Please increase the frequnency of 525 and 522 buses. Try to maintain the route length and not decreasing the routes especially of 522.

It is highly inconvenient in the office hours if buses are low in number and rerouting takes place.

There is huge crowd in the buses in the peak times as buses are too less frequent and as a result the people hangs from the doors at time which is highly dangerous.

    Sir/ madam
    I m a residence of qtr no 4064, building 108, sm plot, sector 7, antophill. I have been using an electricity supply provide by best since from last 3 years and it provides an highly appreable services as an when required.
    I would like to bring to a notice that i have been charge an excess amount of bill of amount rs. 1170/- for the period from 29/9/17 to31/09/17. Which was the highest bill amount that i have received since to-date. It is here by requested that the same may be rechecked (Serviceability of meter and meter reading).

      Date of meter being removed: 17th november 2017.
      My electric meter was taken away by best agents for non payment of bills for just a period of two months. This occurred one day after a best agent visited my home asking me to change my meter and pay for a new one. I had requested the best agent to come on saturday as i am working during the week but instead the next day my meter was taken away without any warning or letter about non payment or anything.in addition to this i have not been receiving my bills at my residence after the august 2017 bill. I had to go to the local office and get the meter back and restored after paying a fine.
      After the meter has been restored, the bills have suddenly increased. My average bills have not crossed 2500 the past few months as there is only one person living in my home.
      Suddenly this month it has shot up to 7500 without any increase in usage.
      It is clear that best has tampered with my meter and they are harassing me as they have realized that i am a single woman living here and they can therefore take advantage of the situation.
      I demand that they rectify their billing process and the tampered meter and stop cheating me.

        To whomsoever it may concern,

        This is to inform you that bus no. 223 from samata nagar to seven bunglows is coming late by 50 minutes since the last 2 days. It is causing us a lot of inconvinence. Such delay is not acceptable. The bus is suppose to come at an interval of every 15 mins, but is late by almost an hour.

        Kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

          In ac bus ladies seats are less, stickers of ladies seats are been removed.in bus of 24 seats only 4 are given to ladies, the rule of 33% reserved for women are not been followed.

            Hello,
            I am a regular traveller of c-60 bus from borivali station to godrej soaps bus stop since last 4yrs. I have never complained anytime for best bus driver's, but this time it is too much to bear the rude attitude of bus driver kadam's attitude.
            The driver is no doubt is actually a good driver but now-a-days his attitude is like "mera kisi lady ne deonar depot me complaint kiya, isliye main ab driving slow karta hoon"which in turn causes the first bus of 6:45am to leave at 7:10am which is almost the time of second bus.
            Also, his attitude is not just to bring bus late but he also makes sure to frustrate you with his egostic behaviour (Because of complaint) by driving the bus at a very slow speed thereby making us to reach the office late.

            Request you to kindly take the necessary action as we are not government employees like him that can give any reason any number of times without the fear of losing jobs.

              Really most tired with walk i gone in lalbag bt i do not get the best off so u tell me what is this doing some budy saying with go in wadala then u can get there and some one other what is this and show in the google location bt i not found there also now what i can do tell me this wrong with me.                 I just received my this months electricity bill and i was surprised with the amount been charged there, the total amount due is showing 21000 for 415 units that i have used. How is it possible. First and foremost the calculation is completely wrong because 415 units should come to about rs.3000, so i don't understand how is calculated to rs 21000!

                Also, my monthly average bill has been around rs. 5000 and not beyond it.

                  I travel every day by 448 best bus starting from pratikshanagar depot and there are 3 buses between 7am and 7.30am and tgere timing is 07.05am, 7.15am and 7.24am but non of the bus comes on time. Every day i have to waste my time and there others also who struggle due to the inconvience. Is this the way best serve consumers. This is not at all accepted.

                    Last 3 years we are tired of complaining on number 21185541 in regards to extremely poor bus frequencyof bus number 121, we have to wait for 1hrs if we miss one bus, & if we call depo they say driver is late, staff is less & inturn frm same depo bus no 138 are in line every 2-3mins which are almost empty, please look into this matter on serious note & fun part is all the staff members who will answer the call will push on higher management & say hum kay kare abhi, mr dhone is the names they will ask to complain to and he is never available, hope my email helps we mumbaikars for better 121 frequency.

                      From last 4 months. Electric pole are not working in our lane. Its damn dark during night. Anti social elements and robbers geta chance in this dark. Kindly repair and put new l. E. D bulbs and lights and also rwpair the poles not working.

                        मी प्रसाद महाडिक 3 नोव्हेंबर 17 रोजी रात्री 9.45 वाजता नायर हॉस्पिटल बस स्टॉप ला 61 नंबर बसची वाट पाहत होतो. हा बस स्टॉप थोडा आतल्या बाजूला असल्याने सर्व बस आत वळून येतात. पण आज रात्री 9.45 वाजता चालकाने बस आत न वळवता सरळ बाहेरूनच नेली..त्यामुळे मला शारीरिक आणि आर्थिक त्रास सहन करावा लागला..
                        तरी सदर बसच्या चालकाची आणि वाहकाची चौकशी करून त्यांच्यावर कारवाई करण्यात यावी.. आणि कारवाईची माहिती मला देण्यात यावी
                        ८ दिवसात मला उत्तर न मिळाल्यास मी माझे मित्र अनिल कोकीळ यांच्याशी संपर्क साधुन त्यांना याची माहिती देईन... आणि हिच पोस्ट त्यांना whatsapp वर पाठवीन...

                          The transport facility from garden court thane to seepz depot (492ltd) is very poor. There is no proper time table followed by the bus drivers and also few rides are announced as short rides which causes so much of inconvenience for the passengers. Also if asked about the previous bus to the conductor the person will answer in a very rude manner. The bus frequency is ideally 15 mins but the buses wont come for 45mins -1hr and office going commutators have to face issues due to this. Please look into the matter.

Reason behind writing this complaint is because i have very limited electrically equipment which is used daily, more over i dont have ac, water heater, computer for bill to be so high?? Only thing thats been used are fan, led tube-light and a refrigerator?

                            I demand for an investigation on this asap because i dont agree with the bills we...

                              I got a call from [protected]. He said he is from complaint board and asked for my ATM card number and OTP to forward a complaint which i denied. He said that if i will not give him the pin he won't be able to process my complaint further. But i didn't gave him the pin. He assure me that he is not fraud I didn't gave him the pin. I don't know whether the complaint board actually ask for all such information or it was fake.
                              Since April 2017 our electric meter no F314 is increased by double. We have not added any more instruments. Please check

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                We resident of appagi khanderao bldg are facing phase burning issue after every 4 days.
                                Also this issue is faced on 1 phase every time and we have 4 phase.
                                We have to wait for atleast 2hrs to get repaired and because of that we have to stay awake with our children, infants, elderly people and suffer our sleep.

                                Kindly provide permanent solution for the above phase issue.

                                  I had parked my car ahead of bus stop in the morning at 8:30 am and was inside the car itself. The best inspector started yelling at me directly. So i asked him to stay calm and he kept raising his voice. Then he started making caste discrimination and stating that they’re superior. And he was letting me down by saying “tumhi jai bhim” wale ashech. It’s a severe crime of caste discrimination and i request you to look after this and take a severe actions against him.

                                    Sir this is mrs adelina d'souza w/o late thomas d'souza wanting to know why my electriciyy bills are coming high like anything when the room is vacant? Right from may 2016 ever since my husband died the room is vacant. Further we have only one fan and anf 2 tubelightds and we dont have tv washing machine, gezar, microwave etc.
                                    Which u can come and see.
                                    So i request you people from b e s t to see this problem.

                                      I take bus from 1st stop of 297. I have a prepaid id card of bus in which i recharge for daily use but every bus going from 1st stop of 297 did not have the machine. They have old ticket system. They said, "paise hai to de do varna utro bus me se". Please take an action on this complaint. They are very rudely talking with me. Each day i am facing same problem. This is my kindly request you to take a strict action against these bus conductors and give them a electronic ticket machine with full charging.

                                        I travel daily from bhandup (W) lbs road to airoli navi mumbai for office. Earlier bug frequency was good. There were 3 best buses no. 522, 523 and 500. Now i do not see buses 522 and 500 anymore and bus 523 frequency is also very less. I have to wait daily for this bus almost an hour, which is very frustrating.
                                        Please increase the frequency of all 3 buses if possible or at least every 10/15 minutes. Because commuting is very difficult.
