Bus driver's arrogant and reckless behaviour

I boarded bus no 351 on Sunday, 31 May 2015 at 1.20 pm from Worli Naka bus top. I wanted to alight at the Lala Lajpatrai College stop. The driver did not stop at the traffic signal at the Government colony and zoomed past recklessly. When I questioned him, he asked me to keep quiet, and get off the bus. Not a single sign of regret. Ferquency of Buses

I am travelling freuentely on Hindustan Naka - Dahisar Bridge route since 1995.I have following observations & suggetions. There are lot of bus routs from Charkop Depot to Kandivali stn.-W but in the evening gap between two pool of buses is 15-20 min. therefore many passangers taking share auto to reach stn.
