I have surrendered my landline phone on 12th october 2018, and also paid the bill. I submitted my application for deposit refund on the same day. I have already furnished my bank account details to bsnl to facilitate them for deposit refund. Now about 17 months are over, bsnl has not refunded my security deposit uptill now. I have contacted many times to the local bsnl office in this regard, but they are not responding properly. I request...

I have taken connection of bsnl postpaid a year before dated july 2019 which i disconnected that dated july 31, 2019 and paid all my dues that time. And it has been a year now still i have not received my refund back. I have visited bsnl office many times. They are not entertaining my refund request and replying very rudely.
Kindly help me to get my refund....

Its been almost a month we are facing problem due to the non functioning of bsnl lanline. We have already given a complaint to the bsnl office but still they are not even bothered to look into the matter. My home bsnl broadband connection is out of order since june 13. I have called the customer care numerous times already. They keep telling me they will fix the issue within 24 hours every single time. It has been 3 weeks already and it's still out of order....

I have paid my bsnl bill Rs1832 to bsnl landline cf m1 but my bsnl not working till and account has been deducted from my account so plzz take action on this issue ....

Bsnl land line no [protected] yearly advance rs 7637/- paid on 28/12/2019 and receipt generated [protected] /bill no sdcts[protected].

Subsequently, we received bills rs 398/- and paid on18/01/2020, rs 103 paid on 20/03/2020 and rs 601 paid on 30/06/2020.

We do not know the reason why such bills are coming inspite of annual advance payment. We tried to reach bsnl hyderabad, but they are not taking our calls....

Due to some problems i couldn't pay the bill on time. Number was disconnected. I paid the amount instantly but there is no sign of reconnection what should i do?...

When i call someone it show route line is currently busy
When i turn my internet on but i can't get any internet...

I requested for shifting of my landline from jalahalli, bangalore exchange to peenya, bangalore exchange. I had to visit the bsnl office personally for shfting. I got the new number as well. However connection not completed. Official does not know who the lineman is for my area. Official was very rude with me while talking (That too on mobile after trying repeatedly). So many times official will not pick the mobile phone....

I have surrendered my 2 bsnl landline connections because i no longer want to use the service. But i have not received the security refund yet. The two numbers are[protected] &[protected]. I have visited the office, they say our server is down.

Most of the landline telephone bills are paid thro' ecs (Electronic clearing service). As this mode is being in vogue, bsnl (Chennai) used to tempt the customers offering a discount of rs.10/- on the bill amount, every moth if opted for electronic bill, thus abolishing the manual. Bills sent every month,

The bsnl tower setup at p/o kantabanji - 767039, dist - bolangir, odisha. Despite various mails and letters to the concerned authority i havenot my rent from last 8 months by bsnl against the tower setup on my land. Further, the lease agreement period has been competed for about more than a year. Neither they are vacating the land nor they are paying rent. On 22.6.2020 i have registered a compliant through 198 and the fault is not yet attended. The phone is dead.
I think there is no fault in home. No line breakage. I feel that it can be corrected from chavara exchange itself. Kindly do the needful.

Done a big mistake buying bsnl simcards. I don't use internet on it. I use it for calls rarely.
I'm this lockdown, i tried to recharge my bsnl two times because i was getting sms about "incoming calls barred, you need to recharge..". The recharge failed and when i tried to call on my bsnl from other phone. There was no response at all and it hanged up eventually. It's the worse telecommunication service ever....

Bsnl is deducting 15rs within 10days and it is being deducted with an sms saying bsnl confession services. I have no idea regarding any such services neither did i acitivated any services. This is totally without my consent....

I Firoz Ahmad a BSNL subscriber lost my SIM card which was bearing [protected] contact number. I request you, please reissue the SIM card along with the same contact number....
