We had applied for closure of tel no[protected] on 15/06/2020 by receipt.
A sum of rs,. 200/00 was got deposited. We have received bill for the above period. On enquiry we found that telephone is still working. Please close the telephone and oblige since the office has been closed where the tel. Is located....

We had disconnect our landline telephone at october 2018. We did'nt get our security money rs.3000/-., it take more then 1year 9 months, no security amount refunded to us. We had phonic conversation so many time with their concerning officer, but they are not interest to refund our money, it seems they having only wording each other, but no working for refund....

I have surrendered my telephone number
[protected] on[protected] and i have completed all the formalities and several pursuasion but unfortunately after passing of more than two years the deposit amount has not been credited to my account. Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to deposit the amount as soon as possible.

Hi,
For the past one month my broadband connection not working. If i called local exchange technician they not give proper solution and not hearing my problem still i received bill. Kindly check and revert.

My sim is showing"protective command rejected by me"and may that's why may 3g network is not working, only showing 2g. Also. Reset all setting but still showing only 2g. I have also another bank sim but that one works perfectly....

I surrendered my phone connection ([protected]) on 3rd february 2018.
I paid all the bills on/ before time. But still i didn't get my security deposit money.
I went local bsnl office at bassi (Jaipur). But no one took my application.
I wrote email also. But overall i didn't get security deposit still....

Please cancel my bsnl landline connection. My landline number is[protected].....

I have been using this BSNL SIM from 10+ years. Due to this pandemic I am in Jharkhand now and my SIM([protected]) has stopped working, I need a new/duplicate SIM. Customer care number asked me to visit nearest service center. The service center person rudely denied that other state BSNL SIM is just like any other operator and they cant do anything and I will have to go to Bangalore only.

Now obviously I should not be travelling...

I have received the worst service by bsnl as the internet is down always and even after registering the complaint the issue is not being solved. The answers provided by them are not technically so strong. Such a disappointing service. And after such bad service the they expect to pay the bills on time. Please take a strict action against the company and the employees aren't active at the work....

The offer i use is data98...2gb/day for 22days but from the day one of recharge, my internet speed is too slow. Its around 50kbps!

My bsnl broadband doesn't work since 27th june 20. We raised complain using online customer care. We many time followup but they are not answering.

Made payment of rs 597..00 through kotak bill pay on 12th june under reference no [protected] towards prepaid plan. Till date 8th july 2020
Not credited. Hense kindly check the reason and revert or else cancel the payment & credit it back to the sender...
