    Dear sir, I have received unusually high electricity bill for last month i.e. 3131 rupees. My usual usages are up to 180 units and bill amounts to about 1000. I have not added any new electronic equipment at home/usages have been like previous billing cycles. I request you to urgently look into the matter and revise the bill to correct usages. Also I received two bills on my single flat. I have previously made complaint on this and have completed the requisite procedure to get single bill in my name.       I boarded bus no 351 on Sunday, 31 May 2015 at 1.20 pm from Worli Naka bus top. I wanted to alight at the Lala Lajpatrai College stop. The driver did not stop at the traffic signal at the Government colony and zoomed past recklessly. When I questioned him, he asked me to keep quiet, and get off the bus. Not a single sign of regret. We have been continuously experiencing this at the signal. All this happened when just 500 metres away there was a rasta roko by the police. So much for the discipline. I could not take as picture of the bus but tried to remember the bus number --if it helps --MH 01 LAG 726.I reached the Lalalajpatrai college bus stop at 1.30 pm. This may help to back track the bus and the driver. Most drivers break this signal and crossing the road has become very dangerous.

        First of all, non of the phone nos are answered. This is for taking corrective action at your end immediately. Coming to the subject for which I am writing to you: On 18th April 2015 I was travelling from Ghatkopar Jambhul pada to Ghatkopar station by route no. 334, my hand pouch was snatched from my hand near the Maneklal bus stop. There were three to four young persons with their back packs on their back. One of them could have snatched this & to divert my attention (obviously I am imaging this after this incidence is over) one of the guys persuaded me to get down & subsequently vanished. I was caught unaware & confused. Did not know what to do because I have never experienced this in a bus in past fifty years I am travelling. For that matter in Mumbai. I have always read such incidences in news paper & did not ever imagine that this could ever happen to me. By the time I got down, the bus went ahead & I was alone. I went to Ghatkopar police station but they did not write or register a theft complaint but a missing document !!! Since this incident, I am frightened every day when I recall this in my mind & get worried. Fortunately my pouch did not have any cash but a crossed cheque favouring LIC & pass books. I am sure this is not a isolated incident. I wish to know how do you look at it & what confidence you wish to provide to the commuters.??? Do not know whether your reply will satisfy me.           I am travelling freuentely on Hindustan Naka - Dahisar Bridge route since 1995.I have following observations & suggetions. There are lot of bus routs from Charkop Depot to Kandivali stn.-W but in the evening gap between two pool of buses is 15-20 min. therefore many passangers taking share auto to reach stn. Especially route no 244 buses going in pools ( at least 3 together at aroud 5.30 p. m. ), I am observing rout no 206 is also going empty upto Kvl. stn. instead of I. C. colony waste of disel. If we are waiting at Kvl. stn. stop on S. V. Road then many buses plying are upto Poisar Depot. can we not make the arrangements so that next team of Driver & Conductor will take charge for further route. Can we do study at some junctions to increase the efficiancy of our transport division which will help us to reduce the losses. One way we are wasting disel & other way we are not giving sevices to the passengers. If required we must hire outside Mgmt. agency to do the study & make changes in the old rules for the conductors & Drivers. For A.C. Bus route AS 2 & AS 3 route from Worli to Mira Road/ Cadbury having all old buses where as AS 4 plying upto Oshiwara have new buses.

My normal bill amounts are between Rs 1000 to Rs 1500 but this time we have been billed almost double the amount. We have not added any more electric appliances and nor we have air conditioner in our house. We have also recently put new wiring in our house.                     Dear Team, Kindly note we have a letter stating that the excess amount charged due to faulty meter will be adjusted with subsequent bills.But our meter has been removed and the bill amount is over 1 lakh as interest has also been added month after month.We will be really happy if this matter is sorted out asap as we are under great stress. Please advice if we should apply for a new meter or replace our meter immediately and also give us the amended bill with all adjustments soon. We have presently received our electric bill for month of May 2015 and are surprised to find our billing to be Rs. 8, 580/- and our consumed power is 619 units. Please note that our electric bill amount for March 2015 was Rs. 3, 626/- and for April 2015 was Rs. 4, 417/-. Our power consumption for month of March 2015 was 340 units and for April 2015 was 376 units. So at an average we get electric bill of Rs. 4, 000/- and our power consumption is 350 to 360 units. Based on the usage, we are rather surprised to receive such high bill amount and would request you to kindly look into our complaint and please resolve the same at the earliest.                           From Lokhandwala circle andheri there were 2 bus going towards Bandra and khar 79 and 38. 79 no bus route has been changed and only goes upto Santacruz bus depot now. And 38 no bus that goes upto Hutatma chowk had now been stoppeD. For the people going from lokhandwala to bandra it is very difficult now as we have to change bus either from DN Nagar or santacruz depot that becomes very time consuming. I would request you to either start the same route of bus no 79 and 38 or add any other alternative.

                                Dear Sir, Kindly increase the frequency for Bus Route No-C-60 Location from Deonar Depot to Borivali Stn ( East) at office hour morning 8.30 am to 12 am and at evening 5.30 pm to 8.30pm because the frequency for bus is near about 30 min in mean time bus met in traffic or any technical problem after one hour next bus can get it is very difficult to travel at same time even public has press to reach in time in office .                                     Sir We have received bill for the month of April 15 wherein there is a increase in unit from 418 Units of March 15 to 853 units April 2015. We do not understand why there is increase of 435 unit whereas our utilisation is same every month. We feel there is some mistake in the meter reading and request to look into the same and resolve the issue at the earliest. Awaiting for your response.                                       Dear sir, I am a regular passenger travelling in 86 and 88 bus numbers. We are facing problem with the frequency of these buses. If one also bus is missed then the next bus comes after the interval of 45 minutes or 1 hour. And If the bus comes after such a long time then the bus last stop is opera house. As I get down at thakurdwar which is not convenient for me.If you are increasing the bus fares than also increase the bus facilities. The bus frequency. Kindly take my complaint into consideration. Its just a genuien request.
                                      This frequency problem is faced by every one for 86 and 88 bus numbers. which should be taken Into consideration on urgent basis.

                                        Sir I travel frm Mulund to Malad everyday by AS 461 by morning 7.15 bus but the problem is services are very irregular. Many times dey cancel the bus, many times the bus is late. I hav to travel by non ac bus so many times inspite of taking an expensive ac bus pass. The service is not reliable. Everyday morning I get stressed to reach d office on time. Please make sure dat their service becomes regular ...pleease...
