Did you get the refund? I am facing similar issues. Bhanzu team is unresponsive and not providing me with the refund. The sales person, Pooja Chauhan, has stopped replying to my msgs and the Learning Experience manager has blocked me. They are cheating people in broad daylight and no way to hold them accountable.
