I have been very disturbed with high ping problem in bsnl broadband for last 45 days, . I have filed a complained to the higher authorities but no one could able to fix the issue until now. There are so many complaints of the similar issue in our area. Many people are having the same issue and not been able...

I have applied for refund of security deposit on 27/12/2019 against my telephone no [protected]. But till now i am not get the security deposit money. Today when i visited the bsnl nellore branch & ao cash told fund is not available when it will available we will process the payment of your caution money.

It's going 6 months but i am not get the security money. Therefore i request to you,...

I had applied for disconnection of my bsnl landline connection for the account number [protected] with effect from 05 jun 2020 and with regards to that, i had submitted an application for either refund of security deposit amounting to rupees 1345/- or adjusting the amount with the last generated bill, besides also depositing back the bsnl handset issued to me initially. I have surrended my above telephone in feb 2020. I have not received the deposit refund so far. I have given all details of bank a/c for credit.
I have recd sms and telephone bill for may 2020 stating that they have adjusted the outstanding amount and there is bal of 2004/ billing a/c no [protected].

I'm frequently getting a message in which gprs usage for that balance is reducing even though i'm not using bsnl net. Ease respond asap...

I tried several times to send sms to 1900 but everytime it sent a message "unable to send message"
