On 25th july, 2017 around 8.20 am at s r p camp, jogeshwari, i boarded the bus for new agripada, santacruz.
I got the seat to sit. I saw the conductor and called him to confirm if my online pass got activated which i renewed online on 18th jul, 2017 from ridlr site.
He saw the message and replied rudely that it was active till 21st july and is expired now. I replied, that i renewed it on 18th july, 3 days prior the expiry date.
I told him, that i will not buy a ticket.
Then he started shouting in marathi, don't argue with me or else i will stop the bus and throw you out of the bus. He said 2-3 times the same statement.
Over and above he said, call any higher authority, file a complaint, i don't fear. And i replied him that, i have renewed the pass and showed the message to him too.
Then i kept quiet but he was still yelling continuously. I got down at my destination.

It is a public transportation, and we pay and travel.
Is this the service govt. Giving to the citizen? Why best had introduced the online pass service?
I am writing this letter with an expectation that the proper action will be taken against him.

I was give you BEST employee to Mr.Ganesh Baban Rathod take money from me Rs.10, 000/_ and then Did not Responding my calls, messages etc.
So I was complaint because i am helpless he could not responding to me.
