Complaint of network coverage in pimplegaon of jalna... We jad raised many complaint to pg department of maharashtra and appellate department of maharashtra, cmd complaint department of maharashtra but no resolution from bsnl

Bsnl jalna team is backing out from our complaint we are raising our complaint complaint number is getting generating after esclation it jalna network team but network team is not cordnating with customer

We are facing huge network problem maharashtra department is not helping us to resolve the issue

I m attaching the images of grievances department of maharashtra which was raised but no resolution done for it

I rechrged my bsnl pre-paid mobile no. [protected] on 04/08/2020 for rd. 365 & the amount was debited from my bank account.

Till today my mobile is not recharged. So please do it your earliest or otherwise refund me my money immediately.

Sir, i have mobile connection with bsnl. Mobile number [protected]. On 27/july/2020, i shifted this connection from vodafone to bsnl. It's post paid connection. I filled application and submitted to bsnl staff at bsnl office, guntur, ap. I requested them to give post paid connection. But bsnl staff chenged the connection to prepaid connection. Even i requested they didn't change the connection from prepaid to postpaid. I planned to shift the connection to someother provider. I send sms to 1900 from my mobile. I didn't receive sms. Sir, please allow me to change the service provider. Sir, please infrom bsnl to send upc number to mobile number [protected].

Tell me how can i change my land line plan

Hi. I have a police cug sim. For the past few days the sim shows only emergency calls but the signal strength is full. Recently i moved to different location from my home town and this problem occurred only after moving here. When i try to call using the sim it shows 'no network connection'. The place where sim name appears on the notification toggle it shows 'emergency calls only'. I don't know what happened. I need it to resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as kevin kenneth anthony abranches.

And the address of my residence is h. No 259, donvaddo, salvador do mundo, betim, bardez, goa

So, i want the changes in my name from kevin kenneth anthony abranches to daryl john abranches.
And i want the address to be updated as i have mentioned above.

So, plzzz help me in sorting out these problems... I will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

The internet speed on bsnl is very slow so i want port my sim but following message shown everytime when we sms on 1900

Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

The customer care executive don't help regarding this issue.
Please help me resolve this issue.

When i contacted jto of bsnl office at srikakulam he gave a number to contact the person who is not a bsnl employee and he charged me1500 for instalation for bsnl fibernet where it is actually 250/-, and there was a customer next to my house connected with bsnl fibernet when we informed this to jto he said to bargain to 500 or 1000 which is purely out of rules. I hope my complaint will be resolved i am having proofs but the audio farmat is not supporting

My message service is not responding. I hv called customer care many times. But they are abusing me and not resolving my isdue. Please help

Went to bsnl office to apply new broadband connection for wfh due to covid19. Got one local cable number apple fibre net and requested for new connection, they said it's not possible because of i have another cable connection and union won't allow. Went to bsnl office again and got one more number jnte and send all the necessary information and requested her again it's emergency for wfh. Finally after 3 hrs she told her cousin died and she will do it only after 3 days. Went 3rd time to bsnl office requested for connection again and said it's urgent. They asked me to meet de selina madam, went to her office and said need new connection she told immediately please come after 10 min waited outside for 10 min and went again and after that she told that she is busy and asked me to come tomorrow. Understand there is no use of applying bsnl broadband connection. And tried another network. One of the worst network i ever seen..

It's been more that 10 days & my 2 bsnl postpaid simcards are showing no service. I stay in sector 82 noida. Bsnl has always been a problem from us. Pls get it resolved asap.

Landline no:[protected] is faulty since 3 months. Booked complaint through ivrs. But not restored. Requested action.

We would like to bring your kind attention that my mother Mrs Basanti Pramanik was applied for landline connection as a widow of freedom fighter Late Hati Charan Pramanik on 2018 and got the connection vide order no [protected] dated 03.05.2018 at premises 85/8, Chandi Ghosh Road, Koljata 700040. We would like to bring your kind attention also that my mother expired on 28.03.2020 at his residence. I already intimated over phone to BSNL and requested to disconnect the above landline connection. Due to lockdown I could not submit the letter to your office. I have visited to your office on 09.07.2020 and 26.06.2020 but both the time to submit the application but security guard did not allowed me as Stricker was going on by the emplyee of BSNlL. I am enclosing herewith death certificate for your necessary action.

So I am requesting to surrender/disconnect the above Landline connection with immediate effect.

My BSNL Kolkata broadband keeps disconnecting repeatedly and running slow. I registered complaint through BSNL Helpline in on 20th May 2020. Status of complaint is still Work In Progress. I have also registered grievance on BSNL web portal. Still no resolution.
