I wish to lodge a complaint as regards my latest residential electricity bill for the month of february 2017. The bill amount recorded in your bill shows an amount of rs. 1720/-.

My normal monthly bill amounts have always been in the region of rs. 915.00 to 920.00.

I request you to kindly review the reasons for this sudden rise in the amount payable for the month of february 2017.

I would be glad to furnish any additional information you may require for attending to this matter.

    I was a graduate apprentice for a period of one year from 1 october 2015 to 30 september 2016. It's been 5 months since i havent received my final payment 4984/- . whenever i used to go in wadala depot at time keeping, they used to say me that it has been passed but something went wrong & i was told by them it would come it would come. Everybody got their payments only I AM SUFFERING

    This is prasenjit sawant check number 309346 really tired of time keeping at wadala depot. they used to say me every month that my last payment which is still pending even after 5 months WUD COME WUD COME.. i was a graduate apprentice for a period of one year 1 october 2015 to 30 september 2016 & i received only 11 payments...one payment is still pending. when is it going to be sent?

      Between the above times there are 2 busses ALWAYS plying stuck together bumper to bumper, both half empty. Resultant commuters standing for approx 8:40 bus, 9:00bus and for 9:40 bus all are stranded. Same is the situation with 2 more stuck together busses around 10:40 (Timing approx passage at Shivaji park).

      This is not a single abberation. It has been consistently observed for a month before complaining.

      Today's bus numbers MH01 LA 5696 and 5694. Passed Shivaji park together at 9:55.

        My self Mohiddin Siddiqui was waiting for BEST bus at kokni pada bus stop, The bus number MH-01-LA-6933 going towards malad station on 27/2/17.time 1 pm
        When I shouted They stopped it, When I Asked why you were not stoping?The Driver Rudely says "इतक्या जोरात बोम्बलाये ला काय झाला"and conductor says that you were not standing on stop...They both were arguing with me.The Bus was From Dindoshi Depot and it is their daily business, Not stoping Buses on Stop...
        Kindly take a strict Action...

            Traveling today from mulund to Malad st in ac bus ...when I catch the bus I found to much temperature in the bus..Also having safocation in the bus there is no meaning to pay ac charges...I discussed with conductor as per him my seat is at back side due to which i'm facing issue, i f I'll seat in front then I'll get cooling...but this not a satisfied answer...I observed in Mumbai maximum ac buses are not proper maintened ..and they are taking complete ac bus fare charges...
            As compared normal buses are affordable for fair and natural air...this worst experience i got today in ac buses

            Delay in bus 349
            The frequency of bus no. 349 Ltd from Kurla to Santosh nager is supposed to be every 15 minutes. However, the interval between buses often goes up to 2 hour. This is really inconvenient when a few other buses come at intervals of 5-10 minutes.

              Respected sir
              My name is Jijo I used to travel on 10 Ltd bus from tank bunder to kamani on daily basis from 3 years.Now adays the service become worst and . Always I am standing for bus from 7 pm to 8 pm .
              Today also I am waiting for bus from 7.15 pm now it's 9 pm in between no bus came and still I am standing here . This is not for today's issue its third time on this week itself. If any driver is on leave or something you are simply cancelling the service and we are waiting for the bus . Main problem there is no another bus on this route . And the gap of the service is 40 mts to 1 hours.

              So please tell us how we can reliably use this service.

              Kindly do needful changes on the service gap or please reduce the gap between two service

                Best bus starting from Vidyavihar Railway station.Many times seen that Passenger seating in the bus which come first.But the driver take some other bus.Passenger looks at the driver were he is going, many time driver make the passenger to confuse.There is no bus announcement which bus will go first.
                Depo people is also not answering correctly.This happens for Jari Mari Saki-Naka Route buses.

                Last Bus from Mira Road was at 4.10 then within 5 min 2nd bus left. Then next bus at 5.42. Busses are mivimg in the groups of two and there is a gap of 1.30 hours between two buses why???
                No complaint no for us to complaint. And we are foolish to buy daily pass and have to wait for the Best bus and can't take any other bus.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    My BEST electricity customer number is[protected]*0. It is on the name of my grandmother "Smt Tanubai Parsu Dongare". My bill of Jan 2017 was Rs. 460. Yesterday i.e. on 12/2/2017 around at 9:52PM I paid my bill via online and I got SMS from bank that Rs. 465.82 is deducted but after 1 hr processing of payment page, payment didn't happened and my amount is also not refunded.(It came to know me that my bill is not proceed after checking it on BEST side.).

                    Regarding complaint of this issue, today I called on customer number[protected] which is available on bill, but since it was during lunch they told me to call later, it's fine. But around at 2:30-3pm, I called on that number around 4-5 time, no one received call after so many rings and someone received my call at 6 pm and told office closed at 5pm. I have recording too regarding my call as proofs.

                    Also I am attaching my bank msg and bank Passbook image(check 8th Entry) where 465.82 rs deduction is mentioned but not returned by best.

                        I regularly commute from Ghansoli Station to Matunga (king's circle) for work.I take Best bus 521 everyday & never ever in these 6 months the bus no 521 is on time..everyday the bus is late also in the mornings and in the evenings. As checked on m-indicator there should be a bus after every 15 minutes, which never happens.After waiting for an hour or so i get the bus. The main reason for this is the drivers are not punctual..they leave the bus as per their mood and convenience, they take their own time to reach the destination and if asked about the delay, they blame the traffic.They are also very lazy and slow and take 2 hours to reach dadar, wheras the NMMT bus 121 which also takes the same route are always on time and the drivers are so quick that the bus reaches the stop in just 1 hour. I have taken the Best bus pass of Rs 1600, which i feel is a waste because i travel by NMMT Bus very frequent as 521 is never on time and late too..Request the concerned to please take some action.
                        NMMT BUS provides the best service.

                          Dear sir,
                          i wish to complaint about rash driving of your bus driver. He was driving very rash and about to kill us .
                          He tried to push our vehicle to extreme right on to the road-divider. My vehicle innova had already passed three fourth length of bus from right side of bus then the bus driver started taking his bus towards our vehicle. I was honking vigorously but he neglected.There was lot of space for him to keep his vehicle in his lane or towards left side but he purposely or mischievously tried to bring the bus towards our vehicle as if he wants to kill us.
                          I stopped my vehicle and let him go ahead. on next bus stop i took his details to which he said "JO KARANA HAI VO KARO"
                          details of the bus and bus driver are as follows

                          Sir, this is my strong complaint as driver attempted to kill me and my family. I am going to follow up this case till the driver gets punishment and i hear back from you about your action taken report.
                          I am going to forward this complaint to all the higher authorities if i don't see any action taken.

                            There are many people travelling between mulund and Borivali. There are just two buses C61 and AC 700 bus which ply in this area. The people travelling in between these two stops are usually working class and senior citizens. They cannot afford to spend everyday on AC buses. Therefore only option remaining is C 61. The frequency of these buses should be increased at least in the peak time.i.e. morning and evening.. it is a request to kindly increase the number of C 61 buses in peak hours.. hope to get a solution soon.

                              I had already made a complaint with BEST regarding the unusual reading which shows 10 times the normal reading and my complaint no is v-3041776, the inspector who came to attend this complaint and the office staff are given excuses to attend the complaint. And now I had received a power disconnection letter from BEST
                              The meter reading as per bill dated 22/11/2016 is 28264 and this value is far beyond today's reading and I am attaching a picture of the meter reading for reference.

                                I am a regular traveller of bus no.225 from bandra to dahisar..there is no regularity in bus timings at all..at times the bus does not come at all in the morning for more than an hour. (Arpund 8.30 to 9.30) The bus is supposed to come at an interval of every half an hour..but this is not the case.
                                And this irregularity has increased in the last few days. I have already lodged a complaint before, but the irregularity is still prevalent. According to the conductor, if the bus is not released on time, then they cannot arrive in time, which is true. Request the bus authorities to release bus on time and ensure timely running and proper frequency.
                                It is a great nuisance to every traveller.

                                    A bus stop is a designated place where buses stop for passengers to board or alight from a bus. These are normally positioned on the roads or highways. Some bus stops at busy locations have shelter with seating arrangement while less busy bus stops use a simple pole and flag to mark the location. Bus stop at Mukesh Chowk on the busy Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai, where nine buses coming from J Mehta Marg and Simla House with route numbers 37, 63, 77, 104, 121, 122, 135, 151 and 156 stop, is only marked with a simple pole and flag to mark the location. The place is very unsafe for passengers waiting for buses. There is no shelter as at other busy bus stops along the routes of the these buses. Throughout the day, drivers have been carelessly driving their vehicles towards the passengers waiting at Mukesh Chowk bus stop and/or parking their cars at Mukesh Chowk bus-stop. I also caught an employee of a shop in Navjivan Building behind the bus stop sweep the shop and throw dust on the road towards the passengers waiting at the bus stop. Yesterday at 9:15 a.m., when I was standing waiting for bus at Mukesh Chowk bus stop, a driver in a white car bearing number DD 03 C 3029 drove his car towards me at the bus stop. He then told me "hato" meaning "move aside". I reminded him that the place is a bus stop. When I did not move, he kept moving his car back and forth towards me. I felt very unsafe as shopkeepers of Navjivan Building and other passengers waiting at the bus stop also turned into mute spectators. Then I called up Police Control Room for help. When he heard me calling the police, he took his car back and parked it in the compound outside Birla School. A woman police constable reached by 9:33 a.m. and called for the driver of the car. The driver came and admitted that he told me “hato”. He was taken to Malabar Hill Police Station. Such incidents at Mukesh Chowk bus stop outside the shops in Navjivan Building happen throughout the day. B. E. S. T. Undertaking must provide shelter and guards for the safety of the passengers at Mukesh Chowk or shift Mukesh Chowk bus stop to a near by location.

                                      My name is samir sharif now i am travelling in bus no 381 from vasinaka to ghatkoper station. I have caught bus from vasinaka at 9.05 am it had reached ghatkoper station at 9.35 am

                                      Bus no is 1615 mh01 ap 0406.

                                      I came running to catch the bus from front drive had also seen me, i showed the hand also. I was almost near to catch the bus. He started the bus very fast and i fall in the bus i got hurt on my knees.

                                      Then i spoke to conductor he was very rash to me while talking and then i went to driver and asked him if someone is running for catching the bus can't you make little slow if he is near. He said no i will not. Then i said you gir jayega, maar lag jayega, insaniyat hain kee nahi, he replied i don't have insaniyat. He said i am doing my duty, i don't care.

                                      Both driver and conductor behaved very rudely.

I daily go the office by bus route no. 247 in the morning by 7.25 am bus and while returning home i come by bus route no. 294 of 5.34 pm. Since last 10 days i have been unable to get both these buses; because of which i am getting late to reach the office as well as home.
                                        I have to pick up my daughter from the school before 5.55 pm. But since the 5.34 pm bus no. 294 is not to be seen i have to go either by share rikshaw or take another route bus. Which is resulting in getting myself late to reach to the school. Which is very hectic and embarrasing.
                                        As well in the morning i am getting late to the railway station; resulting in late going to the office.
                                        Kindly look in to this matter and solve the problem.

                                        Borivali (W) station se Shivdham tak shirf bus no.240 hai jo 1/12/2016 bahut late aati hai . Hame kariban 40-45 min wait karana padata hai. Please bus ki frequency badha dijiye. Krupa aap ek survey rakhe ki aapko pata chale ki kaha bus ki jada jarurat hai.
