On 25th july, 2017 around 8.20 am at s r p camp, jogeshwari, i boarded the bus for new agripada, santacruz.

I got the seat to sit. I saw the conductor and called him to confirm if my online pass got activated which i renewed online on 18th jul, 2017 from ridlr site.

He saw the message and replied rudely that it was active till 21st july and is expired now. I replied, that i renewed it on 18th july, 3 days prior the expiry date.
I told him, that i will not buy a ticket.

Then he started shouting in marathi, don't argue with me or else i will stop the bus and throw you out of the bus. He said 2-3 times the same statement.

Over and above he said, call any higher authority, file a complaint, i don't fear. And i replied him that, i have renewed the pass and showed the message to him too.

Then i kept quiet but he was still yelling continuously. I got down at my destination.

My pass details are below -

It is a public transportation, and we pay and travel.
Is this the service govt. Giving to the citizen? Why best had introduced the online pass service?

    I had ordered for lap top top spares amounting to nearly 3000 when the money was transferred from my acc i was under the impression th the product would be delivered with in 4 days but to process the shipment it took 4 days and the laptop spare suppler representative called rajat gulati of laptop arena was very rude it seems i should not harass him by calling now and then i[censored] ask me even the owner of laptop arena would speak in a calmer manner. Now e bay representatives hav said the consignment has ben delivered. It was a very bad experience and i hope e bay does something about laptop arena representative rajat gulati

      I was on the bus no. 276 on kandivali - sector 8 route and was getting off at ganesh chowk from the gate beside the driver according to the rules but he didn't stop at the bus stop as no one was getting on. This is completely wrong and i could've got hurt getting off the bus. Then he accelerated the bus but i had to get off and i did and it was completely the driver's fault. This should be taken under immediate consideration by the best of mumbai.

        I am getting excessive bill since last 3 months
        I have only 2 fan and 3 light and a ac which using at very limited time.. Earlier the bill was not more than rs.3000.. Same thing happend in last year and that time i had register the complaint at pathakwadi bbest office.. But that time also, problem has not got solved.. I request to kindly check my meter or replace it with new one.. Please also check that my connection/meter was not tampered...

          I am getting excessive bill since last 2 months

          Till march i used to receive bill only up to rs.500
          I tried complaining on customer care / complaint number but staff is just not ready to take a complaint they are transferring call from one ward to another saying it does not belong to our ward

Bus no.121 is never available, i waited for the bus for 45 minutes and its a routine now. There are no fix timings of the bus can you please take my complain into consideration and increase the frequency of the bus so that no inconvinence is caused. Thank you

              It's regarding 2 non functional street lamp, which is not working since last 10-12 days. At yaqoob street, bohri mohalla, near j. J. Hospital junction, mumbai - 400003. Please do as needful soon.in some days back ilpdged the complaint at grant road mantainance department but invain no action yet please take this matter on priority as some old ladies from our houses had fallen badly due to the lack of proper light...

                  There are two bus stops at marwadi school, prathna samaj. One for bus numbers 41, 42 and 121 and 2nd for 103. The passengers who want to go to walkeshwar, have to catch either 41 or 42 or 103. But as the stops are separate they have to stand in the center of both the bus stops. The stops are at the turning point so they have little time to reach either of bus stop.

                    I boarded a bus at 7.45 am from madhur colony towards iit powai. The driver was driving very slow purposely because there was a 459 bus ahead. When all the passengers asked him to drive fast he said he cannot drive because he cannot overtake the bus which is ahead.in fact he was waiting on the turning or before any bus stop so that the bus can pass from there even the other buses were overtaking this bus. He said its a rule he cannot overtake the bus because that bus left ahead of this bus from the depot.

                    Sorry to say such ridiculous and irrelevant rules you have very unprofessional.

                      I made a payment towards my electricity bill online. However after making numerous attempts also i could not get an online receipt of the bill i paid. On calling the given so called customer care numbers i was just asked to call a different number everytime. Finally i was told on one of them that the office is shut and i need to call tomorrow.
                      I am not sure if this is a deal with the government service or the technology we are using in the 21st century. Very rude and bad behavior by every single person on the call. Also refused me to give their names. Who are we dealing with and why is our government so lethargic. Please have some learned people on the counter to handle our problems not a bunch of #.

                        Hello..
                        My name is ketan waghela. I traveled in bus no. Mh01 la 5221 (Not sure of the number) bus no. 459 - 8795 malavani. I boarded the bus from mulund station - andheri bus stop at 10:15 am approx.

                        The conductor of the bus was so rude in his behaviour. He abused passengers getting in bus and not even sparing women.

                        He began yelling at passengers for change (Money) and abused some of the passengers on their mother.

                        He asked one lady passenger in a very rude and commanding voice to get down of the bus and get another bus as she didnt had change. When some argued to behave properly then he was saying "koi upkar nahi kar rahe ho bus me chadke", "chhutte paise h to hi travel karne ka bus me, varna aao mat"

                        Few of the regular female passengers started saying that it is his daily behaviour nut they have to tolerate this daily.

                        I demand action against him and want to ask best authority how do they expect to run profits on this kind of service? Proper training should be given to staff on their behaviour.
                        This kind of behaviour with lady passenger is not acceptable.

                        I regularly travelling with C-60 bus from Vikhroli to Jogeshwari.

                        But there are very poor OR very less frequency of C-60 express buses.

                        Bus not coming on time, some time people stand on bus stop more than 1 hours.

                        Please improve your frequency

                          After 5 hrs of complain no body has come to attend our complain. Whn called colaba gm. Mr gm is on leave n no other person is there in his place. Y r u people run this electricity whn u dont hv capacity to run. Horrible b. E. S. T. All just know hw 2 giv xcuses no1 is there to come n attend the fault. U hv only 1 car to run in whole mumbai. U wil never improve as usual n as always.

                            Dear my consumer no[protected] i paid my arrears my april bill was 11086 in that i paid already 10000 but today when i received the may bill the bill was still added with arrears and it show the bill 14400 and its not updated clearly
                            Please update the bill in your systems
                            This is almost 24 hours after payibg the bill still its showing the new bill 14400

                            I travel to asalpha from powai Tunga..and for such a short distance I have to board two buses i.e from Tunga to Sakinaka and then from Sakinaka to asalpha..B.E.S.T authorities​ it will be great if there is a bus from Tunga which goes to Ghatkopar via asalpha.

                              Route no. 290 - from poinsar depot to seepz - time : 07.07 am -
                              Bus no. Mh-01 ap 0598...1766

                              For the past two days the above mentioned bus has a hole in the ceiling between row 4 & 5 roof and dirty water falls down on the passenger sitting on row 4 left of driver side.
                              Also a panel near the window has come loose and is jutting out which causes grave hurt to passengers.
                              Moreover, the flooring panel has come loose and passengers may trip over and fall causing hurt to the passengers.

                              Pl do not send this bus out for business trips before you get it repaired as this bus life span has almost reached it's peak by now.

                              Trust you wud be taking corrective action immediately and advise on by below email address.

Although amount was debited to me internet banking account, receipt is not generated and payment is not updated in the system. Please look into the matter and rectify the error at the earliest.

                                  1) our consumer number is[protected] and the bill for the month of may has come out to be very high (Rs. 9940). Our earlier bills have never exceeded rs.4000. Kindly come and check the meter. The usage is the same as that of the previous month and even lesser. There is definitely issue in the billing done for the month of may 2017.

                                  2) the consumer number[protected] also has the same issue in the billing. The arrears have already been paid, yet they have been added in the bill of the month may 2017. Kindly correct the same in the records.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have observed the same pattern for the conductors in route 155 and 157 bus that they provide ticket from one stop behind from where I climb all the way till cumballa hill post office. I board the bus at sonavala building tardeo which is one stop after grant road station stop still I am always given from grant road as the start.

                                    I get down at AC market. Hence, the distance from sonavala till AC, market is not even 2 KMS. Still I have always been charged 10rs. I believe I travel the most minimum distance within the proximity of 2KMS itself.

                                    When I travelled from tardeo through 126 bus till burhani college I was charged 10rs which is fair enough and the appropriate price I am charged.

                                    But, just from sonavala building bus stop till AC market tardeo 10rs is not at all pleasing. I am simply looted. Its now been the third time I have faced this and with different conductors. This time I have also kept all the detail of the bus:

                                      As per subject matter lodge complaint in the midnight 1 am and after making at least more than 15 calls to number 22066661 attended by Mr. Gevde controller.
                                      Complaint attain dance promise done for 7 am morning they didnt send any complaint attending vehicle
                                      This is month of fasting and lots of people and ill
                                      Plz take necessary action against related officials
