    I have been using this BSNL SIM from 10+ years. Due to this pandemic I am in Jharkhand now and my SIM([protected]) has stopped working, I need a new/duplicate SIM. Customer care number asked me to visit nearest service center. The service center person rudely denied that other state BSNL SIM is just like any other operator and they cant do anything and I will have to go to Bangalore only.

    Now obviously I should not be travelling back at this moment to Karnataka, to get this done. How could you they not provide a solution to a customer who is using their services for more than 10+ years.

    My this number is updated at all my portals whether it government, IRCTC, Accounts, Aadhar etc. I am not able to even make any transaction and facing a lot of problem. Everywhere it's Lockdown.

    PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I can send by mail or by courier all the documents and charges they need.

      I have received the worst service by bsnl as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service the they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take a strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work.

          There is huge network problem in our home no network of bank after using the service we are recharging on time but not getting benefits from bsnl

          No network in daityna area of bsnl network if bsnl network team required land for network tower installation i m ready to give land for network tower installation if bsnl team required from me but please help of network coverage issue problem

          Registered the complaint of bsnl in daityna on urgent basis send the network team to check the network coverage problem

            Dear sir,

            Sub :[protected]phone dead from march 1st, 2020 and no solution till date and asking bribe to rectify the same

            The above said telephone number is dead from 1st march, 2020. I have personally visited to telephone exchange belong to sector 17 faridabad. Met mr. Alok kumar sahu, sdo, mr. Deepak (Je) number of times, as per them the entire area pole is cut they are not able to solve the problem as on date. They are asking bribe of 70 mtr wire and service charges to rectify the same.. It is almost 4 months going to complete. I have already paid full amount bill of march april may and june.2020. I immediately need reiumbershment or adjustment of last 4 months as i did not use the facility due to your department issue. Also i request all concern to rectify my landline immediately as we are suffering with the same for our children online study, office online work and many other work.

                Dear sir,

                I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our (Telephone no.[protected]. We have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail/response from your side. It has not been working properly for the more than last two month. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise it works one or two days only. So, we are facing a number of problems resulting into heavy bills for no service availed.

                In such circumstance, i request you to direct your staff to take a prompt action in the matter & arrange to reverse my last two months bills which i have unpaid due to the same.

                    The offer i use is data98...2gb/day for 22days but from the day one of recharge, my internet speed is too slow. Its around 50kbps!

                      My bsnl broadband doesn't work since 27th june 20. We raised complain using online customer care. We many time followup but they are not answering.

                      I visited the bsnl kankaria - ahmedabad office many times, but they doesn't answer properly. I meet bsnl branch supervisor 'hardik patel' and broadband technician 'harishbhai' but they doesn't answer in proper manner. They replied don't ask us raised complain online which i already raised many times.

                            I have submitted closer application on 1st Sept, 2018 later on i have sent reminder several time but i have not received my security deposit of Rs.2000/- eventhout my phone was dead for last six month before closer of application but no service is received but only receiving rent bill . now i have received "e-mail from bsnl on dtd.7th july, 2020 asking account details which i have sent on their 'e" mail [protected]@gmail.com & another E- mail is [protected]@bsnl.co.in

                            Please look into it as since 1st Sept, 2018 i have not received my security deposit .they have provided details are as under

                            Refund ref No.*RE[protected] REFUND Approved on.22.10.2018

                            i once again request you to look into it since oct, 2018 why they have not return the deposit alongwith interest payable to us .if we fail to pay they leavy the charges .please look into it very seriously for such delay for non returning Customer money in time bound. my cell No.[protected] & E-mail id. is [protected]@gmail.com

                            There is no clarity for security Deposit refund amount & Delayed since Oct-2018.hence matter is un-resolved for transferrent clarification as matter is crystal clear for entire satisfaction to valued customer.of which customer all acknowledgement of documents in original.

                              I’m writing this letter to compliant about the overbilling in my Telephone Bill for the month of June' 2020.

                              I got the connection on the second week of April and along with April month’s bill, I already paid all one time payments. As everyone knows onetime payment is only once.

                              In my July month’s bill also there is an amount as onetime payment, Please clarify the purpose & please do mention how many times you charge the same under different categories and I’m really not able to understand the purpose you listed in the bill, as a customer it’s my right to know to what I am paying for.

                                My name is mohit, i live in roorkee, uttarakhand, dist: haridwar.
                                My bsnl landline number is [protected].
                                I have been very disturbed with high ping problem in bsnl broadband for last 45 days, . I have filed a complained to the higher authorities but no one could able to fix the issue until now. There are so many complaints of the similar issue in our area. Many people are having the same issue and not been able to fixed yet. I have to restart my router several times to manage the ping back to normal and that ia very time consuming.
                                I request you to look at this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    I have applied for refund of security deposit on 27/12/2019 against my telephone no [protected]. But till now i am not get the security deposit money. Today when i visited the bsnl nellore branch & ao cash told fund is not available when it will available we will process the payment of your caution money.

                                    It's going 6 months but i am not get the security money. Therefore i request to you, please help me on this regards.

                                        I had applied for disconnection of my bsnl landline connection for the account number [protected] with effect from 05 jun 2020 and with regards to that, i had submitted an application for either refund of security deposit amounting to rupees 1345/- or adjusting the amount with the last generated bill, besides also depositing back the bsnl handset issued to me initially. But there has been no progress or update on the matter and also the fresh bills have been continuing to generate post my application along with late fees without even adjusting my security deposit amount. I would request to kindly look into this matter please.
