    Above said vehicle number mh-01-l-9303 banged my i10 which was parked in a parking spot at mahim (Next to paradise cinema) at approx. 11:00 pm on 5th june 2016

    Few people from the shops noted down the number and informed me the next morning

    As you can see from the photographs it has been severely damaged and complete blame lies with the driver

    I need a response from your end on the action taken on the same

        Since last two days there is no electric supply in CGS Colony, Sector-2, Antop Hill, Mumbai -37 at midnight. Yesterday after one hour light came. Today since last half an hour there is no light. Tomorrow I am going to lodge complaint in ministry level and media too. I dont know what is problem. But problem might be just forI one day. Regular problem is doubtful. Hence clear the problem within short period or face tomorrow media and ministry.

          I don't know what to say to B.E.S.T about the electricity cut off, may be they are getting big fat money from big companies to cut off the power of our area and transfer the same to big people, Some officials are really a waste doing nothing at work, and just putting the company down and down, B.E.S.T can you please wake up now what's going on making poor people fool and cheating with them please stop it for god sake .

            Thank you so much for running bus no-353, unfortunately buses are running irregular at the time of pick hours. Unnecessary pass holders are facing problem. As pass holders are making advance payment to best. Over and above you reduce the frequency of regular buses. Your general manager is making complained that best is not making profit. How you will get the passengers in such type of situation.

            I hope you will think over it and definitely you will improve management system.

                The Best Bus consumer complaint department,

                I am Kishnendra Kumar Prasad and the incident happened with me today and i came to know that Best Bus Ticket Conductor and Ticket Checker dont have manner to talk with the passenger.

                This incident happened with me when I was travelling by Best Bus no : 441 from Goregaon Virwaani Bus Stop to Saidham Kandivali Bus Stop. As I was not well and having problem of epilepsy I got into the Bus and sat at the front seat of the Bus . And waited for the ticket conductor to give me a ticket. As I was not well and I was not able to talk properly and my body and head was shivering . When the ticket conductor came I just asked him to give me a ticket for Saidham Kandivali Bus Stop but then ticket checker came and The ticket conductor told me that Ki abhi ticket nahin dunga humare saahab aa gaay hai I was not able to talk properly as I am a epileptic patient . He told me that i have to pay fine but as I was paying for a ticket then why they have told me to pay fine. I was not well I also told ticket checker and ticket conductor that I am a epileptic patient then seeing my condition also they told me aisa toh sab karte hain . Ticket checker told me sab aisey hi acting karte hain jab pakdhe jaate hain. I was not able to pronounce my name also . I showed them my medicines then the ticket checker told Aisey toh sab hi medicines rakhte hain. I showed my company health card on which its meintioned that I am having fits (Epilepsy) but then also So is this the way best conductors, ticket checkers are that they dont know how to talk with a passenger who not in condition to talk also. Shame on all Best Bus Employees . How these best give jobs to such misbehaviour peoples. And In that condition also I paid the extra charge from virvaani to Saidham to ticket checker but they didnt shaw my condition.

                  SUB: Bills are not delivered at our house.

                  I had complained last month in the billing department on the 4th floor regarding the person not delivering the electric bills from the past 3 months and I was told that there are many complaints against him by many other persons, I have to go every month for collecting my duplicate bills whereby I am loose 2/3 hours at your office as I was operated for a by pass surgery last year and I am not keeping well.

                  I have also to pay extra late charges which amounts to Rs300.00 to Rs.400.00 every month as also you charge me service charges but do not deliver the bills.

                  Again this month I have not received the bill and the due date may be around 15th of May 2016.

                  Please treat this as urgent matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                      This is in regard to the BEST buses which are never on time. The BEST bus No.52 for the past 6 months is not on time. The 9 o clock bus from the depot itself leaves at 9.45. THere is 45 minutes to an hour difference and then 10.0 clock bus from the depot itself leaves at 11. o clock. Today there was no bus for 1 and half hour.It cause lot of inconvenience to BEST commuters who go to job from that route.

                      Mulund check naka bus stop, the riskiest bus stand ever. I have to literally stand in the middle of the road to catch a bus. It is a very high risk as other vehicles are passing by the same lane. I humbly request the BEST authorities to have a look on it.

                          I stay at Malwani and travel till Malad depot everyday for my office. This happened two weeks ago(first week of Apr 16) when i was trying to board 459 bus (MH 01 9869) at around 12 noon when the driver of the bus was making nasty faces looking at me before the bus could stop at the bus stop. I boarded the bus and while i was getting down the bus still he was the same, he was continuously staring at me, singing song and also was passing comment when I was deboarding the bus. Drivers should concentrate on road not on the girls who are boarding or deboarding the buses.This type of bus drivers are not expected to be a part of public transport. They are not even liable to be a part of any transport.

                          I would request you to take appropriate action against such burglars who dont have manners how to behave in public.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Yesterday while travelling to office I came to know that the services of Bus no.484 will be stopped w.e.f 1st May 2016. However I was very surprised to know that the route is being stopped because the bus is not generating any revenue. I would like to inform you that this is the only bus from Mulund East - Thane Pawar Nagar and there are many passengers who are having only this bus as an option to reach their offices on time.
                              This bus goes full always atleast on weekdays, infact commuters wanted the bus frequency to be increased.

                              Request you to please rethink over this decision and do not stop the services of this bus. Also do let us know what needs to be done as commuters from our side to keep the services started.

                                  I have received bill of rs 7830.00 for march 2016, which is more than double my usual monthly bill.
                                  My earlier bill of february 2016 was rs 3510.00 the meter reading for that bill was 390 units (Meter reading[protected]. The amount was paid on 14th march 2016.
                                  In the march bill the meter reading is for 1090 units (Meter reading[protected]. Hence, the number o[censored]nits is wrongly charged. The meter reading should be[protected] so only 325 units should have been charged instead of 1090 units.
                                  Please refund me the excess amount charged immediately.
