C42 Bus do not stop at starting stop

Ç42 bus from Sion to Dadlani Park, Thane never stops at the stop at Dadlani and moves away without information to passengers. The passenger thinks that still there would be time for bus to move hence it is away from the stop but its not likethat....

I boarded bus no. 384 from Sarvodaya hospital stop at about 12.30.p.m. to Santacruz domestic airport. Ticket fare is ₹22. I gave ₹102 to conductor as I did not had change. He asked me to give change or get down for which I didn't agree and asked him to return change once u get it. For which didn't agree. As bus reached kamani stop he came to me and took the money and said he will return the change once he get it. I saw him collecting change from many passengers but didn't return my Change l even saw some passenger getting down without ticket as he was not issuing the ticket for the want of change. When bus reached Milan subway highway stop I asked him for change, on which he directly handed me ₹80 refund coupon which l have to collect from wadala depot. I said him u have the change then why u are not giving me for which this l need for forthcoming passengers. I told him l will complain about it to higher officials for which he said he doesn't care as he is in union. I am sending u copy of the coupon to u. Please let me know the action u have taken at the earliest.

    I was shocked to see the Bill Dated 22-02-16 amounting to Rs 1780/-

    Our average consumption is always between 180 to 200 units.

    Request to check the meter for any fault and take the accurate meter reading once again.

      Request to check our excess billing amt though our usage is very minimum first we use to get 600 to 700 rs amt and now it is coming to 1100 to 1700 rs.
      Also every month we are charge best transportation loss charges which i wish not to pay and demand refund for all the amount paid till not and not to charge in future bills any more.

      Your prompt reply and action in given credit back is appreciated.

        I am a regular commuter on the rout of bus no. 33 from shivaji park to odhieara adarsh nagar.
        I often see a regular conductor mr. Santosh Murkar
        Badge no.195367 conducting this bus which reaches shivaji park at around 9.2- 9.5 am every day. This bus is usually not very crowded when i board it but gets crowded mid way.
        I generally get comfortable seat when i board but on 17 February the bus was unusually crowded and so i had to sit at the seat immediately against the back entrance. Mr. Santosh appeared to be friendly while i was buying my ticket from him, he himself introduced himself to me (though i never asked for an introduction) later when the bus got crowded i started knowing why he was getting soo friendly, no one out of all those people standing in the bus ever crowed around me or gave any push or shove to me, though taking advantage of the same crowd Mr. Santosh almost sat on my lap, tried "accidently" touching various parts of my body while saying "madam you should have sat inside, else u will get pushed and shoved more".
        I request B.E.S.T to take stirn action on this, else i have to make police complaint under the code of sexual harassment against your professional and your organization.

          Dear Sir,

          For more than 3 months my meter is not showing the reading and its BEST that is sending me the bill every month.

          I fail to understand how a government organisation like you can charge customers like this. It's been 3 months now.

          I am a resident of Sion Raheja Regency and flat no 301. I thought that the BEST changes meter automatically but it's been more then 3 months now.

          Moreover we don't delay your payments. Isn't it your duty to be transparent in charging your customers a fair charge or inform them that their meter is not working and they should be replaced immediately.

          Most o[censored]s are not aware as the meters are inside the refugee area or need to take permissions from the concerned authorities to check on our meter.

          Request you to kindly arrange a replacement immediately and return excess money which is been paid to you.

              Dear Sir, every month in my bill the units charged are in excess of 150 to 200 units more than actual used. I keep checking and write down my units almost everyday. Many times no one comes to check the meter and collect the units used so when I get the bill it shows 200 units charged more than my usuage.This is going on since more than a year.Pls.check

                I was driving through Juhu Tara Road when the driver of captioned bus overtook my car thereby brushing the car and breaking my Left rear view mirror as well as damaging left side body of car. This happened today around 08.30 PM. Being a Public Transport bus I did not stop the bus to avoid inconveniencing the Public. However I brought to his notice at the next Bus Stop .As usual he denied his fault. But the damage to my car has been done.                       बस चालकांना बस स्टाॅपवरील प्रवासी दिसत नाहीत काय? आज दिनांक २९ डिसेंबर २०१६ रोजी संध्याकाळी ६:२५ च्या सुमारास ३०३ नंबर ची बस महम्मद इस्टेट या स्टाँपवरुन न थांबता गेली. मि स्वतः हात दाखवून बस थांबवण्याची विनंती केली. बस चालकाने बघून सुद्धा दुर्लक्ष करुन बस न थांबवता पुढे घेउन गेला. बसेस रस्त्यावर चालवता तरी कशाला तुम्ही?

                        Sir, Many times I have seen vehicles parking very close to bus stops which violation of law and is causing unconviniace to the commuter, may be this is happening with blessing of traffic police departments even your department is not complaining against it.                           Respected Sir, My average bill ranges from 750 to 900 but in the month of November 2015, we were shocked and surprised to see a huge bill amounting Rs.8, 839/-. We are sure there is some technical mistake due to which such an exhorbitant bill amont has come.                             As per consumer act fare any public transport shall be as much distance travel by consumer.but bus fare is not same for less distance.for example if i am travelling from powai plaza bus stop to jumbo darshan stop via sakinaka then best bus conductor will give tiket from IIT market to jumbo darshan with 22rupees but if i ask chakala bus stop instead of jumbo darshan bus stop then 18rupees ticket. my request is to BEST go for exact fare as per kilometer as you shown in your list during bus fare increases regards

                                  Respected sir / madam Subject == my name is swapnil sunil shivalkar...i had complaint against best conductor of his arrogancy word use to me and arguing with me in dis-respect manner... (05/11/2015) today i had traveled with best bus from worli village bus depot . To elphinston road The fare of ticket was rs 8...as usual i m using smart card from 4 years... Unfortunately yesterday on 4/11/2015...my balance was over at night...yesterday conductor also intimate u r balance was rs 1... So today on 05/11/2015...i didn"t get time to recharge my smart card balance...and evening at i was busy...so as usaual i ladder into best bus...i had seated into second last seat...and conductor was too far...he has started from driver end... When he had come to me...i had given him rs 50...he told me in mother tongue language..( sutte nahi hai maaza kade...even i also replied him...kaka maaza kade pan nahi hai...even i shown him my wallet see i don"t have ) Then reply...mala kai sangu naka...bagh kauna kade...nahi utrun jau ...i told him ka uthrun jau...then i show him my smart card...i told him...i m using smart card...but unfortunately recharge balance is over yesterday and i had not get time to recharge today... Then he reply mala kai sangatay...bagh nahi uthrun java...ithe amhi kai theka nahi ghetla hay saglanche sutte deyala... I had saw him he has given change to first customers ...when he come to me he shown his attitude... Then just behind me one person was ...he told me jaude mitra he ghe 50 che sutte...and stranger person given me rs 50 change... Conductor shouted with arrogant language...mala kai sangtoy smart card cha... I told him tumcha tras vachvala ghetla hay... I m using smart card...to reduce some pressure of best conductor... Since 12 years i m travelling from best bus 162...i had seen many time passenger removing rs 100 not rs 500...and conductor his frustate... To reduce some pressure from my side i had taken smart card option...and recommended to everyone plz purchase smart card... I had taught that best bus conductor and passenger are freinds...but this conductor prove ..passenger is on own way and conductor ar in thier place... My complaint is against best conductor...the way he spoke in disrespect manner and and arrogancy manner...even he had shoted on me...ja uttar bus madhun sutte nahi tur I m using smart card from since 3 years above ...and just traveled from 162 bus every time...but in my life never best conductor shouted on me or never spoke any arrogancy word which hurt my feeling This best bus conductor shouted on me...the puplic in the bus was looking at me and conductor This conductor is not doing any favour that i should listen arrogancy behaviour and blasphemy word ...because this incidence was happen with me...this conductor was frustated and shouting to every one...but some passenger revert him also...or keep silent...but i m not one of them who keep quiet...i m paying fare charges with tax...then i also expect that i should receive proper and efficient service from best staff... In AUG'2015 Nobody was staying at home as we were went to our native place. before this month also room was vacant and sometimes used by our relatives that is also on Saturday & Sundays.Then also we received high amount bill. Even there is no reading mentioned on bill as well as no billing Period mentioned on it I feel the amount charged to me is in correct & there is some error in billing or there is electricity theft, kindly review & request you to look into this matter at earliest & refund me the amount.                                       Since three - four months I have observed BEST undertaking is charging a separate head named (Transport Loss Charges) which is felt like on heat on our pocket. Need clarification how this charges calculation is and no notification that till how long this charges will be levied on BEST power consumer. Also currently fuel prices are below inflation mark then why still consumers are charged with above head whereas Undertaking transport cost would have reduced. Secondly why power consumers should bear the losses incurred by undertaking due to there professionally mismanagement in transport dept. Waiting for revert and needful for removing above charges from our bills.
