Please note that Over the last few months we have been having recurrent problems with the electricity tripping in the house. I had reported the matter to the Society and had the Society electrician visit the place. I understand from the electrician that this problem is probably due to the BEST cut-outs that seem to have been taken out at an earlier date and haven't been replaced - power connection seems to be connected through some loose wires which is absolutely hazardous and dangerous. Over the last 3 days recurrent problems with various parts of the house electricity tripping off. Please arrange your staff to inspect and rectify the electricity problems in my house soonest.

    There are no or very few buses between 7 pm and 8.15 pm on route no 310 going to kurla stn from bharat nagar stop. as a result, there is always a crowd on the stop. also most buses ply upto MTNL only, which are useless for commuters going to kurla station. Please, therefore, increase frequency of 310 buses in the evenings from bharat nagar to kurla stn. Also, please make BKC 2 bus stop at bharat nagar stop for while going to kurla station, as most of the buses ply empty and there are at least 20-30 people standing for going to kurla station in the evening after 7 pm.

      BEST Bus no : MH01-L-9301 dashed my car near jogeshwari/ ambolinaka andheri S.V Road signal and thus broke my side mirror, dented my left side front and back door completely.my car i20 - MH14-CC-4867. They do these things purposely just to harass the people. please compensate me 50000/- Rs and take action against the driver. Please check the file attachments for your information.         Today, after 07.15 am at Garden Court bus stop, there was not a single bus which plied until 8.40. It means for more than 1 hr, there was no bus. Usually, the frequency is every 20 min but this also sometimes erratic. Dear Sir, this is indeed a profitable route for you, m sure you agree...the bus even with a gap of just 15-20 min, goes packed from the starting point itself and does become emply almost till the last stop. Yet, you have not improved the frequency, worst even reduced the services in between. Please we appeal to give us better service at least have abus every 10 min as a lot of people are patronizing your services and appreciate your starting of this route. Thank you Anna Fernandes

          this is with reference to the Bus no 206 that operates form IC colony to charkop depot. the bus which i am complaining reaches kandivli station at about 6:00 to 06:10 pm in evening.

          the bus is normally late and so the bus driver and conducter are always irritated. they keep on shouting at evryone. even if we are climbing they yell that another bus is coming behind, catch it. Same is the case when someone tries to catch bus at other stop. they dont wait till people get in, always shouting at them why they want to catch this bus only, as there are number of buses and so on. Even the TC (Ticket collector) is not spared. when the TC halts the bus at kandivli station so that all people get in they shout at him too saying bus is already late we have 2 more rounds to do and so on. even during the journey these two are so irritated and misbehave with passengers and the driver keeps on yelling at rickshaw drivers and drives so rashly.

          they behave as they are the boss and we are at their mercy.

            Dear Sir,

            I everyday travel between Kandivali Village to Borivali(W) station.

            Today (19th June 2013 - Wednesday), I Mrs Kothari (Contact [protected]), along with a few more passengers was standing and was waiting for the bus number 204 (Dahisar route) (Scheduled time 5.29 PM) at the bus stop of Kandivali Village. The said bus (Bus No 204 - Routing to Dahisar) scheduled at 5.29 PM came and was completely empty. But the driver did not bother to stop at the assigned bus stop and we could not board into the bus.

            After that bus departed another bus (No 204 - Poinsar Agaar) came at 5.31 PM, but was not useful to anyone o[censored]s as it was not destined to Borivali(W) Station. The vehicle number of this bus was MH - 01 / H 0271. We all had to climb on this bus and had to change to another bus from Poinsar Agaar to reach our destinations increasing our travel costs from Rs. 10 to Rs 14 (8 Rs + 6 Rs) due to the negligence of BEST driver and conductor of Bus No 204 - Dahisar route scheduled at 5.29 PM.

            Kindly look into the matter and see to it that the customer's convenience will be the priority of your staff and not their own convenience.

            BEST — Bus not stopping at bus stops

            Yesterday ( 9th JAn 2009), I was waiting at Ghatkopar Depot bus top to go to Hiranandani Powai . There are 3 buses from here ( 382, 524, 489)...but after waiting for 30 minutes ( 6:50 p.m to 7:20 p.m) ...one 489 arrived and I boarded the bus..the bus then direcltly stopped at Shreyas and then at Vikroli Depot and at Vikroli station ...and then at IIT market ...and the when I was suppposed to get down at Hiranandani the bus did not stop there and it stoppped few meters away...
            My question is ...who has given the condcutor and the driver the right to skip stops ???
            Are we fools to keep on waiting at the stop and the buses not stopping ...and the frequency is so bad...
            And there are no inspectors at the bus stops...
            And that too on this day there was auto strike so roads were empty ...so no question of delays...

            I am born and brought up in Mumbai and I would say that BEST services in some routes are deteriorating !!!It is really Sad.

            My suggestions are as follows:-
            1.The board "only 22 standees" should be removed...if there is crowd in the bus it is the discretion of the passengers whether or not to get in.
            2. The buses ought to halt in all the stops...this needs to be ensured...
            3. Frequency of the buses should be monitored...and in this case of the 3 buses ( 489, 524 and 382)...only one bus arrived that too after 30 minutes.

            IF THIS IS THE CASE SLOWLY PEOPLE WOULD START AVOIDING BEST BUSES AND START USING AUTOS / TAXIS AND OTHER MEANS...AND THEN EVERYBODY WOULD START FORCING OTHER BUS SERVICES TO BE IN EFFECT IN MUMBAI!!!

            BUS-28B — Bus did not stop at Bus stop

            This is the problem with the 28B bus (Egmore to Ennore) on 12-07-09.I dont remember the bus no:
            I got into the bus from Central Station and took ticket for Periyar Nagar Bus stop which is one stop prior to Thrivotriyur(ajax) bus stop.
            When the bus conductor issued Ticket to me, i was not priorly informed that the bus will not stop at Periyar Nagar Junction.
            All the 28 and 28B buses stops there.
            But this bus on the day did not stop there and when i asked the reason with the conductor, he gave me a wague and unacceptable answer to me which was quite disguisting.
            He told me that this bus will not stop there. When i asked him why was this not informed to me at the time he issued ticket to me, he blowed up his whistle and instructed the driver to stop the bus. But the cruel and barbarian driver did not stop the bus and i had to get down at AJAX.
            I would reallywant take this complaint forward to any level to avoid the poor people suffer like this.

            Today(28th July., 2009) at around 8.45pm I was waiting at Borivli stn. bus stop for bus route no. 244 towards Charkop. One bus arrived on the stop, but the driver did not halt the bus on the stop for sufficient time allowing everyone in the queue to board the bus inspite fo the fact that the conducter had not given a bell to go. Also the bus was not at all full. Finally we had to make a noise and bang the entrance to make the bus stop. The bus no. is MH-01 LA - 5731. When I spoke to the conducter he said that the driver is not following the protocol of starting and stopping the bus as per his instructions. A few of the passengers also supported the conducters' words. While alighting the bus, I saw the driver. He had a black beard.

            As is gets late it becomes very necessary to reach home as early as possible, especially for working ladies like us. But this kind of irresponsible act on part of the best employees, is definitely the main reason for the poor name of the Best service. I hope that this message is taken seriously and a suitable action is taken.
            If a suitable action is taken, It will also bestow my hope this so called forum of yours.

            BEST — Not stopping at at stops

            I have started taking new air conditioned bus A 707 from borivali to Juhu circle.I take the 10.15 bus from Korakendra borivali. However today i.e 2nd dec'09 i missed 10.15 bus and waited for half and hour for the next 10.45 bus (Bus Number MH04A
            P003 and Conduct Batch Number 79304). To my shock the bus came and driver didnt stop at the bus stop.

            I took auto till next two stops and caught the bus near MG Road Link road junction at Kandivali.when asked the driver "why didnt you stop", He tells me that i didnt any one. Is this the answer??? Isnt it mandatory for them to stop? ANyone boards or not is secondary.
            I told him i will compliant about this and he goes haan karo complaint.
            I mean do they care about anything? And the way he was driving the bus so rashly.I think they deserve to drive the Normal BEST Bus only.
            Waiting for your revert on this as to what action was taken against this.
            Hi,

            I srongly agree with his complaint and this is 100 percent true and Attitude and behaviour of BEST drivers and conductors are not uptomark.

            whereas NMMT are providing very good services in mumbai ( eg NMMT AC bus 123 and 105) and behaviour and attitude are better than BEST drivers and conductors, therefore they are getting huge response in past two months.


            I request that BEST authorities, should take action to provide good services for passangers.

            Otherwise they will be looser in future.

            BEST buses, mumbai — NOT STOPPING AT SCHEDULED STOPS

            Dr Sir,

            It is very sad to inform you that BEST best service is becoming a DAILY PROBLEM to us. During the peak hours they does not stop in it's stoppages, even if the busses are not so crowded. You better know the gap between two busses of same number. If we tell them to stop, they start argue with us and say, THE COMPLAINT NUMBER (THAT YOU PASTE IN EVERY BUSES) ARE FOR MOSTLY ENGAGED , IT DOES NOT WORK. The drivers are harassing us like this. Sometimes they stop at the middle of the road and tell passengers to get down, which is very risky and accident prone. Please do something for the sake of AAM PUBLIC. REMEMBER, YOU COME TO HELP US. PLEASE TAKE SOME STEPS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ITS TOO LATE LIKE DELHI BLUE LINES.

            B.E.S.T — Best Bus not stopping at stops

            The BEST bus C-60(to Deonar depot) does not stops at the IIT market stop.This incident has happened to me for the third time.Could you please take some action against such rude behavior of the drivers.

            i am a student of M.B.A.I TRAVEL DAILY FROM HAPUR TO NOIDA.I FACE SO MUCH DIFFICULTY DUE TO THE SERVICE OF THESE ROADWAYS BUSES.FIRSTLY BUSES DONT COME ACCORDING TO SCHEDULED TIME AND THEN DRIVER DOES NOT STOP THE BUSES ON ALLOCATED STOPS.AFTER WAITING FOR 1 HR A SINGLE BUS COMES AND THAT TO DOES NOT STOP.REALY PATHTIC CONDITION. PLZ DO THE NEEDFULLY ASAP.

              Sir pls note there very less bus frquency of bus no 392 from pmgp colony to vikhroli
              pls make it frquent after every 15 minutes

              Same as in the evening from jb nagar all the buses going to the stn is so much crowded ,ladies can't get in
              either u run special buses for ladies or make the buses frequency more.
              I start at 6 pm and reach at 9 pm
              pls do the needful as in rainy season it is very difficult for to commute

              BEST — Bus service non availability

              There is no AC bus service between Kopri Thane (East) to CST. There are lot of passengers who can avail the bus facility on this route. The residents of this area are not able to avail the existing AS1 or AS 13exp or AS 3 services as it is full by the time it reaches Teen Haath Naka or Mhada Junction. Even 2--3 bus service in the morning between 7.30 to 8.30 should be sufficient and the same no.'s in the evening between 6-7.
              Pl consider and take action at the earliest.

              BEST BUSES — Unavailability of Best Buses

              Respected Sir, There are buses from Sion(Rani Laxmibai Chowk) till Dadlani Thane(w),the timegap between the buses is 25 to 30 minutes,but now a days many of the buses are canceled without any reason,the buses are parked by the driver and the conductor inside the bushes/trees as if they want to hide the bus in the trees at the last stop that is Dadlani Park. Many a times the buses are cancelled especialy the 8:25 am bus & 09:05 am bus from dadlani park,thane(w) to Sion.When the passenger ask the reason they are not aware of the reason of delay or cancelation of the buses and say "don't know where the bus driver has gone along with the bus." This bus from Dadlani Park to sion used to go from the route of nitin company,cadbury stop but now the route has been changed unnessarily thereby causing trafic on godhbunder road.This bus now go from castle mill,makhmali talao,vandana even when the passengers of this route has several options of travelling by best bus apart from this sion(Rani Laxmibai Chowk) bus.So I Kindly request you to change this bus route from castle mill to the previous nitin company and cadbury route,thereby decreasing the traffic on the ghodbunder road,and also making it convinient for the passengers of dadlani park & also not creating any problem to the passengers ahead of majiwadi since they also have other options of best and tmt buses which dadlani & balkum passengers dont have

              BEST BUSES — non availability of buses

              Best buses are not coming regulary on time on route no. 319 i.e. from Andheri e station to Chandivali. it is always a problem specially in morning between 8.30 to 10.30 in peak office hours it is difficult to manage, as there is only one bus which comes on that route from Station.

                This incidence took place on 13th June 2013.
                I was waiting for the bus at charkop, kandivli bus stop.
                It was raining heavily at that time so i could not take out money for ticket.

                The bus came after some time and i got in. Bus was not much crowded.
                Conductor was standing near back door and he was asking for ticket as soon as people are getting in.

                Since I had two bags and an umbrella with me so it was difficult for me to take out money from my purse standig there blocking door so i nodded him as yes and went ahead to get a seat.

                Bus was not much crowded so it was easy for him to let people sit and then ask for tickets instead of blocking the doorways.

                I had no idea what happened to him, but after some time he came to me and while coming he hit the back of seat so hard that i felt the pain so badly and then arrogantly ask for ticket.
                And the conversation was like this
                Me: 1 Nirlon.
                Conductor: what?
                Me: (bit loudly since i thought he did not hear) Nirlon
                conductor: What is nirlon?
                Me: It is a bus stop
                Someone interfere : Stop next to chincholi bunder, there is a nirlon society
                Conductor: Ha, to nirlon society bolo na
                Me: (amazed) are you new here?
                Conductor: Ha to, 3 hi din hua (yes, only 3 days here)

                (Now thats really stupid, I did not get what difference does it make if i say, 'nirlon' or 'nirlon society' since there is only one 'nirlon' stop on this route. He was acting as if i just told him stop name as 'society' and did not mention which society)

                Me: Then you would have said so, that you new here and dont know the bus stop names. There is no need to shout. Pls behave.
                Conductor: Kya, kya ?
                He again started shouting as what, what?

                I got so disturbed and started looking for his batch number and as he realise that, he went to back door.

                (Through this whole conversation he was talking very arrogantly and angry bad shouting tone)

                While getting down the bus, i asked driver for the name and batch number of the conductor. Driver said that, his name is Ganesh (dont know bactch number and surname).

                Bus number is 224 and time was around 2020 (8.20PM) Date: 13 June 2013


                Hope some one will teach some lesson to this guy and others like him so they will behave properly with normal peoples.

                  BEST's Cashless Card makes customers cashless.
                  BEST has launched a cashless scheme whereby a customer has to buy a photo-ID smart card costing Rs. 25/-, He has to top up some amount for which he gets an incentive of 5%, but shockingly Rs. 50/- has to be maintained as minimum balance and no one knows what happens to this amount. The Depot people who top-up the amount are clueless as to what this Rs. 50/- about or whether we will get it back or not. The conductor says the card expires in one year.
                  So does it mean we have to shell out Rs. 75 every year to help the BEST conductor who is always running short of change? BEST wants to penalise or reward the customers who help their conductors and also pay up in advance?
                  The BEST has mentioned one Toll free number "[protected]" on the card, but dial it any time and it is busy.
                  Their site "www.bestundertaking.com" doesn't give any number or email ID where we can talk and clarify our doubts. Their advertisement doesn't mention about this 50 Rs. anywhere.
                  Please take up the matter with BEST authorities and seek clarifications

                    Dear sir,
                    I was driving from home to office (wadala to parel) today, I.E. 23 jan 2013 at 9.50 a.M. A speeding best driver (vehicle no mh01la5815 - route 272 bus) drove so rash and speedy- would have actually crushed me. Despite honking for life, he kept driving speedily - and would have crushed 2 other bikers. Despite this, he didnt slow down! this could have caused a massive accident today with at least 5 people being killed, including myself. I confronted him thereafter at the barkat ali naka signal where I requested the traffic cops to intervene. The other bikers too started screaming, saying they would have just lost their lives. The cops too took down the number of the vehicle and asked me to lodge a complain with the specific details, including the time the bus was at barkat ali naka. Best bus drivers think they own the road and they really dont care for anyone's life. They generally think they can mow down anyone walking on the road or they can crush any vehicle - they nudge vehicles at signals, they cut vehicles, and are yet scott free since they know very well that no one can do anything to them - since best doesnt take any action!!
                    request that this bus driver be confronted an appropriately punished / Taken an action against.

                      Respected Sir,

                      This is regarding excess electric bill we are getting sine June 2012. We are
                      receiving monthly electric bill of more than 2500 Rs. Before June 2012 it use to come between 35 - 200 Rs. I want to know why this sudden hike.

                      We are just 2 ppl leaving at B - 111 Chandralok, teen batti, near Manavr mandir school, malabar hill, mumbai - 400006.

                      Both o[censored]s are working ppl and there is hardly any usage of electricity the entire day.

                      In the moth of April - 2012 our bill was - 273 Rs.
                      In the moth of May- 2012 our bill was - 35 Rs.
                      In the moth of June- 2012 our bill was - 2616 Rs.

                      From june onwards they have started charging us large amount. Please take some action as the bill amount is not acceptable.

                      I request you to please look in this matter seriously and get our meter replace since i am sure it's a faulty meter
                      I have lodged a complaint with BEST but i am not getting any positive response from them .

                      I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest .

Past last two month i am receiving excise bill so requesting to look into it and check my meter reading is correct or there is a problem in my meter and revert back to my complaint so that i will be very gratefull to the autherised department.

                          This mail refers to the complaint against BEST bus driver - 525 Dindoshi bus (starts at 8:40am from APMC)

                          I travel by BEST bus 525 Ltd APMC to Dindoshi everyday.

                          Since last 1.5 months all passengers are observing that the driver of the above mentioned bus drives bus in a Super Slow Speed. Everyday passengers start complaining and shout at the driver and conductor still he maintains the speed of 10km /hr even though the whole road is empty. When bus reaches at Gandhi Nagar after that an inclined road arrives, this bus driver is not able to drive the bus while climbing the inclined road. The speed is almost 5km/hr. This bus driver is either not in mood to drive or he is incompetent to drive the bus.
                          All passengers feel that this driver is purposely delaying the bus and driving slow which irritates all the passenger. Passengers helplessly keep observing other BEST buses overtaking our super slow bus. Everyday we have fights with driver and conductor on this issue. If we complain conductor, he speaks very arrogantly and says "go ahead and tell Driver as I am not driving the bus".

                          We are tired of this and we kindly request you to please change the bus driver and conductor for the 8:40am Dindoshi bus(525).

                          Already the frequency of 525 bus is so low, and above that this driver drives at the speed of tortoise. Even the Bus 522 which goes from longer route LBS marg, reaches IIT before 525 which goes from faster route Eastern express highway. All thanks to our Lazy driver.

                          If you want I can get the badge number of driver. At present I am having my today's bus ticket no. [protected]

                            DATE 01/10/2012 TIME AROUND 10 AM AC BUS 302 RUNNING FROM MULUND TO MAHIM BROKE DOWN -TECHNICAL SNAG IN OPENING THE DOOR WAS TAKEN TO KURLA DEPOT TIME SPENT IN REPAIRING THE SNAG WHICH WAS UNSUCCESSFUL .KEPT THE PASSENGERS WAITING FOR ALMOST 30-40 MINUTES AND STILL NO ALTERNATE BUS WAS PROVIDED. AND THE PASSENGERS WERE LEFT HELPLESS BY THE BEST DEPARTMENT AND HAD TO FIND THEIR OWN WAY TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION .SHAME ON THE BEST MANAGEMENT.

                              Today, Thursday, 13 September 2012, I boarded a 19 Ltd. bus bearing No. MH 01 L-8440 from the Lalbaug stop at 8.45 a.m. to go to my office at Mantralaya.
                              The bus was extremely over crowded with passengers standing in two lines in the aisle (gangway). I was the first passenger to board the bus at the Lalbaug stop with many others behind me. The conductor of the bus was standing in the middle of the bus and as soon as he saw me he told me to take the ticket. But since the bus was very crowded and I had my purse on my shoulder and another bag in one hand, it was very difficult for me to keep my balance and remove money from my purse and also to avoid jam in the middle of the bus, I went ahead in the front to sit in the Ladies seat which was available one row behind the driver. The conductor was very angry on me for this and he was not coming in the front for the ticket. I had to keep on looking behind for him and finally I had to call for him through other passengers. He finally came in the front when the bus was on the J.J.Flyover. He was very rude with me and telling other passengers that I wanted to sit first. When I gave him Rs.100/- note for the ticket he very rudely and with angry expression on his face asked me for Rs.5 change, which I gave him and told him to behave nicely with me and not talk to me in such a harsh and agressive tone.
                              There was another lady who had entered the bus from another stop after Lalbaug and she came and sat in the seat facing me and when she saw that I had money in my hand to remove the ticket she started telling me that the Conductor was rude with her and was telling her why is she in a hurry to sit. She was also of the same view that since the bus was so crowded it was better for her to sit first.
                              I would appreciate if my complaint is looked into and I get a reply on this.

                                Dear Sir,

                                In March 2012 I had complained about the frequency of bus no.324. I board the bus from S. V. Road, Bandra and have to go upto Chakala, Andheri. This is the only bus on this route. In the month of August 2012, the bus would come around 8.05 a.m. (the time I board the bus) and would rarely be late, even if it were late, it would come by around 8.20 a.m. However, in the last few days, the 8.05 am bus has not been coming. On Monday, I had to wait for 35 minutes for the 324 bus & today I had to wait for 1 hour - the bus came at 9.00 am at the Bandra Talkies stop. This is really ridiculous. My company has a policy, that if a person is late more than two times in a month, their salary will be deducted. Will the BEST reimburse me the loss of pay due to their negligence?

                                On inquiring with the bus conductor about the late timings, he says that there are few buses & some times there is no driver - how can this be, and why only with the 324? All other buses come on time.

                                I request you to please look into the matter on a priority basis & this is really becoming unbearable for the passengers.

                                Please do notify me what the problem really is with the Bus No.324 and please do take all necessary steps to ensure that the bus is on time 8.05 am.

                                BEST — Frequency of buses

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a regular commuter from andheri(w) market to Goregona(W) Madina Manzil.

                                I would like to take your notice that no of buses to commute this distance is pretty less.

                                Although we have buses 359,202,203,290. but most of the times it takes more than 0.5 hours to get one of these buses. Since frequency is less these buses are oftenly very crowded.

                                Request you to icrease the frequency of these buses

                                i m golden pass holder of best from last three months i m regularly travel form mira road to virvani goregaon (E) but i didnt found any difference between reg bus and express because there is an huge crowed in the bus because frequency of bus and before two months added two more stops in the rout National Park, Mahindra these two stops are not more essential because there is an lot more buses for these two stops
                                if possible please reduce these stops if not then increase u r frequency and make easy travel for us

                                  This is humble request for increasing the frequency of the Bus Route No.181 (Antop Hill to Seepz). At present, the buses come at an interval of 30 minutes to 1 hour. Large number of Kalina, Vakola commuters will be benefitted if more buses are added on this route. Suggest to increase the frequency by at least adding 1 bus every 10 minutes interval. Have observed that Bus Route No.37 the frequency is so good that there is 1 bus every 5 minutes and some of the buses go half empty even during peak office hours. Hope you will accede to my request.

                                  we r residing in Vanamali & Kukreja rtesidency opp. Dukes factory & Shatabdi hospital. You have only 1 bus service route from sion / chembur to Dukes. No; 376.This bus has a frequency of 20 to 25 minits & makes it difficult for elderly people to reach this place.. kindly look into this serious matter & add / divert a few more buses via Dukes factory & Oblige Thanking you Ananthram S

                                  you can divert Bus Route No: 92 Ltd from Deonar via Deonar circle towards Dukes / Shatabdi & go to chembur station similar to 8 Ltd route . it will b of great helo to all the people including servants who use the pass in the buses . we hopr u will look into this matter & find a solution at the earliest thanks Meena & Leela.
                                  There is very poor frequency of buses in r a kidwai road area at wadala. also it is not connected by a direct route to new bombay and opera house. this needs to be looked into as the people face great difficulty in this respect.

                                  The Ac Bus services of BEST Undertaking is pathetic, unreliable, irregular and uncertain. The monthly/ Tri-monthly pass holders are making advance payment to the BEST, however, authorities are totally negligent on the improvising services. There is a enormous loss of Man-hours as commuters traveling by AC buses are all senior or middle managers. There is dire need of all suffering commuters to get mobilize and make Best undertaking to realize lapses ordeal phased by all per-paid commuters.

                                    on 20/08/12 Monday, time 7.00 P.M, I was driving my car at gokuldham, goregaon east, mumbai. The best driver was driving roughly and gave side cut on Right side of car thus damaging tail light and scratches on car body.There was no fault on my part.
                                    Request you to take action against the driver for rash driving. Kindly drop a mail in case you want to physically inspect the caWe have lodged a complain against this case.
                                    The cost for repairing car for tail light & scratches is Rs. 20,000/- approx.

                                    BEST driver 272 — BEST driver bus no.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam

                                    Today night (28/nov/2008) i & my wife were on bike & driving toward marve beach when drive of bus no 272 overtook us rashly on the narrow road to wards madh due to which we would have met with an accident. When i complain to the drive he started abusing after which he was trying to scare us by driving bumper to bumper which will scared my wife. That time i decided to teach him a lesson & went to the madh bus depo. to my surprise the started (str no 51) over there was also not cooperating & refuse to give me the name of the driver.
                                    Why do this drive drive so badly & when you tell them they are so rude.

                                    I would like to make a complain & want strict action to be taken against & the started.
                                    Pls provide me with elephnr no where i can speak to some resonsible person & take some action

                                    Location - New link road .Near Goregaon bus depot.
                                    The driver was very rash and in spite of me giving left signals didn't stop and hit the bonnet of my car and ran away.

                                      The BEST services are deteriorating day by day.
                                      The other day I was travelling to Thane when the Bus moved out of the Charkop, Borivali (West) depot and by the time it reached Gorai depot the conductor realized that his ticket box was not functioning well and halted the Bus at Gorai Depot, the conductor went back to Charkop depot and changed the ticket box therby wasting nearly 30 mins of the passengers.
                                      The other experience to quote is the frequent break-downs of the long route buses which cause unnecessary hassle and delay to the daily commuters. Today i.e 8th Aug 2012, the Bus no. 226 (MH 01 LA 5417) got punctured at Pathanwadi around 9.21 am.
                                      Please take a note of this and provide permanent resolution to end the misery of daily commuters.

                                        I am here with a complaint against the BEST undertaking who is looting the consumer as this company is having monopoly in the Electric supply and public bus. I request to the right authority or to the supreme court who have rights to take immediate action against BEST undertaking who give heavy electric bill and the rates are high without any legal formalities completed and also the public bus fare is very high.
                                        I request to the right authority or the supreme court to allow other electric supply company and public bus company to provide the services to the customer /consumers. As how TRAI has given authority to many cell service provider to provide service to the consumer in such way there will be competition and the monopoly will come to an end.
                                        Tata, Reliance, Torrent and many other company national or multinational co. are here in a Que to provide service to the consumer in a very reasonable rates.
                                        It my humble request to the supreme court as supreme court has the power to implement the rule instantly and allow other Electric supplying co. and Public bus co. to provide service.
                                        As how supreme court has passed the rule against gutka co. and band gutka instantly. I am looking positive help instantly as this BEST co. has made lots of money and with money power this company has the security of police and even the politicians of Maharashtra are supporting.
                                        As per me Only supreme Court can do the needful for consumers as I only looking to allow other company so as the monopoly will come to an end.

                                        I am here with a humble request that give permission to the other Electric supply company and other private bus company as BEST undertaking & BEST bus service is having Monopoly in this field and just looting to the consumer in the form of High bill and heavy bus fare. As how TRAI has given permission to many mobile service provider and due to this we the consumer get the benefits in the rates. So please allow TATA, Reliance, Torrent and many more company who provide electric supply and even TATA is ready to provide service to both the category i.e. electric supply as well as public bus service. So It my humble request to allow the permission to many more companies so that we the consumer gets the best rate benefits. Hope the right authority will have kind consideration on my suggestion and can have immediate action to the needful.
