I have a bsnl broadband connection and since 3 months there's connectivity issue, the internet barely works and from the past month the connection (Landline and broadband both) is completely dead, despite complaining so many times my complaints are being marked as resolved without actually being resolved and the bill is piling up. Bsnl personnel are unable to resolve the issue. Even the customer care executive are useless, all they say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours, and after 24 hours they close the complaint marking it as resolved. Why should i pay for the services which isn't provided to me. Even the employees of local bsnl office are useless, to be precise they don't even care.
