me again & again go and check with your bank

    I explain that how I have made payment
    After that he give me online line customer number [protected] And say me you can talk on this number

    Then why should he blame me that I have not made payment & saying me check number which account you have payment

      Dear sir/ madam,
      We were paying the electricity bill online by using vidushi 5.0 and there after using olcc by using credit card/ debit card. Now you have given the contract to paytm. They are not giving the access to option of credit/ debit cards, visa/master/bhim we have to download the paytm. App. When we have other option why would we depend on paytm?

        Hi sir/madam,

        I accidentally made the payment of electricity bill of rs 2320 twice for same month for which the due date was 2nd april 2018. Will i get my money refunded or will it be adjusted with the next bill?
        Kindly look into this issue at the earliest. I usually make the payments online through paytm. I got a message from paytm to pay this bill again. I checked my paytm history for any previous transactions but couldn't find it in that section so i thought i never made any payments earlier but the money was already transferred.

            As detailed above payment of Rs 1, 430/- was made on 13.03.2018 of Con. no.[protected] through internet banking from SBI. Amount was debited in bank account but not credited in BEST Consumer Account. Refund is awaited. Meanwhile we paid it again through PayTM.

              Hi,
              We are staying at matunga having consumer no.[protected]. Our house is closed for 12 hours from monday to friday and we are at home sat and sunday.in which sunday also we got out. Every month we received high amount of bill even though we didn't use electricity that much time. I need to check reading on hourly basis. If fan, light, tv, etc are closed when we out then how reading shows same for every month. Best sending bill on pattern basis in jan 2018 received bill of 1140, feb 2018 1250 and again in march 2018 bill is 1140. Please look into this on priority.
              If i didn't get any action on this my next step will be as follows
              1. Write a hand written letter to head of best
              2. Log a complaint with grievance in local court
              To understand bill cycle i spend good amount of time and understand unit pattern also installed device in home which shows consumption of power as compared to best meter. Result was shocking and i want best to take proper action on person who take reading.

                I have taken online bus pass renewal from mobile app on 9th march, while going i got 212 from lilavati stop, i wanted to verify my pass conductor told me he is having manual ticket, then i got 440 from mahim, conductor told me machine is not working for verification, from their i got 37 from citilight cinema, again i asked conductor for verification he said machine dont have wifi, i will try, but could not verify he is asking me to take a ticket, i said today morning i renewed my pass why should i pay for ticket? Then i showed him message on my mobile. Today on 10th march i went to your shivaji park bus depot for verification person on counter is telling me 70% machines are not working, best's condition is very bad, if you are buying online pass you have to come here for verification you dont have any other option.

                I would request the authority if this is the situation you please stop your online payment system and mobile apps too. Unnecessary passengers are suffering as nobody is cooperating from your end. Even the frequencies of the buses are getting worst day by day.

                    I am not well conversant with marathi and it is difficult for me to understand some of the bill contents and terminology in marathi.

                    There is no apparent option on bill itself or on the website to change the language preference. Thus, i request you to change the language to english.

                      I paid the bill of the tenure 8/1/2018-6/2/2018, on march 5th 2018. My consumer number is[protected]*5. The amount of rs 940 was paid twice as first transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but bill was not paid so i made another transaction.

                      Kindly let me know the process of refunding extra rs 940, i paid during first unsuccessful transaction.

                      Out of the two payments made by you on 5/3/2018, the 2nd payment is received by us and will be adjusted in your bill of Mar'18.

                      As regards the first payment status, the same is shown refunded as per statement downloaded from Tech-process site. However, as the settlement date at our end is on 7/3/2018, it can be confirmed only after 7/3/2018 whether the amount is transferred back to your account or deposited with us.

                        Hi,

                        Bus no. 210 from dahisar bridge is not available in the mornings between 6:25 am & 7:20 am daily. The first bus arrives at 6 am (Which i avail on tuesdays and wednesdays due to my work timings) and then next bus at 6.25 am.

                        This has been going on for several months though the timings show that buses are available at 6:39 am & 6:55 pm. Today ie 05/03/2018 again i have been waiting at dahisar bridge from 6.30 am to 7.00 am without any sign of the 6.39 am and 7.55 am. I had to take an auto to reach my work place at techweb jogeshwari wherein i saw a 210 ltd bus at vibygyor goregaon which shows that these buses leave poisur depot but do not arrive at dahisar bridge but go on their onward journey.

                        This has caused great inconvenience since due to this running around in the month of october 2017 i slipped while getting of bus no. C-12 and fractured my leg.

                        I request to look into this matter as there are no other buses that ply on this route from dahisar bridge directly to techweb and due to the condition of my leg i cannot keep getting off and on buses. I will greatly appreciate if this matter is looked into and no further inconvenience is caused with regard to the arrival of bus no.210 at dahisar bridge depot between 6.30 am and 7.20 am.

                            The frequency of number 106 from colaba to kamla nehru park at around 8.30-9.00 am is very less. Then bus that comes also at colaba around 8.50 is the new bus which is small in size and as the frequency is so less the bus is over crowded. Please increase the frequency of the bus and send a larger sitting bus and not the new bus as it is very small and that is very crowded.

                              Hello, i would like to bring to your notice that bus no 204 and 262 has a poor frequency. Even during peak hours, the buses are not on time which makes difficult for every passenger. Even the condition of the bus stop is miserable and during the rainy season, it becomes hectic. I request the authority to kindly take some action soon. We passenger want a hassle-free public transport service.

                                As per rule and notice mentioned in depo that bus no. 25 is available on sunday but on 18.02.2018 there were no bus available from 4.45pm to 6.30pm and i had also a kid with me who were waiting for bus but no bus was available on time. Plwase follow the rule and time so that people will be easy to move out from one place to another. Hopeyou will keep attention toward the timing of bus.

                                  Recently i have renewed my bus pass from seepz depot n somehw i lost it. I visited depot n. Askd to issue a new card bt they askd to pay 140rs as well as N.C from police stn. I did not understnd if i am pyng 140rs dn y is n.c required also i have the slip which dey usually provide while renewal or new. As per my info it is reqd only when it is stolen.
                                  Also i calld on toll free but they r juz giving me different different number n askng me to call on that.
                                  No one is having the approraite answrs. Worst service n worst ppl r wrkng in govt department.

                                    My son was at first stop of shivsahi waiting on the opposite side for bus route no 454 which was resting at the corner. The bus came but did not stop on the bus stop however my son tries to catch the bus since it was first stop the bus was slow, seeing this bus driver accelerated the speed. Though there was a speed bracket at 10 meters, my son fell down and he got hurt. The details of bus is

                                    We can ask for cctv footage from nearby society for not stopping on the bus stop.

                                      I reside in pmgp colony near dharavi bus depot.

                                      Over here in the evening after 6pm
                                      People use to share illegal current transfer for outside shops from last one week
                                      There is no maintenance.
                                      While coming to check in our area please try to come by walk
                                      Because incase if they find that officer coming from best department they behave clever and remove all the wires from the cabin

                                        I am a resident of mumabi mahim west gn area pin 400016. My consumer no.[protected] lti b residential. I am staying alone in my flat. I do not have ac. I go to work during daytime. I use one fan, one bulb, my computer and refrigerator.in the last one and half year i have received bill of rs, 700 only twice and rest of the months between 400 to550.in the month of january 2018 that is last month i received a bill amounting to rs 1060 which i feel is not correct.
                                        I request you to send someone to check my meter no.0335627 and send me a correct bill for the next month after adjusting. I have paid the current bill of jan 18 amt rs.1060/-
