My bsnl landline[protected] out of order since February 2020. Oral Complaints in local office. No response. Online complaint in may 2020.
Still, bills paid upto may 2020.
Multiple complaints on [protected], not resolved.
Repeated Demands of Bill amounts by sms as well as telephone.
Not a single call nor a single kb in last more than 6 months.
Message of disconnection.
Connection should be reconnected and demand for the past Bill must be waived.

      Respected sir,
      I am akshama sharma resident of h.no.336 janipur colony, Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) pin code of my area is 180007. From the very beginning when I took the connection I was facing the problem of disconnection after few weeks and now the weeks has turned into days
      Really frustrated contacted the responsible body all they are saying is it is an underground wire problem and cannot be resolved . please help

        My prepaid number is [protected]. People are facing cross connection when they are calling me. Most of the time my voice is not audible for them. Though tere is full tower. Please resolve this issue.

          Hi,
          There is only one tower in our area cheluru village bantwal taluk karnataka. Network provider is bsnl but we dont even get proper network facilties. please look into this . It would be helpfull if we have proper network in our area

            Every week, the internet breaks down and we have to wait 2-3 days before it is repaired. And after it gets repaired, internet breaks down again.
            On 25th Sept, (Friday), my internet stopped working in afternoon. I complained and the internet was fixed on 28th Sept, (Monday).
            And now again, internet has stopped working on 29th Sept(Tuesday).
            This is totally unacceptable from a company like BSNL. I am not getting the opportunity to properly use my internet.
            This is for Gurugram, BSNL. Air Force Station, Sohna Road, Gurugram
            Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            It is 1st of October, still internet has not been fixed. This is ridiculous service from BSNL. I would suggest everyone to go for any other company instead of the incompetent BSNL.
            use any other service like airtel if available in your area.

              I have registered same complaint on bsnl portal, still no action taken.
              Complaint no.- [protected]. This complaint was registered on 13/sep/2020.
              Complaint is mentioned as follows.
              My installation of bsnl broadband has been done on 5/sep/2020. And i received bill from 21/aug/2020 to 31/aug/2020. Without installation of bsnl ftth, i received this bill. Please check and resolve this issue asap. Thank you.

                Address: no number existing comes in the address blocking mode in mobile /wrong number

                Details of msg recd on mobile [protected]- please call at[protected] from bt 659757. Sir i am unable to stop this since in the option it is coming as wrong number. Why are u allowing wrong numbers to send sms msgs like this. Kind tly take action and stop such services to my cell no.

                  For the last 2 weeks i'm trying to generate port code for my bsnl prepaid no [protected], but sms is not being sent to 1900 every time for mnp although normal smses are getting successfully delivered to other parties.
                  Calls to customer care are not going through either, when sometime call does go through, nobody picks up. But other normal calls to third parties are going as usual.

                    Sub: complaint on bills (Either waive off the charges or disconnect the connection).

                    Dear sir,

                    This is in reference to our number broadband billing account number [protected]. Please note that we have been facing a problem for the last 3 months.

                    I have lodged so many complaints about my faulty internet connection, which was dead or not working. I came to know that some works are going on in my area at sastri nagar bhubaneswar.

                    Now the connection issues resolved, bearing the docket number [protected]. As for the last 2 to 3 months, i could not use the internet very well with lots of connection problems and deadlock.

                    I am getting the bills regularly without any services, and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far during those days.

                    I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or discontinue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for the last 2– 3 months.

                    Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

                      My phone was dead and its will pass over a month since my issue had not been resolved.
                      However they have told me, it will get resolved in next day after launching my complaint.
                      Also they have raised escalation.

                      Its line is saying busy.

                        I am trying to port to another company but i am not getting the upc. Whenever i message at 1900, i get this response "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                          I had disconnected my landline in sep 2019 and broadband in 2014.in september 2020 i received a partial refund. I do not know why the deduction was done inspite of my having paid all the bills on time till date and not a single late payment during the entire period. I met the jao / clerk and he actually didnt know the reason. I would like to know the reason for not paying back the full deposit refund.

                            I have already applied for disconnection in writing since june, 2019 to the local bsnl office but till date my telephone has not been disconnected and i am being charged via ecs from my personal banking account. I further raised disconnection application via bsnl selfcare portal on 29/06/2020 with service request number [protected]. It still shows as pending and again i am still charged for the services i am not availing even after the said processes done from my side.

                              Bsnl always show not in renge or emergency call. I recharged for 60 days but there is no service in bsnl (Pune) sim. I have 1 gb data /day but i never expirienced net in sim. Why i'm paying for this.. For no service?
                              My second sim jio is working good thats why my work is going on. But i am paying bsnl so i want good service from them.

                                I closed my land line number[protected] last month and submitted closure form, day before yesterday i visited bsnl hoshiarpur branch near dav school, and concerned staff replied without checking the status that your account stand closed
                                When i asked about refund of security deposit then he asked me to wait for 6 month
                                The strange thing is that he neither taken my bank account details at the time of submission closure request nor when i asked for the status of refund
                                Please reply how and when i shall get the refund

                                  Dear sir /madam,

                                  I writing this mail after discussions with your customer care department.

                                  Actually I have recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] with the voucher of 95 rupees by Airtel payment bank. Transaction ID is [protected]. Screenshot attached.

                                  I have discussed with Airtel bank, as per them, recharge is done successfully & ask the same to BSNL. SMS screenshot is attached herewith for your reference.

                                  So, discussed with BSNL C. C., as per them, I have send the refund request to above mail I'd & then recharge with the voucher of 74 rupees.

                                  Request to please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      I am a bsnl customer for more than 10 years. Recently, the network problem is very high. Hence i want to port my number. I am trying for past 20 days to port my number.
                                      I visited bsnl office regarding this, they told that so many customers are coming regarding this issue. But they dont have a solution.
                                      They verified my account and said that there is no problem in your sim. They ask me to try again and again.
                                      I tried and tried.
                                      I book a complaint via 1503 for three times.
                                      Today i called to know about the status. At that time the person in 1503 said that, it won't to be resolved in a rude manner.

                                      I dont want to continue with bsnl.
                                      Please help me to get a port number.

                                        My is a prepaid bsnl no [protected] (Previously mtnl) number, on 17th september at 22:22hrs my brother had send me recharge of rs500/- through paytm. But my recharge transaction failed. Paytm said my money transferred, bank also send me deductions message.
                                        Sir he had selected mtnl operator, i think only mistake.
                                        Sir i had called bsnl customer care they told me, my recharge rs500/- will be back and deposited in 7days. But till now no bank deposit is done.
