Sir/madam, my name is vaibhav kumar my bsnl mobile number is [protected]. I did not use this sim card for a few months and now it has turnes inactive. Now i again wish to use that since i have realised that a majority of my contacts have that number. Can you please restart the sim card? What is the procedure for that & what are the charges?

    I was having landline and broadband connection of bsnl. My landline number was[protected]. A/c no. [protected]. And customer id [protected]. I have submitted closure application for this connection on date 19/09/2019 to bopal exchange and also return the instrument on same date. I had also given cancelled bank account cheque in which my deposit refund is to be credited. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that even after completion of 10 months of my submitting closure application i have not received my deposit refund nor i am communicated when i will receive it. I request you to process my deposit refund and credit it, in by bank account. I have send email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in 3 times but have not received any response. Hoping for your kind co-operation.

      I am getting the following message from bsnl when i am applying for mnp for no [protected]

      Upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

      Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

      When i asked the problem they had nothing to tell me

      Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

      Please tell me what should i do now

        I recharged my bsnl 3g sim 1 week ago (₹199 plan, 2gb per day) for my online classes but the speed is that much slow that i can't even join the class. Even sometimes it is difficult to send a text message on whatsapp.
        Even my airtel 4g gives more speed than bsnl 3g when 100% data is consumed.
        Please help me!!

          I bought a one prepaid sim no.is [protected] after two days network signal is showing then i called 1507 for self verification but never connect on this number, i tried two days but showing user busy all time... if possible please activate my new sim ...my alternate number is [protected]

            From past 5 days my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. My number is [protected]. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received.Other BSNL sim cards used in same location work perfectly.                   My landline and broadband telephone bearing no[protected] is completely dead since June '20. Multiple complaints registered but not addressed and they closed the complaint from their end without resolving. The latest live Complaint No is [protected], dated 11/07/2020.
                  I intimated the same to PG cell of BSNL. They registered the complaint, No is BSNL/HQ/2020/EM-64358, dated 16/07/2020. The most unfortunate part is the authority is generating bills against the telephone no regularly and the same is being autopaid by ECS from my account.

                  Its really painful andutter breach of service agreement. I waited for long period but BSNL seems indifferent in customer services though very regular in generating bills without ANY service.
                  Please help.

                    Network is worst and literally there is no Internet connectivity at all in the city like ( Mumbai ) since from the day i took this bsnl GSM mobile connection.. I'm not able to make calls nor even able access the Internet and the worst part is your customer care executive are very rude and arrogant they never resolve any issue of any customer no matter how many times you complained, There is no response on twitter or email.. I understand bsnl is going through a very bad time but unless you won't resolve customer's basic network and Internet issues you won't be able survive.. If you really want to..? It is totally unacceptable that there is no network in the city like ( Mumbai ) At my residence all other operators eg. Vodafone idea, Airtel, jio.. their network is always high and Internet speed is also excellent.. But what is wrong with bsnl then.. I'm providing a Docket no. 4H[protected]. Resolve my issue as sooner as quickly..

                      I raised for landline disconnection request on 11 May 20; until now no refund issued.

                      I submitted written disconnection request to nearby telephone exchange, and the person got my request letter informed me that they will send someone to pick up the landline from home. No one came until now.

                      I tried to communicate number of times (direct visit to nearby exchange, customer care, etc.) and no response regarding...

                      I got my landline and broadband disconnected on the 8th of June, 2020 after submitting all the requisite forms (including a cancelled cheque). I have not received the refund yet. When I contacted the Accounts Officer concerned, he informed me that it will take time, which is unacceptable.

                          I am using bsnl prepaid [protected] and i want to change my cicrle from up east to uttarakhand.
                          But after messaging to 1900 the reply comes. Upc can not be generated for reason, there is subsisting contractual obligation with your service provider contact your service provider..
                          I have complaint to 1503 bsnl customer care 6-7 time but my problem is not resolved yet..

                                When tried to recharege through the mybsnl App for 469 rs debited from my account but the transaction has failed and my account is not recharged.

                                Acct XX923 debited with INR 469.00 on 20-Aug-20.Info: BIL*ONL*00205.

                                The amount has not been returned yet. Tried to contact billdesk, bsnl but in no reponse.

                                Please check and confirm the same.

                                Hope the amount will be reversed soon.

                                      From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

                                      Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

                                      Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

                                      It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. To please invesgate this issue because complaint is generating from bsnl department but jalna network team is backing out from my complaint and no action from maharashtra grievances department

                                      If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team
