      My mom had her sim blocked temporarily as she couldn't recharge due to a coronavirus crisis and she isn't technologically proficient. And now I cant recharge as it's showing "12-status-diameter_end_user_service_denied " .can you suggest any resolution to such a problem and what should I do to unblock the sim?

        Complaint about my bsnl landline and broadband not working looks like dead.i have complaint for that but no one comes to check and resolve my problem.i have complaint again and again but staff behavior(amarsing bhai-[protected])rude behave n give excuse every time that yes i will come today tommorow every time so i want to solve my problem and take strict action against him.I have told him that i will complaint of yours to your head office and he felt nothing said ok go on .i have searched bsnl customer care numb but phone is not connected to customer care.so plz take strict action about it and solve my problem as soon as possible

        My bsnl broadband and landline wine was faulty and they said they will change it as soon as possible last week but still not come to replace wire so plz take action to this type of staff and solve my problem

          My grandparents landservices stopped all of a sudden and we paid the bill and its been 5 days and the connection is not till active...very bad customer service...we have to pay the bill and remain idle with no services...very very very bad BSNL...we expected more from u...this is too much...since they are aged they cant even inform us in an emergency

                  Before my present landline broadband FTTH number, I previously had the number[protected]. At a time, when I was a very vocal supporter of BSNL services as against private service providers. Upon my enquiry, they say that some amount is already marked as refunded to my bank account, but I received none in my bank account and it is also not refunded so far. [the bank account is verified and rightly entered in BSNL records].

                  Bad and unscrupulous accountancy. Did not want to raise a Consumer Forum dispute as the amount is less, and the punishment they get is also less. Am choosing to post this online to educate people about their cattle minded behaviour and also as a bad remark over BSNL services (if anyone of them are worth their salt). Nevertheless, the non-refunding of amount is wrong, and it is these small amounts of lesser than 1000 which make mountains when a whole large section of Indian cattle minds silently bear with their incapable attitudes.

                    BSNL signal is so unworthy including its data signals, that I always have to connect to vodafone sim's mobile hotspot to access data, , when the FTTH fails frequently. By the Way, BSNL's FTTH connection is also very bad, as it keeps failing frequently.

                        I had registered and paid for a new BSNL broadband connection 15 days back but no connection given yet and when asked in bsnl office they are saying if you are not happy get the money back. Very disappointed by such response.Please do the needful as there is no other broadband services available in my area

                            After raising a complaint in this forum, I received a call from +91 [protected] asking me to initiate refund via any UPI App. I obliged and started following the steps.
                            They had initially asked me to select pay option to [protected]@okicici and told me to enter the voucher code in the amount column (which is 24999); After which, i was asked to write the code AZREFUND in the comments and select pay - then give the UPI PIN.

                            The person was assuring me that after giving the UPI PIN, I would get an option to select pay / ask for refund. This looks very suspicious as this is similar to the process of transferring out money to someone. I had asked the caller to send out a formal mail to me highlighting the steps but I have not got any so far.

                            I did not give the name as BSNL. The call came from a person claiming to be an associate with consumer complaints.in

                                I am Shyamali Basu Mallick using BSNL postpaid number [protected]. Outgoing calls in this number closed for long days Complaint No. 1J[protected] but I have already cleared my last payment due Month of August-2020 which has been cleared on 24/09/2020. I have called BSNL customer care executives twice after the docket but they failed to answer me. I have re-complained again to the BSNL Grievance Cell where the docket number KOL / CO / 2020/13744 but nothing happened. I have informed BSNL_KOTD on 06/10/2020 and BSNLCorporate on 07/10/2020 through my Twitter account but I didn't get any reply from them. As usual BSNL have sent bills for the month of September-2020 though I didn't get any service from them. Sir, why should I pay the current bill amount without getting any service from BSNL. I humbly request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                I have re-complained again to the BSNL Grievance Cell on 10/10/2020 where the docket number KOL/CO/2020/13957

                                BSNL, a disgusting service provider. I am ([protected]) out of outgoing service for long days. I have done lots of complaints in customer care (1J[protected]), bsnl grievance cell (KOL / CO / 2020/13744 and KOL/CO/2020/13957) as well as consumercomplaints.in and also they are not bother about any complaint in their twitter account (@BSNL_KOTD and @BSNLCorporate). Should I continue with BSNL as a postpaid customer? If they are bound to harass the customers then do not expect any positive feedback from any customer. I want to surrender my postpaid connection with immediate effect as I don't want to continue with such type of nonsense.

                                  I use the bsnl sim since 15 years, 1.20 rupees is being deducted from my account every 3 - 5 mins for no reason. Why is this happening? I want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                    My area code is 0194 and landline number is 2434919, two months ago I submitted an application at BSNL exchange to change my BSNL broadband plan at Rs.899 to a simple landline plan at Rs.129. A month later I received a new bill will full amount at Rs.1049(gst included). After inquiring at the exchange they told me that they had processed the application but it was stuck due to system error and I wasn't informed bout it. After finally changing my plan they told me that I have to pay for the two month bill that I have received. I disconnected my broadband two months ago and haven't been using it at all. Currently my bill is Rs.1948 for two months, where I have not used any BSNL services at all. I find this very unfair, at the exchange they told me I have to pay it even though they admitted it was the systems fault. Any help would be appreciated.

                                      Description : BSNL FTTH broadband connection never installed and however bill generated from BSNL. Even internet connection from broadband is not working in my area for others from years. Though I applied for BSNL connection in the month of Aug 2020. However it was never installed and not working since then. Do not know how it was activated and who is using it. Secondly whenever there is new connection, here must be communication from vendor or BSNL to client to make sure about the status of connection, which is missing in the process. It is serious matter of fraud which vendors are committing. kindly help me to sort this out and bill needs to be reverted back as i have not used any service from BSNL and there is no connection from BNSL at my home for which I will pay. Broadband connection if it is not there in my area on what basis connections are sold to customers, since technically BSNL knows upto which area it is fibre network is in working condition.

                                        BSNL FTTH and Landline never installed, and bill generated on my name. Since I was trying to get the BSNL Broadband from vendor as there is no direct option available from BSNL. However vendor never installed and make the connection working to get the services and there is no update from the BSNL side that connection is working. Even it is not working for others in my area from years. Despite of the same I got message from BSNL that bill is generated on my name on registered no of Rs 1800 around. Kindly suggest the way to get it sorted out. Internet connection i required to support office work in the situation of pandemic covid 19, and have broadband connection from other service provider. It is really frustrating how the BSNL rely on the authorised vendors and what on ground they are doing with the customers.
