No regular bus service
I everyday travel back from work at 4pm and there is no 707 bus from inorbit bus stop going towards bhayandar
This happens everyday
I even called the depot and they say that there is staff available but there are no buses for them to drive
I don't know who's lying and then they disconnect the call
I have to wait for 45-55 min everyday in order to get the bus
And then the bus is too crowded
This will not make any help if they don't solve it
It will be a waste of time trying to bring it to someone's notice
Hope someone takes action for the same

Today I got the bus at 5:03 pm
If they require proof I will keep the ticket everyday and also the bus conductor badgr number
When I checked with him he blankly dais that that not my problem

      I was travelling from borivali west to eksar raod by bus route no.240 at around 7.30 p. m. i had boarded the bus no. mh-01-8833 and have to inform you that i had left one bus as the same was full and waited for another to get proper seat. the bus no. mentioned above arrived but before the scheduled bus stop the said bus driver stopped the bus before the bus stop and allowed passenger waiting for share autoricksaw to board the bus.

      On enquiring why the bus had stopped and why passenger who wer not standing i nthe queue were allowed to board the bus as there was a long queue at the bus stop.

      The driver of the bus tried to intimidate me and started arguing with me.

      I was unable to get the driver's batch number bu i hope by giving the bus numbr and the time the bus was plying you would get the same and take appropriate action against the said driver.

        I daily travel in bus number 27 and it's been approximately 1 year now. This bus starts from worli depot and I board the bus in Gandhi market bus stop to reach vikroli bus depot in the evening time by 5. I am doing night shift and therefore have to reach my office before 6.30 pm. It takes approximately 45 mins to reach vikroli depot from Gandhi market.
        Previously this bus used to come in 15-20 mins gap but now since August the time span is increased to 45-60 mins. I reach bus stop by 5-5.05 but 27 bus never comes before 5.45-6.00 pm because of which I get late to reach office on daily basis. Every day we cannot afford to give traffic, transport excuses to reach late for office. I am sure you will also not accept this reason on daily bases from your employees. Again the bus that comes is so crowded that it becomes difficult to board in or even stand properly. It's understood and is obvious that the bus is crowded as it's peak hours and due to delay in bus arrival.
        I understand there is traffic due to which delay is possible but not everyday and not for all the buses that starts from the depot. Online bus time table shows bus 27 starts from the depot after every 15 mins interval then it should reach the others stops also in that time gap. But there is no single bus 27 that arrives Gandhi market bus stop before 5-45 - 6.00 pm. So I am sure the buses do not start from worli depot on time.
        Since it's peak hours and there are so many people traveling why is the BEST services not increasing the frequency of this bus. That would surely reduce the crowd and people can travel conveniently. At the end every one pays and expects convince and reaching on time from every transport service provider.

        Request you to look in and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        B.E.S.T. are charging electric customers a surcharge for loss on their bus sector. this is absolutely unfair and need to be refunded to each and every customer.
        why should any individual pay for this?

              I received a Bill of Rs. 11180.00 for July 2016 - which is way above my normal average bill. Since the amount was over the ECS mandate - I paid the bill promptly by cheque on 29/07/2016 and which has been cleared and acknowledged.

              For your information I had hand delivered two letters on or about 31st July or 1st August 2016 and which have been acknowledged by the ward office.
              One letter Subject is this "Excessive Bill" .

              The second letter Subject is: "Minimum Electricity Bill". In this I had informed you that we are proceeding on an extend holiday starting from 3rd August 2016 to 9th Dec 2016 and that during this period I may please be charged Minimum Electricity Bill due negligible consumption. However, I have received a bill of Rs.1620.00 for 2016/8. I shall request you to kindly re-check and adjust the bill and rectify the matter.

              Please acknowledge receipt.

              While on the subject of "Complaints" -how come bestundertakings website does NOT have any e.mail address for such complaints?

                  My Consumer number is[protected]*0. For the month of July they have added an adhoc charge of INR 10, 243 which is not for electricity consumed. There is also no explanation of what this charge relates to. I am hardly there are home for 10 days in the month, so there is no way i can consume as much electricity. Also see the number o[censored]nits consumed which clearly is not very different from last month. Request to get this charge cancelled and get a revised bill without the adhoc charges.

                    After crossing sion bridge going towards matunga bridge bus driver was driving bus like riding bike and while overtaking my car he accidentally touch my left mirror, was got scratched and got marks also but after then he purposely overtook to my car just because i stopped my car on that spot and tried to get out from my car to see how big was that scratched. But he not only overtook my car but he purposely pushing me to hit the wall which was on the right side of my door.
                    After stopping him he rudely gives me ans"

                      Yongsters sports club is organizing ganesh utsav at building nos. 6 to 14, sardar nagar no.4, sion koliwada, nr. Gtb monorail station and have erected huge lighting with lot of halogen lamps, etc.

                      They have not applied for power connection for this purpose and have taken illegal connection by directly connecting to the main bypassing meter from building nos. 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11.

                      Kindly send your vigilance team and book the organizers for this theft.

                        As I see my Bill details, the charge of Rs.143.58/-, 145.64/-, 142.55/- & 172.42/- for the months May 2016 to Aug 2016 respectively for the purpose of Loss recovery of Best bus transport. So can you why this charge are paid by my family. The loss which suffering by best transport are totally because of poor management as per the news. I need total clarification about this deduction and also need guideline from your side how you can directly debits this much amount without my prior permission.

                          All the street lights on st. Michael school marg mahim are off. We have being trying desperately to contact the fault control center on 2445 1060, 2445 6611 & 2292 0549 to report this for the whole night, but i cannot understand how all lines can all be busy all the time. It is very depressing.
                          Please do look into this & see that these lights are on tonight, as it extremely unsafe for the residents especially ladies, on the dark street.

                            The best undertaking allotted the mob. No. [protected] from their corporate office but said sim card is not used for single call and i have not made any application for the sim card and knowing this fact your office sending me alleged pending bills and also sending the outsider agency persons engaged by your office for recovery and they are giving threats for recovery of alleged pending bills without supporting any documentary evidence.

                            Please note that your sim card no. [protected] is not in operation and no single call is registered on the said sim card and in this circumstances you have no right to send me alleged pending bills or send the outsider agency at my residence for recovery of alleged pending bills.

                            Please note that in future again if same thing is happen there will be no alternate but to approach before hon'ble court for necessary direction and your concerned officer will be responsible for cost and consequences.

                            You are once again advice to take appropriate step in the matter and inform me accordingly.

                              I travel daily through 181, and it has became a headache now, the bus doesn't come even after waiting for an hour and when after a long wait bus comes it is always full.
                              In morning from 8.30 to 10 a. M
                              In evening from 6.00 to 8.30
                              We cannot expect any 181 on time.

                              There are so many people who daily waits for this bus

                              Please increase the frequency of 181.

                                On the 17th of august 2016, opposite to trident, nariman point, my car was smashed because of negligence and rash driving by tanaji tukaram hugle. He is a best bus driver whose bus number is mh-01-la-5125. Bus route number is 108
                                The accident happend right opposite trident hotel, nariman point. I was travelling with my family which consist of me, my wife and my daughter. The bus was going towards churchgate. My car was on the opposite side, going towards nariman point. The bus driver hit one car in his lane and took a sharp right turn crossing the road, he came on the opposite side and crashed into my car. The right side of my car is completely smashed. The photos are attached below. This accident was totally the fault of the bus driver as he was over speeding. His negligence was the cause of this accident. A fir is lodged at marine line police station. Fir no: 240/16.
                                Just because of our luck, nobody got injured. It could have easily become a very fatal accident. It was a very severe accident with no injuries.
                                I would request the best to take strict action against the driver.

                                  I am nilesh modekar. On 17 august i boarded in bus no. 27 at 10 am at shreyas cinema stop and asked for surya nagar ticket. But the conductor (Batch number jalgoan 53364) charged for 14 rs and gave me the ticket till gandhi nagar. When i asked him again the ticket for surya nagar, he said bus don't have a stop of surya nagar. But bus did stopped at surya nagar. Please look in to this matter at earliest

                                      I am a senior citizen and i go daily from r century bazar to vanitha samaj in d evening 4.30pm... I have to reach at 5pm... Daily i stand dr till 5 and i never get a bus i wait for 45 min nd finally have to cab it up... U say use bus but where is d bus this is everyday story... Everyone in d stop is complaining of d bus nt coming on time... At a gap of 15 min atleast 1 bus should come... Here daily 40 to 45 min one has to wait for 83/84... I have complained earlier also but no action is been taken besides these buses no bus goes in that route hope u look into d matter soon

                                        Worli village wK/11-2C is not functioning since 2month complain registered on phone no use. Dear Ajoy Metha kindly remove all the street light and dept will save lot and increase your staff salary for no work.

                                        The street arm & light fitting has been removed by your mobile van 2 months ago. Obviously since then area surrounding is dark.
