My area code is 0194 and landline number is 2434919, two months ago I submitted an application at BSNL exchange to change my BSNL broadband plan at Rs.899 to a simple landline plan at Rs.129. A month later I received a new bill will full amount at Rs.1049(gst included). After inquiring at the exchange they told me that they had processed the application but it was stuck due to system error and I wasn't informed bout it. After finally changing my plan they told me that I have to pay for the two month bill that I have received. I disconnected my broadband two months ago and haven't been using it at all. Currently my bill is Rs.1948 for two months, where I have not used any BSNL services at all. I find this very unfair, at the exchange they told me I have to pay it even though they admitted it was the systems fault. Any help would be appreciated.

    Description : BSNL FTTH broadband connection never installed and however bill generated from BSNL. Even internet connection from broadband is not working in my area for others from years. Though I applied for BSNL connection in the month of Aug 2020. However it was never installed and not working since then. Do not know how it was activated and who is using it. Secondly whenever there is new connection, here must be communication from vendor or BSNL to client to make sure about the status of connection, which is missing in the process. It is serious matter of fraud which vendors are committing. kindly help me to sort this out and bill needs to be reverted back as i have not used any service from BSNL and there is no connection from BNSL at my home for which I will pay. Broadband connection if it is not there in my area on what basis connections are sold to customers, since technically BSNL knows upto which area it is fibre network is in working condition.

    I booked for bsnl FTTH 599 Plan Fibre connection on 6.10.2021. But so far installation of modem not done. But bill for rs. 1120 recd from BSNL. Please help

      BSNL FTTH and Landline never installed, and bill generated on my name. Since I was trying to get the BSNL Broadband from vendor as there is no direct option available from BSNL. However vendor never installed and make the connection working to get the services and there is no update from the BSNL side that connection is working. Even it is not working for others in my area from years. Despite of the same I got message from BSNL that bill is generated on my name on registered no of Rs 1800 around. Kindly suggest the way to get it sorted out. Internet connection i required to support office work in the situation of pandemic covid 19, and have broadband connection from other service provider. It is really frustrating how the BSNL rely on the authorised vendors and what on ground they are doing with the customers.

        Initially, I got a moderate speed of downloading speed (2 Mbps in peak time. Also noted 7 Mbps in low traffic say 12 AM - 8 AM). But now (From Oct 3rd night 2020) speed has been reduced to 1 Mbps irrespective of peak time.
        Also observed that this issue is in my locality (Locality Pin code: 680683). When I moved to a different tower location, I got enough speed.
        I've reported the same with my nearest BSNL office. But they haven't taken into consideration yet.
        Please fix this issue as soon as possible since this is effecting my job.

          Hi i have done recharge of 97 data plan on my no [protected]. It is clear mentioned that only after 2 gb per day data consumption speed will reduce to 40 kpbs, but amazingly i am getting only 40 kbps dara speed since i opted this plan.
          We are using data plan not for fun but these days this is used to work from home, and many other important works.

            I have 2 bsnl prepeaid punjab nos. Whenever i come to my hometown nissing (132024). There is no network for voice and internet. Facing this issue everytime i visit my hometown.

                I have a bsnl broadband connection and since 3 months there's connectivity issue, the internet barely works and from the past month the connection (Landline and broadband both) is completely dead, despite complaining so many times my complaints are being marked as resolved without actually being resolved and the bill is piling up. Bsnl personnel are unable to resolve the issue. Even the customer care executive are useless, all they say that issue will be resolved within 24 hours, and after 24 hours they close the complaint marking it as resolved. Why should i pay for the services which isn't provided to me. Even the employees of local bsnl office are useless, to be precise they don't even care.

                        Hello,

                        I am trying to migrate from bsnl to a different network. While i try to generate the upc, this is the message i get repeatedly :

                        "your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."

                        "request for upc for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

                        This looks like some forced bureaucracy. How can someone dictate my decision to continue or move?

                        Please help me in solving this.

                            I have been trying to port out of my two bsnl numbers.
                            However, even after repeated attempts, i am not getting upc.
                            I am always receivng the message that 'upc for your mobile no.... Could not be processed. Please retry after some time.'

                              Since yesterday my prepaid sim card is not working. My handset is okay. My number is [[protected]]. No network signal appears on the handset screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular handset. My sim card when used in a different handset the same result received. Other bsnl sim cards used in the same location work perfectly. Please help

On 10th march order has been received by the exchange and the new number allotted is[protected]. Even after several visit to mancheswar exchange, several complaints over cell till date the connection is still pending. I and family, mainly my daughter who is a b.                                       I paid my bill last month but stll the outgoing was cut off from my phone. Than i went to the office and paid the money but today i received this month's bill and last month's bill has been added to it. I mailed to the app throught which i had paid the bill, and they said that they settled the bill with operator, even gave me a reference number. But everytime i call to bsnl customer care, they say their system is not working. I dont know what to do.
