I closed my land line number[protected] last month and submitted closure form, day before yesterday i visited bsnl hoshiarpur branch near dav school, and concerned staff replied without checking the status that your account stand closed
When i asked about refund of security deposit then he asked me to wait for 6 month
The strange thing is that he neither taken my bank account details at the time of submission closure request...

I writing this mail after discussions with your customer care department.

Actually I have recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] with the voucher of 95 rupees by Airtel payment bank. Transaction ID is [protected]. Screenshot attached.

I have discussed with Airtel bank, as per them, recharge is done successfully & ask the same to BSNL. SMS screenshot is attached herewith...

Customer care doesn't respond to my calls they make me waiting for hours together. They even does not make a return call to listen my queries...

I am a bsnl customer for more than 10 years. Recently, the network problem is very high. Hence i want to port my number. I am trying for past 20 days to port my number.
I visited bsnl office regarding this, they told that so many customers are coming regarding this issue. But they dont have a solution.
They verified my account and said that there is no problem in your sim. They ask me to try again and again.br...

My is a prepaid bsnl no [protected] (Previously mtnl) number, on 17th september at 22:22hrs my brother had send me recharge of rs500/- through paytm. But my recharge transaction failed. Paytm said my money transferred, bank also send me deductions message.
Sir he had selected mtnl operator, i think only mistake.
Sir i had called bsnl customer care they told me, my recharge rs500/- will be back and deposited in 7days....

Please tell us how to stop the bt-onmobl services. It is really irritating as lots of messages are falling in inbox....

Hi sir/madam. I am living in rly kodur, kadapa district, andhrapradesh. I've poor network here... 3g is not available. If i'm in my home only 2g is available. So that i couldn't able to get internet access. Kindly resolve this issue.

I tried to deactivate the bt onmobl cricket services of bsnl in all the ways they provided in their websites and their customer services. This is too annoying. While calling me callers gets cricket commentary like voices some of them got confused and refused to contact me. I lost some of the important calls due to this. They are sending more than 10 messages daily. I want to stop this service....

I bought a sim card yesterday but still i am not getting the network on it. Tried network settings but didn't worked....

I had applied online, for bsnl broadband connection.
Immediately i got a call from a bsnl employee and she explained me about the broadband plan details.. And when i chose a plan and confirmed to subscribe for bsnl broadband, she asked me to pay rs, 2500.
I asked why.. She told me that it is mandatory charges towards modem and service charge.
She told the modem costs 2200rs and 300rs was the service charge.

I have requested for bsnl broadband connection a one and half month back (Bangalore jayanagar) but still its not provided, i am following up everyday now (One lady employee) she is not picking my phone also please make arrangement for connection or...

I have made several complaints for my dead landline number[protected] since 25 august 2020 located at bhandara distt maharashtra. Complaint registration numbers are 1) sr # [protected], 2) sr# [protected], 3) [protected]. I receive a message that my complaint is resolved. But till today my phone is dead. I may be adequately compensated by waiver of telephone rental during this period, otherwise i will be forced to apply for disconnection....

I want to port my mobile number from bsnl to airtel for which i am sending port message to 1900. But my request is being denied again and again. I have googled about the same and the solution was to leave a complaint in this forum as bsnl is ignoring our port request.

Please help me port my mobile number.
