    I am trying to port from bsnl to other network. My number is [protected].
    I have been trying for months now. Upc code is not received.
    Its very urgent, as i have very bad network for bsnl and all logins are related to this number where i don't receive otp even.

    I have send multiple port request to 1900. Pls help.

      Hi sir/madam. I am living in rly kodur, kadapa district, andhrapradesh. I've poor network here... 3g is not available. If i'm in my home only 2g is available. So that i couldn't able to get internet access. Kindly resolve this issue.

        Hello
        I am a loyal bsnl customer since 1998. I am a teacher by profession and i am finding it extremely difficult to conduct my online classes for my school.
        My bsnl broadband is out off order for the last five days and for the last whole month. It has been very slow and was faulty many times. My phone no is[protected]. Please look into the matter and rectify the problems so that i can get unbreakable internet with proper speed.

          I am debashree, i applied for new connection in bsnl office avadi on 7th september 2020, and completed all the procedures of plan selection along with the advance payment on the same day. After so many excuses they gave us the connection on 14th sept 2020, which against their policy, i complaint against them on 14th september 2020 with the docket no.[protected]. On the very next day we came to know that we were not recieving even 1 mbps as we were promised to get 8 to 10 mbps speed of broadband, instead we were receiving 0.51mbps speed, i will attach the proof of ookla test done on 14th and 15th spetember. I again placed complaint with the same docket no. Metioned above, and even informing concerned area incharge. But i m sorry to say they didnt rectify my issue and even not ready to accept that they are unable to provide network to my area. They kept us pending for days long... Now its 24th of september.. We are not getting internet. I tried a lot to imform higher authorities but they are denying to accept, and still generating my bill, which inappropiate beause we could not use the internet then why should we are m been forced to pay the bill. Its my request to please rectify this issue as fast as possible.. We customers are badly suffering.

            Since the pandemic I have got to work from home and was willing to install new landline connection to get the broadband. Hence, been to BSNL office and was asked to have a word with the JTO at BSNL office, Puttur, karnataka. Had a word with him and he seems a traitor who is lazy enough to work and provided me a line mans contact number to check with him if he can install the new connection around my place. Well, I rang to the line man and he says he can do it but lot of wire might be the requirement for the hour and asked me to have a word with the JTO again which I did today and he was so rude on the call that he says that there are already existing customers complaints which needs to be cleared first and then we will look into any new connection request. So I asked him to let me know the timeframe which they needed and he says in a rude tone that he cannot give any sort of time and just ask me to callback after week when I insisted to give me a time frame. I really feel these lazy buggers have grown roots to their chairs and sitting on the doing absolutely nothing. The BSNL management should pull each of such goons out of the job to really grow in a linear motion.

              I tried to deactivate the bt onmobl cricket services of bsnl in all the ways they provided in their websites and their customer services. This is too annoying. While calling me callers gets cricket commentary like voices some of them got confused and refused to contact me. I lost some of the important calls due to this. They are sending more than 10 messages daily. I want to stop this service.

                  I had applied online, for bsnl broadband connection.
                  Immediately i got a call from a bsnl employee and she explained me about the broadband plan details.. And when i chose a plan and confirmed to subscribe for bsnl broadband, she asked me to pay rs, 2500.
                  I asked why.. She told me that it is mandatory charges towards modem and service charge.
                  She told the modem costs 2200rs and 300rs was the service charge.
                  And told me that she would immediately send me the receipt for it.
                  And when i agreed to pay, she sent me a personal number and asked me to pay through phonepe upi.. I got a little suspicious and asked her that why i should pay to a personal number.. She told me that, since my account with bsnl was not yet created, i have to pay like this.. And she told me after you pay we will set up an account and in future you can make payments through, payment links provided by bsnl.
                  Since this was my first experience with bsnl, i thought this is how it works and agreed to pay.. But i asked her to confirm her identity and hence she sent me a photo of her bsnl id-card through whatsapp.

                  I felt it is okay and i made the payment of rs, 2500 to through phonepe to the number sent to me by her..

                  After this she sent me a photo of the receipt..
                  I was expecting an official text msg or a receipt through e-mail, but she had sent me a photo of a fake receipt.

                  I decided to wait and see what happens next..

                  Then the next day i received the modem.. She had sent it through a courier service..
                  I received a beetel 777vr1 modem.

                  Then a bsnl technician came to my home to make the installation.. Since i was suspicious with all this modem thing.. I explained everything to the technician and it was he who made it all clear..
                  The bsnl technician told me that the beetel 777vr1, which the lady had sent was a very cheap one and he told me that i could have got a very good quality modem like dp-link for the price of 2500rs which i had paid to the lady.. And he also told me that it is not at all mandatory to buy the modem from bsnl to get the broadband connection.. It was only optional and he told me that i could have bought the modem from outside..
                  Also he told me that there is no service charge of 300rs to be paid and he told me that she has made a fool out of me..

                  He told that i will have to pay only for installation and it would be included with the first month’s bill.. So this service charge of 300rs which the lady had made me pay was a big lie..

                  After this the installation was done and i immediately checked the price of beetel 777vr1 modem on internet and found it on amazon and it was less than 1000rs..

                  So to conclude.. This lady who is a bsnl employee has made me pay 2500rupees towards a modem which costs only 1000rupees.
                  She had mislead me, a new customer by telling that it is mandatory to buy the modem from bsnl and has charged me 2500rs for a modem which is less than 1000rs..

                  After this, i decided to make a complaint seeking refund.. And hence i called the customer care, only to know that, it is the worst customer care service ever..
                  I had to continuously call them 3 times..
                  First a lady picked up, i explained her everything.. She purposely cut the call when i told her to take the complaint..
                  Then i immediately called back the customer care.. Somebody received and didn’t talk..
                  I cut the call, called them again.. Now a guy received it and started talking sarcastically and he told that he cannot take the complaint and he told that he was there only to explain the plans and he was laughing when he told this.. Such a worst people.. I asked him to connect me to his manager, but he told he cannot do that and he asked me to go visit a bsnl office nearby if i want to complain and he just cut the call..!
                  This is how a bsnl customer care operates!

                  I want my money back.. I want a refund from that lady or from bsnl.. Coz she is representing bsnl..
                  I have her id card and her number and also the screenshots of the whatsapp conversation, which i can submit.. I need justice.

                  It’s a fraud! Doesn’t 1500rupees have any value? It does to me.
                  And what about this bitter experience with bsnl? A government company.. Shouldn’t we trust the government?
                  How will people trust the government services when it is filled with these corrupt employees?

                    I had done a top up recharge for rs.20 from freecharge.in and i got the message from the vendor that the recharge is successful and the amount got debited from my bank account.

                    The transaction amount of rs.16.94 (On rs.20 recharge) is still not credited to my mobile balance which is still rs.52.21. My plan was inactive for last week and i have done a rs.75 special recharge today to activate it.

                    Please find the order details of rs.20 attached herewith and do the needful for the amount to credit on my mobile balance.

                          I have made several complaints for my dead landline number[protected] since 25 august 2020 located at bhandara distt maharashtra. Complaint registration numbers are 1) sr # [protected], 2) sr# [protected], 3) [protected]. I receive a message that my complaint is resolved. But till today my phone is dead. I may be adequately compensated by waiver of telephone rental during this period, otherwise i will be forced to apply for disconnection.

                            I want to port my mobile number from bsnl to airtel for which i am sending port message to 1900. But my request is being denied again and again. I have googled about the same and the solution was to leave a complaint in this forum as bsnl is ignoring our port request.

                            Please help me port my mobile number.

                                Hi, i have paid the bill of broadband on 18 august then for the september i got invoice saying pending bill of last month.
                                I have called the customer care on [protected] they said to call on 1504 but the number is non existing.
                                Also later I talked to customer care executive they gave me some landline no but they are not picking.
                                Please provide me some solution. I can give you the transaction details.

                                  I am facing broadband issue in bsnl. I already raised one complaint bsnl service person are not response & that complaint not resolve and complaint was closed. Again i raised the complaint still nobody care about this issue.

                                    Problem with bsnl raiya telephone exchange, rajkot office :
                                    Problem 1). Porting bsnl number from kerala circle to gujarat circle.
                                    Employee demanded that i must do recharge of rs. 730 on the spot or he'll not port my number.
                                    He threatened to shut my mobile number.

                                    Problem 2). New internet broadband connection.
                                    Upon approaching, employee & respective officer (Head - branch) both refused to give / allow me to get a broadband internet connection.
                                    (For whom i had wait for 3 hours to meet - he was not in office & upon arrival he was talking to relatives about their kids & how's the food & stuff).

                                    I only live 500 meters from this office & he demanded that i bring other 9 broadband connection requests then only they will provide connection.

                                    (I had wait for 3 hours to meet - officer was not in office & upon arrival he was talking to relatives about their kids & how's the food & stuff for 1 entire hour before entertaining my plea).

                                    I only live 500 meters from this office & he demanded that i bring other 7 broadband connection requests then only they will provide connection.

                                      We regret to inform you that even after a month, the complaint is not attended to, neither the telephone is functioning but BSNL is billing for the same.
                                      Despite repeated telephonic attempts to the authorities did not yield any result.
                                      In this contest we would like to surrender the connection and take back the deposit amount by submitting the non-functional equipment.
                                      As our repetitive effort to do the same didn't get any response.(We are senior citizens, still in this covid situation we managed to travel 5 kms to personally address the matter in exchange without any response or cooperation from the staff.Even they denied to give any acknowledgement to the complaint.
                                      We therefore seek your intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest.
                                      Please note due to covid scenario and being senior citizen, it is impossible to visit the exchange repetatively.So we request you to stop further billing, refund the security deposit and close the connection as we don't intend to avail BSNL service any more.
                                      Hope you will look into the matter and stop the billing at the earliest.
