We have been requesting the customer support for stoppage of classes and also refund of the payment. The Bhanzu Team has been very unprofessional and have delayed the entire process. The experience has been very disappointing.

Scammed my child's education fund.

Thank you for scamming my daughter's education fund of SGD 3000. I know the refund will never come through. Jai Ho, may you distribute my child's education fund as commission among the scamming team and feed your tummy. If possible, donate a little bit of that money at the temple too for the sins you are piling. Today is Friday it's Mata's day and also Lord Shani Dev year be prepared for one great journey. I am disappointed with the overall experience I have gone through Bhanzu. There is no clear communication and there is no faculty to teach as well. I have called 100 times and then they said they will refund the amount. I have opted for 185 sessions and till date they have not refunded the money. As per agreement we agreed to cancel the classes after 18 session if we are not satisfied with Bhanzu classes. Bhanzu conducting 2 classes every...

I asked for refund after completing companies norms.. my child is facing health issues. They agreed for refund and said that company will refund money within 4weeks but now it's one and half month no reply from company. I'm paying loan installment though my child is not attending classes

Refund not issued even after following up for more than a month
It is profoundly disappointing that a company associated with Neelakantha Bhanu, renowned as the world's fastest human calculator, would engage in actions that deceive individuals of their finances.
I enrolled my daughter in Bhanzu Mathematics classes with the assurance from the Bhanzu team that if I found the classes unsatisfactory within the initial 20 sessions, I could request a refund. Regrettably, the classes my daughter attended did not meet the expected standards, lacking in innovative teaching methods. As a result, I sought a refund at the end of November. Despite initial discussions with the customer support executive and the learning manager, who assured me of addressing my refund request promptly, subsequent attempts to contact them have been futile. It appears that I may have been blocked by the learning manager, as all communication attempts have been unsuccessful.
This situation is unacceptable. It represents an act of blatant deception, promising services that the company fails to deliver. The prevalence of similar grievances from other parents, evident in consumer complaints against Bhanzu, further emphasizes the distressing pattern of withholding promised refunds and subjecting customers to undue hardship.
This conduct raises serious concerns about accountability and the company's ethical practices. I am left wondering about the avenues available to hold these individuals accountable for their fraudulent actions and uphold consumer rights against such deceptive practices.

I enrolled for my son's maths classes with Bhanzu it was an 18-month program and they have collected money for 150 sessions in advance. They were not even able to provide classes at least for 2 months regularly. So many cancellations and teachers left and no replacement happened for a month. I took a demo for my child last year in the month of March 23 and post that I got a continuous follow up from Bhanju team stating my child to join their special maths classes. Mr Sandeep Bisht was the sales person who sold me Bhanju classes

Bhanzu No response for discontinuing of coaching in-spite of several communication
I came to know this Bhanzu Math tution by Facebook and I booked a free demo. Post which Zimran Choudhary and Akansha from Bhanzu Team started chasing me to convience to pay off to enrol with them. I made the payment of 60000/- post which they have stopped taking my calls. Zimran pursued me to pay the amount in 3 hours time to avail a discount on their subscription amount of 80, 000 now he disappeared. The company has no escalation matrix. we are helpless and just waiting to hear from someone from this company to either REFUND or start our classes.

Did you get the refund? I am facing similar issues. Bhanzu team is unresponsive and not providing me with the refund. The sales person, Pooja Chauhan, has stopped replying to my msgs and the Learning Experience manager has blocked me. They are cheating people in broad daylight and no way to hold them accountable.

I paid 60000/- to Bhanzu after a demo session conducted for maths class for my child on Sunday. Since then there is no contact from the company, Zimran choudhary, akansha who were involved in comviencing us for the payment have stopped taking our calls and we have no clue what to do. There is no escalation matrix for this company. We have paid for 150 sessions to the link they provided and now suddenly they disappeared. Please help to get our money back from such cheats

We have registered for bhanzu maths classes in jan 23 and discontinued becoz it was not helping the way its promised to deliver. It’s been 1.5 months since we compalined to discontinue the service, the company has not refunded our amount as agreed .need to take strict against these mushrooming institutes who cheat people

I had got mu daughter enrolled into Bhanzu classes in Feb 23. Since the company didn't respond I hired a physical teacher. I mailed Bhanzu to stop the subscription so they replied to observe the quality of class once and they will cancel after 2 months. So I decided to see it for some months. This is regarding the refund of the classes of bhanzu. I registered my kid in the 30 sessions module in june. Started the classes and after that in july missed 3 classes.so from july i asked team bhanzu to provide the sessions. But till date 3 months gone. No classes done . After so many requests Yesterday just for sake they scheduled the class, I waited for half an hour that it will start in some time, and then i called customer care, but they also made me hold for 10 mins. After that they told rhat there is some technical issue, but they don't find that it must be informed to rhe students. Poor and unprofessional responses form three months. So kindly refund my money of Remaining 6 classes. You already wasted my time on this. REFUND it, #bhanzu#CheatingInnocentParents

Hi Lata, I m their latest star scam victim where they scammed and seal their highest sales from of SGD 3000. You need to encourage the Bhanzu scamming team and give them a big pat in their back, so that they can continue to do their best to hit their scam sales target. Actually math course, wouldn't be their good strategy, they should have promoted how to scam children education fund money. That would have been their super hot course seller.

I have paid 27000 INR on 09 Jul 23 for 30 Classes considering that there will be classes conducted. But no, from the first class itself & everytime after that my daughter attend classes with no instructor joining the class(Not even one). Then my daughter gave up after 5 class & I requested for refund thru email on 21 Sep 23. But until now I have not received any refund, even though after multiple followup I managed to talk to their Vice Principal also with nil help. Whole company seems to a big fraud & its time that Consumer Complaints Forum team should file the case of fraud with them.

Dhvanit, I am their latest scam victim of SGD 3000, nice to meet you. You can't reach anyone as they are all out of the office to wash their sins at temple for scamming innocent children's education fund. Just pray for Bhanzu scammers that may they continue to scam people, reach greater heights in scamming and attain the highest level of moksha in scamming. 🙏
Finally, in April they refunded the money in PayPal account as a buyer as I had sold something to them. And later on, they have requested a refund for the same. Paypal had withdrawn all money from my account & gave me the penalty for not refunding the money to Bhanzu.
It seems to be a bigger scam than I thought. It seems like they have some influential people backing them.
I just pray that people at least read one of the complaints before putting any money into such scammers.

Cancellation request
This is sheer fraud, from day 1 we are saying we want to cancel the admission but for no reason we are compulsorily made to stick with Bhanzu, in spite of fulfilling all the criteria our money is not being refunded. We are going to cyber police as well as consumer forum to file case against this fraud company

My refund is not returned.
I have joined my first standard kid in the month of February as he was much impressed with your free demo classes. While joining my kid bhanzu team did great work. Your team helped me alot and they have given loan from the fibe as I don't have credit card. Unfortunately my kid, as he is from telugu background he was unable to understand the classes and not able to interact with the tutor due to language barrier. Hence, I raised this request and they said there was no solution. Then I decided to stop the classes. They said after 20 classes only we should drop. I followed that and forcibly made my kid sit in front of the mobile and tutor also noticed my struggle. Finally 20 classes got over. I and my kid's tutor raised the request and stopped the classes from April 1st onwards. After that my real struggle start to contact your team to get my refund approval. After many calls they approved my refund amount rs45000/- in the month of May 10th. But, till now(3 moths completed) amount is not credited to my account. But fibe people making calls daily 3 to 5 times to pay the loan. And I got deducted penalty interest too. I am struggling alot sir. Your is not all responding well now. I made nearly 100 calls and mailed daily. No solution yet. As I am house wife I have to answerable to my family regarding this. I am mentally depressed, if anything happens to me then this bhanzu is responsible.

Even after approval of the refund, they are not giving the money back. literally throwing lies on your face. Very poor quality of services, they are simply looting the public openly.
I dont really understand if Neelkanth Bhanu Prakash is a record holder, was it really difficult to lead a dignified life and he had to get into this scam.

Not refunding the money
Hi I came to know this Bhanzu Math tution by Facebook. Then I approach customer agent, we spoke over the what up, paid full course fees with with the condition, if my child doesn't like in the future with in a month of time they would return me refund amount after prorated. But then when I approach the customer agent, she was not responsive, is giving me different excuses and divert me to another agent. The service is totally very very worst. I am worried so much whether will I get back my money. The owner is Mr Leelakantha Bhanu Prakash. Looks very cheating online platform.

Refund issue

First they convince my wife and make her mind to pay the registration fee by saying only few seats are left, so we paid 3000/- and after that we came to know that bhanzu is looting the public and do not refund the money.
For new parents i warn you do not enroll in bhanzu they are fraud once they take your money they will not respond you, they are fraud and they have many such cunning mind with then who has acquired some skill to make you fool.
please do not opt any course.

Not returning money .Fraud

Falsely selling their online classes to innocent parents and alluring them into buying the classes
Cancelation policy is not being followed by Bhanzu they are not returning any money and keep moving your calls from one person to another . I AM A CONSUMER LAW LAWYER AND I WILL NOT LET THIS GO . THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT RETURNING. I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM

Delay in Cancellation of Course and not stopping EMI

I have been trying to cancel my online course since 25th April and they are giving false commitment since then that they are working towards cancellation. They still charge in the month of May and now they are going to charge again in the month of June on 14th. I tried calling their customer care and it takes 20-25 minutes to reach to customer care and then they disconnect the line. Their RM has been calling us and giving false commitments.
