C-60 best bus from deonar to borivali is not coming on time everyday (Morning & evening schedule). While asking to authorities, they said that due to ticket machine is under maintainance, so resulted in bus cancellation & delay. Due to this, we reached late to office everyday.

I kindly request you to please take the necessary action immediately. If the same problem continues, then we all report the same issue to higher authorities.

Also inform best staff to talk with us politely. Keep in mind, your best is committed to give us the service.

      I am a college going student. Yesterday i went to railway station (In hathras) with my sister. My younger brother (Aged 15) was there with us to drop us. As we are not being aware about railway rules (Regarding platform tickets) and even approx 90% of the population is not aware about this rule. After me and my sister moved to our train and my younger brother was going back to home, he was pulled by a t. T. Of that station as the t. T. Hold his collar. My brother was pulled to the office and there they (T. T. And one more person was there) started using abusing language with my brother and also they started using abusing words about my family. One of them blackmailed my brother to submit panalty or to go to jail (Acc. To rules person below 18 can not be sent to jail). Afterwards my brother was slapped by that t. T.. After doing all this with my brother they forced him to pay a panalty and he did so and there was no receipt for that. According to me this is all just a way for him to earn an amount. I request to take fast action against such t. T. Because he tortured my 15 year old brother mentally as well as physically. Thank you

For last 3 hours there is no electricity supply not only at my room but others also facing the same problem. Please look into the matter and solve this issue as soon as possible.         It has been a common occurrence that Trimax machines do not work, and I have been forced to take ticket paying cash, failing which I would be offloaded. It is the BEST prerogative to ensure functional machines for Smart Card Holders.

          Dear sir,
          My self dipak dhakate working in jet airways as an engineer, i daily go to the sahar airport by 365 bus but it never come and leave on time, when i asked about that to that sky blue colour shirt supervisor, the y daily give me the same reason as because of traffic jammed, but i don't think daily same problems occurred because rest of all bus come and go on time by same route like 332 nd all... Only why 365 facing that problem... I want an answer.
          And today i asked about the same to 1 supervisor, they told me that "me bus kya jeb me leke ghumta hu kya"... U tell me is this a languages to talk to public.
          I want to register my coming, any want a positive solutions
          And please don't ignore this, or else i have to visit some higher authority for that.

            Dear sir / madam,

            Every day we are waiting since 5.45pm till 6.15pm for bust 313. None of the single bus from the route santacruz to kurla arrived. This is so freaking hectic. And this isn't first time happening here, it's if you got the bus within 5 min you are lucky kind of case even in the morning from 7.55 to 8.15 also same thing happened.
            Request you to please increase bus frequency for kurla to santacruz and santacruz to kurla and take actions on these complaints as soon as possible.

                2 days back i have received electricity supply disconnection letter along with current bill. It says that i have to rs. 3092 on of before 27 sep 17 otherwise our supply will get disconnected

                You are requested to consider our payment which already paid on 21st sep and its showing paid online. To avoid unnecessary situation you are requested to update this in your system and not to disconnect the supply
                I tried on your customer care number but it is not getting connected.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice the discrepancy in my bill. I am quite shocked to receive the bills with such huge amounts. Reason behind writing this complaint is because i have very limited electrically equipment which is used daily, more over i dont have tv, ac, water heater, computer for bill to be so high?? Only thing thats been used are fan, led tube-light and a refrigerator?

                  I demand for an investigation on this asap because i dont agree with the bills we received. My neighbor max bill comes to less than 500 and i am getting three times their bill? It is unacceptable and i want an answer on this asap.

                        From malad station to bhoomi complex there are only 1 buses running 622. I want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. Every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break. Also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 622 long route buses. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. Some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are very careless.
                        On weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. I observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

                          I'm a student cum trainee at the godrej company, so i am used to travel through bus no. 373 - mahul village to vaishali nagar. I am used to get this bus from chembur naka (Swami vivekananda chowk) in between 8 am - 9 am but as per schedule this bus should come at 08:05 am, 08:25 am. But it never comes on time so please let the buses come as per this schedule. Please do needful.

                          Horrible services provided on C12exp route. Public have to wait for 45min and sometimes more than 1hour. Is such [censored] services provided to customers?
                          It is been long time I have observed bus from kamani to santacruz has so less frequency even if this route has so much buses. We travelers have to wait for 35-45 mins daily. Mostly in the rush hour 8-11am it is so less frequency and long time gap of 35-45 mins. Please look into the matter very urgently.

                              I am a student who travels from Andheri(W) to Jogeshwari (E) in bus no 425 with many other students and working commuters.This bus has a very low frequency it comes after every hour.I wish you understand that waiting for an hour is quite to much from our daily schedule and you would dispatch more buses of no 425 frequently so there won't be long waiting hour's and no more crowded buses.Thank You.

                                This is to inform you, Complaint regarding 10 Number BUS service. We, almost more than 15 passengers regular facing a problem of cancellation of 10 number service.

                                We all are using the office timing services in between 8.20-9 .00 AM (on kamani Bustop)and also 6.45-7.30 PM
                                in this weekend 3 days BEST simply cancelled the 8.30 service and the bus is coming only after 9.30 AM how can we relay your best service, this is not happened in this week its a regular comments from the depot that there is staff shortage and we cancelled .
                                But sir on this route there is only One bus and also the interval of service is 1 Hour. So how can you cancel this service due to staff shortage
                                And also on the evening there was a bus in between 7.00 -7.30 pm (coming on Zachariah bunder) but in this week there were no Buses came on this timing the bust came after 8.20 PM Only it means they simply cancelled one service.
                                So plz take any action favour to the Passengers

                                  The c-71 bus departing from mahim depot has one hour gap in the mornings. On 8 sep 2017, the c-71 bus departed the mahim depot at 8:15am and the next departed around 9:15am. I would recommend that in the morning time buses should be frequent and on time as we need to go to work. Previously the c-71 bus used to be after every 20 minutes in the morning.

                                    The bus no.110 at vidyalankar institute, antop village wadala stops in front of vidyalankar institute entry / exit gate and takes reverse turn infront of the entry / exit gate which is very dangerous for the students of the college. The students are entering the college premises and the buses are taking reverse turn exactly from where these students and enters and exits the college. Even the conductor is inside the bus and not concern whether there is any person or student behind the bus while taking the reverse turn. Even a single jurk of the bus can harm the life of a person who is standing infront of the college gate or entering the gate.

                                    It is therefore a humble request to kindly shift the busstop to near by place or near dosti acres to avoid untoward incident.

                                    Moreover, the entrance is fully blocked by these buses and there is no space for the vehicles to move or enter the gate of the institute.

                                    Early action in this matter is expected.

                                    We are in receipt of your email complaint dated 08/09/17. We wish to inform you that necessary precautions are taken by Bus Conductors regarding reversing of buses. We are regularly posting uniformed Bus Inspectors for easy guidance to the passengers.

                                    Bus services for Vidyalankar College are provided on the request of college students & passengers, commuters residing nearby. Route 110 is adequately enough to cope up in clearing passenger load from Vidyalankar College to P.K. Kurne Chowk & viceversa.

                                    Recently we have received no. of complaints regarding re-erection of bus shelter at Sangam Nagar i.e. starting point of route 110. Bus shelter erected at Sangam Nagar is helpful for passengers in weather conditions like monsoon, summer etc.

                                    Since the inception of route 110 no any untoward incident has occurred at Vidyalankar bus stop (starting point) i.e. Sangam Nagar, so your request regarding shifting that bus stop to any other place cannot be considered.

                                      We are working at hinduja hospital in medical sections. We board a bus from dadar police station to citylight cinema. We are facing a lot of problem during peak working hours i. E. From 8.00 a. M. To 11 a. M. There are lot of buses going to wadala e. G. 110, 357, 351, 151, the frequencies of these buses are 4-5 times more than the bus, which are going to citylight cinema. Being working in medical sections, we have to reach our hospital on time as our work is patient related.in view of the above, we request you to increase the frequency of the buses which are going from dadar police station to sitaladevi temple.

                                      181 and 449 bus comes after 30 to 40 min daily. Frequency of these buses are less. I removed a pass but i and my friends daily go by rickshaw because less buses from Andheri to Santa Cruz and vice versa.

                                        I am a resident of sion koliwada, mumbai with consumer number[protected]*7. This is to bring to your kind notice the pains we are facing due to non supply / restoration of electricity in our area from aug 29, 2017. Sir (S), i believe, due to very heavy rains the power in our area was disrupted, but the same hasn't yet been restored. I've tried contacting the our fuse as well as fault control centres umpteen times from the above mentioned date itself. I was finally able to get through yesterday after which a complaint number was allotted to me[protected] at around 9 pm yesterday.

                                        Post the same no once ever contacted me or came for inspection in the area. A large number of people in our area have been living without electric power since. As mentioned above, no one from the fault as well as fuse control centres have been picking the call (If needed, can furnish my cdr for confirmation).

                                        I am the resident of Mumbai Antophill location was having an electricity issue since yesterday morning.
                                        I was trying to connect all the BEST number but no one is picking up phone.

                                        This kind of negligence is creating lot of issues in home, please do the needful as early as possible.
                                        There is no electricity for that past 1 hour. My address is 88/90fakhri Manzil Abdul Rehman St.Ward B Plz do. Something. We r stuck in the situation for hours now.The whole building has no light.We are you the bill every month on time. And there has been no problem...then y r u harassing is like this.
