The bsnl tower setup at p/o kantabanji - 767039, dist - bolangir, odisha. Despite various mails and letters to the concerned authority i havenot my rent from last 8 months by bsnl against the tower setup on my land. Further, the lease agreement period has been competed for about more than a year. Neither they are vacating the land nor they are paying rent. The agrrement is between kailash chand agrawal (Lessor) and the bsnl telecommunication (Lessee). I want the due rent to be paid as soon as possible as well as my land to be vacated.

On 22.6.2020 i have registered a compliant through 198 and the fault is not yet attended. The phone is dead.
I think there is no fault in home. No line breakage. I feel that it can be corrected from chavara exchange itself. Kindly do the needful.

Done a big mistake buying bsnl simcards. I don't use internet on it. I use it for calls rarely.
I'm this lockdown, i tried to recharge my bsnl two times because i was getting sms about "incoming calls barred, you need to recharge..". The recharge failed and when i tried to call on my bsnl from other phone. There was no response at all and it hanged up eventually. It's the worse telecommunication service ever.

Bsnl is deducting 15rs within 10days and it is being deducted with an sms saying bsnl confession services. I have no idea regarding any such services neither did i acitivated any services. This is totally without my consent.

I Firoz Ahmad a BSNL subscriber lost my SIM card which was bearing [protected] contact number. I request you, please reissue the SIM card along with the same contact number.

Non of my otp is being received. I cannot perform online shopping at all. I cannot fill my college forms. Please help me.

I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

Request for upc for your mobile no. 94xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

What can i do now

Prepaid phone [protected] - plan 399. - online renewal done on 9/6/19 - transaction no. Ihk 5229542 for rs. 399... Visited customer care on 11/6/19 morning. The executive checked and said the renewal has not been received.
I thought it is one of the lost remittances. The plan was renewed by paying cash 399 at the csc malleswaram on 11.6.19.
The bank took some days to tell me the amount has been remitted to bsnl.
I visited to various offices with a request for refund of the double payment that happened for no fault of mine.

I have gone through the following.
A) went to various offices of bsnl in turn as well as sent.
B) online msg to bsnl were sent by me on 15/7/19, 30/7/19, 9/9/19. 22/9/19,
C) submitted a written complaint to customer service centre malleswaram vide their ack with no number but seal and sign dated 12.9.19.

The issue is yet to be attended. I did not ask for any extra service from bsnl during the second payment.

The two payments for a single service happened due to delay in accounting at bsnl or mis information by the executive at bsnl when i went to check in person since the plan was expiring soon i could not leave it unrenewed..in the face of ambiguity of receipt of payment by bsnl. During the first payment online.

I once again request for refund of the rs.399 remitted twice under above circumstances.

From last 3 months prbt service is not working. Whenever i call 56700 it shows no response and also msg is not sent and sure network problem is also more like no network for 2 to 3 days

From last 3 months i am facing network issue like the network goes completely and again the range comes after 1 or 2days and only 2g. Whenever i turn 3g network it again switches to 2g. I recharged 399 i think i did big mistake recharged for 3 months

My land line[protected] services were terminated in july 2019. I have not received my rwefund in my hdfc bank.

I have been facing broadband connection problems since 1.5 months. Several complaints registered but they are unable to resolve my issue. Very poor service. They are closing customer complaint even without resolving or checking with customers. Latest complaint no is [protected]

My tower agreement paper has missed i want to know how much my agreement left plz make it soon i feel that agreement has been done so hurry plz

My bsnl postpaid unbilled amountvis showing 43000 even though the credit limit is 2500

Broadband and voice service dead. Has been very erratic since last 3months. From 17june it is not working. Complaint docket no is[protected] dtd 17june2020.

My landline phone is not working more than 60days. On first day of issue i have registered complain in bsnl exchange in person (Salem-gugai). No response for the issue. After that i have registered complaint in online for four times. Ticket is automatically closing after one day saying issue resolved. Till now it is not working.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Dear authority,
This is to inform you that there is a telephone pole infront of house which is of no use. It is causing a lot of difficulties in taking in and out of four wheeler. So, i request you to remove this telephone pole of no use from infront of my house. For this, i will be very thankful to you.

As my telephone line 26853226 was not working for the past two months, i disconnected the same on 1st july 2019. I have given an application for the same in salunke vihar exchange.in the letter i have also requested a refund of my deposit amount, but till date i have not received any communication from your department.

I have visited bhavani peth exchange also many times.

Due to lockdown i am not able to visit your bajirao road office. Request you to kindly refund my deposit with interest.
