We are having a technical issue with the meter.

Our consumer no#[protected] in the name of vandana international, a garments mfg.co., 303, pragati industrial estate., n. M. Joshi marg, mumbai 400011

As informed by your meter reader, the meter seems to be having technical problems. Meter display is not working. It is not indicating number o[censored]nits consumed. Hence reading will be a problem.

Please depute your staff immediately to rectify this.

    First there was a bus numbered 712 ltd it had the highway route from magathane depo towards miraroad station the route has been changed from dahisar bus station to laxmipark. i and many college students of Nirmala Memorial Foundation College Find it difficult to get back home due to only 1 bus available that is 710 ltd . i request you on behalf of many students of the Nirmala college to change 712 ltd Bus route back to the Highway route from Magathane depo towards miraroad station.
    the route was able to help the students like me to reach on time to college during exams.

    I kindly request you to change the route to the previous one from magathane depo towards miraroad station of 712 ltd. thank you.

      Dear sir,
      We are senior citizens of mumbai. We were travelling in bus no 357 from nehru planetorium to maheshwari udyan at 6.04 pm on 20-11-16. No. 113404
      This bus was jammed packed and some body has vomitted and covered the floor of bus on front side, the conductor was not bothered to inform public about this dirty conditions and was not allowing to get down from back inspite of bus stopping properly at stops. We have to make our way from such crowded bus and walk throgh vomitt. The behaviour of conductor was very very rude.
      Secondly, he was not bothered about stopping at bus stops.

      Bus no. Mh01lb7635 at 10.45 pm asking ticket from his sitting place. I call him several time for ticket but he vegala te me.another person sitting behind him tell to help me for ticket.
      In the evening, the 6 pm oclock is never on time...sometimes it comes early and sometimes it never comes at 6 and passenger waits for half an hour and then give up and go by other means.
      Please look into the matter as it is inconvinient to passengers traveling by this bus.

        To best undertaking,
        This is to bring to your king notice that i am not receiving light bill for consumer no.[protected]*0 for past 1 year. Every now and then i have visit dadar branch to get copy bill for the same.
        But now since rules have been changed, now after to month my meter is cutted off and taken by best people.
        I have another meter with consumer no.[protected]*6 even for that i have to search all the nearby place, some how i get that bill but, not the above mentioned one... With so many complain things are not happening.
        I have even installed a box (Please find the attachment for the same) so it can be for the concerned person to insert the bill, but then too i am facing the mess with no fault of mine..

          On 19th Nov, 2016, aforesaid best bus banged my UBER cab near Mahim church at 8 pm. The driver was rash and banged car at signal. After that started fighting with driver that the driver of the car had banged. Local traffic police came but no use. Please take action as Best bus drivers are generally very rash and can cause this to anyone else as well.

            This is to inform you that we are middle class people & we don't have any item which is consuming heavy electricity - normally we get a bill of around 200 - 300 inr as monthly bill - but last month we got a bill of around 1900 which was shocking - kindly look after the issue & help us - after getting reply from consumer complaints - this is my answer as follows - dear consumer complaint team - we can write only our complaint fyi, we cannot write a essay or a story for your requirement - please taken immediate steps & sort out the issue

              Rash Driving by a Bus Driver while getting the Bus from the Depot at Shastri nagar (Santacruz) made an collision with a TATA Indigo and after seeing the damage he still not stopped the Bus and without any regret he just moved on.
              The Bus had damaged the rear right Door and right quarter panel of the Indigo car.

              The Bus number is MH01LA5607 also the pupil at the Depot a said that its of no use to stop the bus and they are regular with these type of accidents and they don`t care about all this type of things.

                  Respected Sir / Madam .I am Pinky Jain This month I received bill amount of 20560/- .which is too excess what i always get. When i went through the bill the current bill amount is only 9336/- (A) part and other part total adjustment amount (B) is 11225/-. my question is why i am liable to pay this amount .What is biforcation for amount(B). this is just you gift us as diwali bonus which directly we cannot pay you . i want answers for this asap. plz send someone to solve my problem.

                    This regarding best rout no 700ltd drivers and conducters who haves regular practice of skipping the bus on stop mainly on Bhayandarpada stop i am facing this problem daily basis they are not caring of passagers.
                    i have tracked on pair of conducter and driver of this route conducter best employment number is 41542 i also attached photos of this driver and conducter please action on them.

                      Here i was waiting at magathane bus stop for ac bus towards sion since 8:35 a. M.27.10.2016. After waiting for 10-15 mins, when the bus came, it didn't stopped at magathane bus stop. Actually ahead of that were 2 more bus, so the driver instead of waiting for the buses to leave the stop, overtook then and went ahead without taking a halt at the stop. Now i am in 348 but it will take more time to reach sion as it goes via dindoshi depot

                        Thank you for your kind response but things are going as usual. Again, 307 ladies' special staff are behaving arrogantly to follow their given timing. Especially, from monday to thursday, they are not following the timing and they start the bus from marol depot as per their own wish when the bus' actual timing is 5:30. Today also many ladies missed the bus especially pregnant ladies who always depend on that bus, it passed seepz with few passengers at 5:30 that means they started before 5:30. I enquired some of my friends who catch the bus from marol depot, they told that they started bus after 5:20. The staff just hurriedly left for completing their job and they are not bothered about their service. What is this sir, after complaining again and again, you people are not noticing these things? My response is on behalf of all the ladies who are depending on that bus. Please do not think it as a single voice.

                              First of all, i as a customer appreciate your services but this complaint, i am very much sorry to say that the timing of 307 ladies special (evening 5:30 marol to vaishali) is not being followed by the staff at present. the staff who completed their service last month was excellent and appreciable. they (i do not know the name of the staff) started from marol at 5:30 and collected all ladies who tried to catch the bus, if they see, they stopped the bus and they did their service as much as fruitful and they reached on time at vaishali nagar but now 307 ladies special starts before 5:30 and many ladies miss the bus. nowadays bus is going without enough passengers. what is the use of providing ladies special without collecting passengers?

                                I am Darpana. Ahire, 29 yrs, Female. My office is in BKC and I regularly travel by BEST bus from and to Bandra station since June 2015. On 7th Oct 2016, around 7pm in bus 289(I suppose) I had got into a crowded bus from Diamond bus stop. I boarded the bus from the front door since getting in from the back door was impossible. We were 2 o[censored]s who waited for the conductor to come and take the ticket, but due to failed attempt we passed the money to him at the back to which he refused to issue a ticket and passed it back to us. According to him we should have come behind and taken the ticket. But it's his duty as well to come and collect ticket in the front irrespective if the bus is crowded or not. So in a crowded bus he expected us to go behind and take ticket but he couldn't come to collect it from front since it was a crowded bus. Eventually the TC checked for the ticket which I didn't have. The other girl slipped out without paying, but 2 TC's, the conductor and driver harressed me to pay a fine for a mistake which was not mine. It is the conductor's job to issue ticket even if the money passed to him and refuse by saying that you should have come in person to collect it specially in a crowded bus. For 10 Rs. ticket there were 4 people who tried to take fine from me. Being a working and educated women even in my right mind I will never think of not paying the bus charges. Is 10Rs. Such a big amount that I wouldn't have paid? This is the question your employees should think of specially while asking for a fine. And your employee cannot refuse issuing a ticket irrespective of a crowded situation or not. This incident has deeply hurt me since there were 4 of them who didn't let me go till I actually started to cry due to the verbal harresment. They had blocked me from going outside the bus that also at night. Eventually they let me go as I refused to pay any fine for someone else's mistake. Hope you look into this and raise it up with the concerned team. Else I will raise this incident further up if you don't reply to my mail. As it is travelling to and from BKC is difficult and with your non-cooperative employees travel is become more of a hassle now. As after this incident I don't think I will ever travel in a BEST where employees treat the passengers so badly.

                                  we dahisar kar are suffering since long. there is only one bus 489 releasing from dahisar bridge to shivaji nagar, most of time its goes late and most important thing is the 1st bus is releasing at 6.45 am. even so many people are working to morning shift, those have suffering to reach to borivali west, magathane bus stop, samta nagar, dindoshi. Due to late and long gap between two bus. Hence we are requsting to release this bus early morning. atleast from 5 am onwords.

                                    While i boarded in bus number 242 to travel from oshiwara to andheri station at 7.45am, conductor having batch number 107682 asked for ticket. Initially i gave him 50 rupees note he demanded for change. After a small search i gave him 20 rupees note. My bus fair was rupees 14. He again asked for change. He asked for 4 rupees change. I refused as i did not carry exact change. Was shocked to hear his reply. He replied, that he will give me written note for 6rupees and when i refused for even that he started misbehaving and fighting. I want to know is best started this new rule of giving written note which passenger can redem in the next trip. Also is authority given to conductors to misbehave and fight, if a passenger don't carry exact change.

                                      B.E.S.T. Undertaking — Paid the bill still the amount as come with the next bill

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I had paid my bill of amount 350 with customer id[protected] on 29th July 2016 for the billing cycle of 13th July 2016 but when I received the bill for the month of Aug 2016 I have got amount of Rs 730 i.e. Rs 385 for the month of August and Rs 350 for the month of July which is double of the previous bill. Please refund the same

                                      Illegal Meter Connection to Jageshware Rampyare Pardeshi. The owner of said room is Late Rampyare Hanuman Pardeshi and without any consent to legal heirs and said room is still in the name Late Shir Rampyare Hanuman Pardeshi. Request to take leagal action in this matter and do the needful atearliest.

                                        Its been more than 6 months that we had been receiving higly false estimated electricity bills. When visited the dadar best office for compalining about the same we had been given irrelavent reasons as on why the bills arr being charges so high which are unsatisfactory reasons. Please do the needful as it is of no bother to you pepole may be but we are concerned about it and would need a proper resolution for the same. Hope you dont make any fake reasons and promises further.
