I have done online recharge (bsnl) on 28-7-20 at 11.37 a.M euronetpay info p2a/[protected] for rs 321 . Recharge failed
but amount debited in my bank account . ( kvb, sundarapuram branch, coimbatore, tamilnadu) steps to be taken to credit the amount in my bank account .

Requesting you to please get this fix properly and need your quick response. Regarding this i have complaint so many to my local BSNL office past one month no one has take actions.

My internet connection ([protected]) has not been working properly
since it's installed.
I kept calling BSNL dealer in modinagar but he didn't give any response to my complaints.
As per his information BSNL personnel from ghaziabad have not been able to solve the issue.
He keeps saying I don't have time to solve single connection issues and I have to wait until he is completely free.
This irresponsible behaviour is costing my job.
who will be responsible if i lose my job because of this irresponsible behaviour from the government.
Please give a solution, how will I continue to work and what excuses should I make to my company?
This is a request to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise refund my complete installation amount and I go for another private vendor.

After 1 year and server months completed to stop bsnl landline and internet, but we have not received our deposit amount. Here not find any complain email or direct contact person, when i inquiry about refund, every time not received any positive answer.

I forgot our boss postpaid mobile account number so i cant see bsnl postpaid mobile number bil kindly request please give my postpaid mobile account number and bill

The telephone is dead but bsnl is issuing bills even for the dead period

I have submitted closer application on 1st sept, 2018 later on i have sent reminder several time but i have not received my security deposit of rs.2000/- eventhough my phone was dead for last six month before closer of application but no service is received but only receiving rent bill. Now i have received "e-mail from bsnl on dtd.7th july, 2020 asking account details which i have sent on their 'e" mail [protected]@gmail.com & another e - mail is [protected]@bsnl.co.in

Please look into it as since 1st sept, 2018 i have not received my security deposit. They have provided details are as under

I once again request you to look into it since oct, 2018 why they have not return the full security deposit alongwith interest payable to us. If we fail to pay they leavy the charges. Vrla battery bank installed in mau district up bsnl site of hbl make & 600ah capacity in may 2019.
In battery bank 02 battery cells are faulty due to which battery backup is very poor,
Kindly arrange to replace faulty battery cell on priority basis please.

The bsnl landline connection no[protected] is out of service for more than 12 days. Even after registering the complaint, the problem has not been attended till date

My interest was not working often... Very poor connection... Please correct the connection as soon as possible...

Bsnl network slow down he said on low low tower apn settings

I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our telephone no[protected]. We have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail. It has not been working properly for the last one month. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise it works one way only. The current concern is my landline have lot of disturbance in line.
We have already made a complaint through bsnl portal, complaint number is[protected]. But no response from bsnl

With ref to the above subject, i had submitted my landline telephone no.[protected] on20/06/2018 and i was told that i would be getting
One thousands (1, 000/-) rupees credited. However nothing as such has happened and no further communication has been made.
Kindly look into the matterand provide me with some update.

I was having landline and broadband connection of BSNL. My landline number was[protected]. A/C no. [protected]. and Customer ID [protected].

I have submitted closure application for this connection on date 19/09/2019 to Bopal exchange and also return the instrument on same date. I had also given cancelled bank account cheque in which my deposit refund is to be credited.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that even after completion of 10 months of my submitting closure application I have not received my deposit refund nor I am communicated when I will receive it. I request you to process my deposit refund and credit it, in by bank account.

I have send email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in 3 times but have not received any response.

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid mobile connection of BSNL, mobile No. [protected]. I'm getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last 6 hours . Totally i lost 16 RS.
I have lodged complain in BSNL local office but they are telling u only sent messages to unknown number that's why deducted and activate DND service . But I'm the DND service activater from few months and also I haven't sent any kind of messages to anyone. It's an auto sending scam from them. And i called for DND coustomer care and they told we are not responsible for this.

As a rule DND service they should stop every nonsense calls and messages..??

My question is who's responsible for this..??

And now i have 0 balance in my account.. If I recharge I'll sure again it'll get deducted.

Kindly arrange to give the credit of my deductions from my mobile account and to stop all the deduction in future.

Otherwise I'll port my number to another.

I want to convert bsnl postpaid plan to prepaid but our netive bsnl office staff refused for it due to unavailability of staff, i visited bsnl office from month june 7 times but still particular staff not present, every time they are saying come again in next week.

Hello sir,

I have registered complaint few days ago that my landline is dead due to which my broadband is not working. My landline number[protected]. I registered complaint 15 days before no action taken till now. As i am working from home for my it company. My work get suffer from this and it effects my job.

Please take action as soon as possible.

I had my bsnl broadband complaint lodged about 5-6 times but they are not working on resolving it.
The complaint is being postponed day by day. I have waited almost 5 to 6 days but there is no response from their side.

I am surprised to know without resolving the issues, on 25 july 2020, i recieved a message that the issue is resolved.
New complaint was lodged on 26 july 2020- [protected] complaint number.
I hope that my problem is resolved at the earliest.
