On 10 Apr 2017, I paid the BEST Bill for Mar 2017 (Amount : 23040/-). At the last step of the net banking process, it showed an error. However the 23040/- has been deducted from my bank account. A bill receipt was not generated. Also the BEST site is not updated with the payment details. It is asking me to make the payment again.

I have made a bill payment of Rs.1490. My account has been debited however the BEST Undertaking online payment shows payment details not shown. While making the payment on the last stage the of the procedure error had occurred but payment was deducted. Please the status of payment update on the BEST Website.

Has the payment come through since the website yet asks me to make the payment.

The amount was debited on my card ending with 9683 but receipt of payment from BEST was not generated and the payment is not reflected in history.
