    On 10 Apr 2017, I paid the BEST Bill for Mar 2017 (Amount : 23040/-). At the last step of the net banking process, it showed an error. However the 23040/- has been deducted from my bank account. A bill receipt was not generated. Also the BEST site is not updated with the payment details. It is asking me to make the payment again.

          I have made a bill payment of Rs.2000. My account has been debited however the BEST Undertaking online payment shows payment details but the PP status shows 'N'. Also the bill no. is not reflecting. While making the payment on the last stage the of the procedure error had occurred but payment was deducted. The status of payment was updated the next day on the BEST website.

          Has the payment come through since the website yet asks me to make the payment.

                      Made online payment on 3rd April 2017 of Rs 710/- against my electricity bill date 27th March 2017. My consumer number is [protected]

                      My bank account has been debited for the amount but your site came up with a page stating the process cannot access the file and when i go to b.E.S.T.Site for the payment status, the above mentioned bill still shows as payment outstanding .

                      I did the same process again and again Rs. 710/- got deducted so in total i paid Rs.1420 /- for a bill of Rs. 710/-

                      Please confirm the above payment and adjust against the above mentioned bill without any late payment charges and refund the additional money or adjust with next bill and send me a confirmation on my email id

The amount was debited on my card ending with 9683 but receipt of payment from BEST was not generated and the payment is not reflected in history.                             This is my long standing complaint never solved. My consumer Number is [protected] which my son used to handle with his phone number and pass w0rd. He has shifted and now I have been handling the payments of 'electric bill. I am held up because I do not have his phone [number] nor do I have the password with which he used to operate. How can I replace my phone number and Pass word to operate this aaccount and also to make payment. Why BES T does not set up a site whereby with the consumer number payment can be made without difficulty ? There are many sites which accept payments without all these requirements which lend pablic to unnecessary hardships?-Narendra Amin

                              Yesterday, I was travelling by 201 BEST Bus from Goregoan to Bandra in evening about 5.30 pm. I was carrying a pass & a Rs. 50 ticket that is valid to travel anywhere between Dahisar to Bandra. On request to show pass by conductor, I showed him the pass. Then the conductor started giving me a lecture that I should always show pass & ticket together. I agreed to it & assured him that next time I would do the same. Even after acceptance, he kept on lecturing me. I told him to keep quite & stop the misbehavior for which he started abusing me.

                              Request the authorities to take a strict action. His batch number is 114775. Infact when I told him that I would note his batch number & lodge a complaint in depot, he was not at all worried about it & willingly gave me the number.

                                My BEST electricity customer number is[protected]*9. It is on the name of my House owner "Sri M.N.Chokhani". My bill of Mar 2017 was Rs. 910. On 31/3/2017 around at 5:52AM I paid my bill via online and I got SMS from bank that Rs. 921.51 is deducted but after 1 hr processing of payment page, payment didn't happened and my amount is also not refunded.                                       I got the message that bookings have been cleared but I have not received my even after one week, On approacing the agency they are dilly dallying and complaing that short supply of gas and also those who have withdrawn subsidy on their own will be 2nd priority etc. This clear harasment since I have withdrwan subsidy on hearing plea from the Primeminister of country even though Iam elgible for .subsidy

                                        Today morning (6th Mar 2017) between 8:15-8:30 am as I was driving for my office, on the W.E. Highway, I saw this BEST Bus MH01 LA6485 blocking the way of another company Bus and having an argument. It happened near Kandivali. As I reached the Goregaon Flyover (near Oberoi Mall), I was ahead of this bus and proceeding slowly as there was heavy traffic. Suddenly I saw the bus speeding up and overtook me to again have a feat with the Company Bus (it was white Bus). In the process it hit my car badly and though I stopped my car and kept honking, he never bothered to look even. Then again he went ahead and blocked the Company Bus and the whole traffic came to standstill. I too got down from my car and shouted on him but he was least bothered. The Company personnels also screamed at him. I should have clicked a photo of the driver. Seeing people gathering he quickly started moving away. I managed to click a photo of the bus from the back. Can you tell me how you will compensate for the damage done to my car and what action you are going to take on this driver? Had I been speeding, it would have been a fatal accident.
