    My consumer no:[protected] My residental address is c-603, floor-6, plot A 184, c wing shastrinagar chs, D v kadam marg, dharavi, mumbai-400017. in the month of april 2015 my bill amount was 11, 740. in the next month we are not present in our house. we travelled to native place.we switched off the fuse of our house. when we came after one month the bill amount was 14, 730. We have not used the electricity how can the bill amount be such higher. so requesting you to take following steps to solve our problem. B.E.S.T. undertaking should take on the reading of the electricity metre carefully.

      Hello - my consumer number is[protected]. My electricity bills are exceedingly high and not commensurate with my usage. I live alone and travel almost 20 days a month. I have just paid yesterday an amount of Rs. 10490 and the bills for the last three months are not in line with my consumption. Pls look into this on priority and adjust with my future billings.             AS1, the BEST AC service between Cadbury Junction and Backbay Reclamation has only one service in the evening (rest are in the mornings) at 5.25 pm but catching it is a gamble for the following reasons: 1. It often arrives apparently from Mulund Depot, takes a U-turn at CadburyJunction but does not halt unless the passenger leaves the footpath and waves it down. 2. It arrives and leaves (regardless of whether it stops or not) earlier than the scheduled time. 3. It is sometimes hard to spot the bus because several others, including 700, stop there blocking the view. This is the usual practice. There are risks to the passenger forced to stand on the road especially where several bus routes have their stop. My wife missed the bus today, July 15, 2015 for these reasons. She had to rush to the Thane station and take a train. Action is called for by way of counselling the bus crew.

              Sir, I am Bapusab Shidu mane Sr. Citizen residing at B/235, Punjabi colony, Nr. Panchayti Gurudwara, Guru Tegh Bhadur Nagar, Mumbai 400037 from last 42 years. Consumer No.[protected]* Account No. 1989907. My average bill is Rs. 500 to Rs. 700 per month. I have received bill of Rs. 10490. I had un paid the bill as I was un well & not in Mumbai. To avoid disconnection I have paid bill of Rs. 10490 on 10th July 2015 @ CGS electronics. I feel the amount charged to me is in correct & there is some error in billing or there is electricity theft, kindly review & request you to look into this matter at earliest & refund me the amount.                 Consumer No:[protected]*6 The bill received for the cycle 25.11.2015 to 24.12.2014 stated "Meter couldn't be read, billed on estimated consumption". Several online complaints and physical complaints were lodged and the meter was replaced on 08.01.2015 but still problem pertained. Again meter was replaced on 23.02.2015 and readings were rectified. But the bill for the month of Jan and Feb 2015 were not generated on actual consumption rather charged for twice average consumption. Complaints were filled online for bill correction but no reply was given the bill has not been corrected yet. The average billing since last 22 months have been Rs. 500-600 only but despite correction, the bill for current cycle 22.05.2015 to 18.06.2015 has been generated for Rs. 8980.00 which couldn't be paid at all.

                  Hi, I am Iqbal Mansuri resident at Bara Imam Road. My bills are coming very much high & it is never constant though my usage is same. If i see my three months prior bill it is of 1233 & last month bill amount which i paid is 2500 however this time current bill which i received today is 4122/- which is unbelievable. There is something wrong. Kindly adhere this is very serious issue because our usage is same all time. Kindly get this sorted on priority. My customer id[protected]*7 Bill charges according to the month. [protected] to[protected] = 1620 [protected] to[protected] = 2190 [protected] to[protected] = 2510 [protected] to[protected] = 4210. You can see above the difference & all the time appliance usage at our residence is same.                       The bus fare from Andheri Indian Oil Nagar to S'Cruz Depot is Rs.14.00 if you travel by Bus No.33, but if you travel by Bus No 79 or 222 the charge is Rs.18.00. As per my knowledge the bus charges are depending on the kilometers. The rate chart which BEST declares in papers confirm it. Then why the difference in bus fares for the same distance by different bus routes. Kalpita Shejwadkar

                          Ref: Consumer no.[protected]*1, Meter no- A143583 Reg: Complain for this month’s unusual bill. Myself SHAIKH YAKUB ALI s/o SHAIKH TAITUF ALI. I am using your B.E.S.T. electricity service from last 8 years and I was very happy with your service. I was on my native place from 17 April 2015 to 12th June 2015. And till that nobody was on my house. Before going my native place I had seen the meter’s reading and it was 1641 and when I came back I saw the meter’s reading and it was 1641. My problem is that If the reading is same and I was not on my house why the bill came of amount Rs. 1150 as I have not used the electricity. I am giving the bill for reference. Please check it out. Please give me reason as soon as possible and do needful.

                              Today i.e 18 june, bus no. 609 had kept on hold around 30 passengers for half an hour in the evening around 6.30 pm; i had gone to the depot to complain and the depot in charge was very casual in his approach and was giving silly reasons o[censored]navailability of drivers due to rains ; but i could see that the depot was full of drivers and conductors.My sincere request is to make the drivers understand that we are at their mercy and so they should not take advantage of the same; pls ensure that the bus drivers are punctual

                                To, BEST Senior Electricity Officer, Wadala Consumer number[protected]*6 Mr. Umesh Rajendra Chaurasia 25, Floor, Vijay Nagar, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Dhobighat, Dharavi, Mumbai-400017, I have got bill amount of INR 20898.72 for the month of April-2015 in spite of low electricity usage. I would also like to bring into your notice that my house was locked for 15-20 days in the month of April 2015. Further, we don’t use heater, air conditioner or any of the electrical appliances which requires high electricity consumption. My previous electricity bills are in the range of INR 500 to INR 600. Kindly depute some technician and check my total infrastructure and please give me some relief from exorbitant bill amount. We are a lower middle class family and merely able to sustain our day to day expenses. Hope, you will understand and help me out of the situation at the earliest.

                                  This is inform you that Bus No. MH01 LA5431 driver didn't wait for handicap and old age person at Byculla railway station on 16/06/2015, time: 12:45 PM. Also he is arguing that the handicap person will take minimum half an hour to come in to the bus. Is this BEST service? Is this BEST driver's mentality? As per my opinion necessary action need to be taken.

                                    As we received the utility bill for our electricity consumption for the month of May 2015, the amount has surged, by more than 240% from our last month invoice. The amount for the month of April 2015 was 3730/- with 430 units and this month the amount is 9030/- with 780 units. There seems to be a definite error in the meter which has surged so high. Our average consumption over the last 1 year has been 550 units. This month the invoice shows a consumption of 780 units which is unbelievable. We have not installed any extra electrical gadget which consumes extra units. We have also been very conservative in using our electrical appliances too as we work on monthly budgets in today’s times. How do we take it further.

                                        I am Mr. M. S. Bidye, age 65 years Mob. No. [protected]. I was taking Bus No. 313 at Kurla (West) at about 10.30 am on 03.06.2015 from front door being senior citizen but Conductor Batch No. 109737 did not allow me from front door saying that we are not eligible to enter from front door on starting point. He has refused to tell his name stating that they have not been allowed to tell name. Then I took him to control cabin where he was told to take from front door even then he refused and told that as per rule I can not allow. We have shown the board written on front door that senior citizen, blind etc are allowed to enter from front door which is amended provision. Previously it was not allowed. The language which was used by him was not respectful. Then we have discussed with Mr. Arjun F. Wagh Batch No.356, Bus Inspector who was also dark about rule even after showing the boards displayed in the Bus.. Behaviour of both was not at all good when dealing with the Senior Citizen. May I know the rule. If I am write, Can expect action against them.
