Hello Sir/Mam, There are 4 to 5 buses for lotus or nehru tarang from mumbia central breez the bus no. are 166, 125, 357, 91 but from last 15 days the fequency of buses are very bad.The bus is use to come after 40 mins approx and the bus driver of 125 always use to fight with ladies passenger he use to say come on back side otherwise i will stop the bus.My question and complain is that buses are not available on time so crowd increases and how a ladies passenger go from back door that driver is not ready to understand and please its my humble request increase the buses for that route every passenger is suffering. I hope i vll get positive feedback on this.

    Hi This is mail regarding request for New BEST Route, I’m a commuter traveling daily from Vakola/Santacruz to JB Nagar from last 3 years and I’m finding it very difficult to change multiple buses to reach my destination, and also there are also lots of commuters travelling on the same mentioned route… There are available buses 181, 312, 39, 395 & 321 but any of these bus doesn’t have a stop of JB Nagar (ANDHERI EAST) Hence request you to allot a bus from Vakola pipe line to JB Nagar or Via JB Nagar.           Condition of Bus stop close to Shivaji statue at Deonar Depot for buses towards Chembur/Sion etc., is pathetic. No shelter has been provided and there is no place where passengers including children, ladies and senior citizens can wait except on the road in the midst of traffic . The pavement just behind the BEST post (with the bus numbers) is now occupied by a Vada-Pav booth, which does all the washing on the pavement and a manhole cover on the has been removed by them to dispose of their waste, to add to the risk for poor passengers. The following steps need to be taken immediately for the passengers: 1. Install a shelter 2. Move the Vada-Pav booth by a few meters away. 3. Mark the area at the bus-stop as No-parking area and 4.Regular inspection and strict maintenance for the use of passengers who are paying for the services currently not provided. Thank you.

            Hi, This is regarding electricity bill not being received for past few months. My Consumer number is :[protected] Address : Shri J.G.L Fernandes 5, Alice Court, Mogul Lane -400016 The bill was last paid for November 2014 amount: Rs.40/-. I have been paying online. And for few months I was getting Rs.40 as the bill amount since nobody was staying. Now since December people are staying and consuming electricity but we are nit getting a bill. FOR THIS IS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE SEPERATE LANE FOR PUBLIC TRASPORT WHICH WILL DEFINETLY INCREASE THE EFFICIENY OF TRASPORTATION & HENCE PROFIT TO THE COMPANY IN TURN IT WILL DISCOURAGE INCREASE NUMBER OF RIKSHA .                     To, The BEST Senior Electricity Officer, Dadar. Subject: Exceding Electric bill Respected Sir, My consumer no.[protected]*2 and eletricity bill in the name P. Selvaraj Nadar. As we observe from last few months the electric bill amount it just increasing month by month and details as follows: Month Year Unit Amount Jul 2014 217 Rs.1510 Aug 2014 382 Rs.3080 Sep 2014 0 Rs.110 Oct 2014 183 Rs.1170 Nov 2014 199 Rs.1380 Dec 2014 366 Rs.3490 Kindly look into this matter every two month once I want to lodge complaint against heavy electric bill. But earlier our bill will come around Rs.700 to Rs.900 in the year 2013 but from 2014 our bill coming above Rs.1000 and its increasing every month continuous but our usage was same there is no addition or deletion at all. We have one fan, two lights, one TV and one Fridge only.                       I an Nikunj Thakkar and I live at 703 M-7 A Wing near sundarvihar hotel pratikshanagar Sion east. I have been using power supply from your company and never has my bill crossed 300 Rs. My avg bill amount is around 250rs per month. However for the previous month my bill came arnd Rs. 1580 which was a huge shock. I assure you my usage has been normal and there has been no new electrical appliance or anything new bought last month. I have already sent 2 mails for the same but there has been no reply from your end. The bill payment date has already passed and still there is no revert from you.                         BUS Rout no 312 from-Agarkar Chowk (Andheri Rly. Stn. (East) To - Pratiksha Nagar Time - 0630 am @ Vijay Nagar Bus Stop Date - 16th Dec. 2014 The bus of a/m details going to Pratiksha Nagar, drove past speedily without halting at Vijay Nagar stop. wihtout picking up the waiting passengers.                           Dear Sir /Madam This is regarding repeated offences of 2ltd BEST Bus Conductor & Driver on en-route Bhendi Bazar towards Electric House. Today at Bhendi Bazar stop, 2Ltd bus driver/Conductor stopped bus at roughly 25 to 50mtrs away from 2Ltd.bus stop and tried speeding away almost instantly on stoppage, without waiting for running passenger who were waiting to board the bus. There were small school going childrens and old age persons on the stop. The conductor without waiting for passengers rang the bell to speed away. Driver also without verifying right side rear mirror, ignored running children's, old age person and other co-passengers, tried speeding away the Bus. It's only when I zipped pass the running bus door and shouted loudly the conductor and driver halted the bus. It is important to note that the bus was almost 75% empty. Inside too passengers were echoing common sentiments about those drivers and Conductors who either don't stop at exact bus stop inspire of enough space on stop or simply zip pass the bus stop leaving passengers frustrated waiting for hours. Of late I have not seen any RTO person on this stop to keep on such errant drivers and Conductors. I need an urgent intervention of Bus management and Traffic Controller department to punish such errant drivers and Conductors. And also depute RTO personals on stops to keep a check on all bus drivers. BUS no. 2 Ltd. Registration no. MH01 5588 Stop name: I. R.                                 I, T.Buddhanathan was in receipt of final bill after submitting the necessary documents including security deposit original receipt, under ref; V-1945185 dated 27/10/14. As on today, I.e., 8/11/14 I have not received the refund of Rs.1004/- from BEST. There should be single window system since, the system of payment/receipt ought to have been fully computerised to avoid corruption and middle men for such payment/receipts in near future. In the absence of such transparent cfully computerised systems in BEST undertaking people r forced waste their valuable for getting final bill & subsequent receipt of refund of security deposits to customers after submitting all the required documents. The procedure for such final bill & subsequent receipt of refund of security deposits by customers should printed conspicuously on the regular electricity bills also apart from display of such procedures near billing counters.

                                  using residendial electric supply for many years. from 2013 bill comes to upto 150000. i am a middle caste family please calculate as per new meter reading. i request yoy to send as per using electric supply. many times i paid bill with contact your officer and reduct bill and i paid but as per my job i can not come g north dadar office. so please attend my complaint sensitively. please solve this problem immediately.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that, regarding Misbehaviour of the BEST bus Conductor holding Employee Code No, 112409. The said conductor misbehaved with me on 18/10/2014 at 4:45pm where I was travelling from Mahakali to Andheri Station Bus Route No. 333. I got the bus from Holy Spirit Hospital stop. The conductor not yet reached back where I was sitting in the mean time bus reached to between Nelco and Chakala. He was standing before the Door step (Behind one) and asking the consumers for to take ticket. Atleast 5-people were behind not taken ticket. Hence I requested him to come, back side ( Our side. Behind) " I CALLED HIM MASTER HERE MORE THEN 5-PEOPLE STILL THERE TO TAKE TICKET". Immediately he started to abuse me saying " Uthar arramse bahitkar ukkam they ne asan hai, Akkar goth mein bhait chao". Also continuously bugged and insulted me. So I feel that person is ill and mentally not fit, and cannot handle the work pressure. Kindly advise the concern department (Majas Depo) authorities to take necessary action ASAP.                                         Every day it has become common observation for bus travellers at Borivali station and on other end at chikuwadi the buses simply don't arrive for a long time like 20-40 mins and suddenly three buses of route 245 come simultaneously in a gap of minute of each other ..and then same one hour wait followed by three buses one after another ...today 02 Oct 2014, I reached Borivali station at 17:00 three buses arrived at 17:40 that made us wait for whole 40 mins ...kindly look into this recurring issue which we are observing for more than a year by now ...its no coincidence but a well planned corruption.
