Bsnl is deducting talktime balance for data, eventhough i am neither using mobile data, nor it is not switched on for any purpose....

My bsnl broadband is not working from last 4 days, i have raised multiple complains and have also visited nearest bsnl exchange office, not no one is willing to resolve the issue and because of them i am not able to use the internet for which i am paying rs1000 per month.

My bsnl number is [protected], mobile tower range and internet is not working from morning 14/06/2020. I have considered others bsnl users to their mobile range also missed from sunday morning. So that cannot call or use the internet. Please fix it soon....

My landline phone number[protected] was disconnected on 30th april 2019. For security refund, i connected the concerned officials many times regarding security refund. The application has been duly signed by me submitted with the concerned office in april 2019. More than one year has passed nobody is paying heed to my request. So please do the needful and oblige.

From jammu, last month i have done my payment of inr 627 through online bsnl app, payment debited from my account but transaction shows failed that time, i approach my bank and they checked and ask me payment goes successfully to zaak e-payment services who are bsnl payment portal and they give me trxn id - zp5a4e[protected]
Bsnl can check this id from zaak e-paymentbr...

I am complaining since year for my landline which dead but no one attends the complaints
And i am paying bill every month...

The amt 319 is deducted from my bank account on 12/04/2020 but bsnl mobile is not being recharged till date....

I am unable to call anyone from my house due to network issues, i want to port my prepaid number to another service provider. I tried to send port messages to 1900 from my bsnl number, but it’s not getting delivered. I might have tried at least 20 times. I didn’t want to port out, but poor service is forcing me to do. What if sms itself is not getting delivered!!...

I like to inform you that i have a issue for internet service not on from 04.05.2020 to still now.
I am trying all the procedure from my mobile settings & also check use other handset in my own sim.
And i also inform you that my sim card is new and i am the new port in customer since 2months.

I want to complain about my bsnl landline[protected] which is dead from 20 may 2020 and there is no response from bsnl yet. I am paying full for landline and broadband services.

Repeated calls for complaint are not responded and no eta for fixing is given. Even the full bill is charged without any service given.

Please help to fix.

From 20th may after amphan happened in west bengal the services stopped. Till today i. E.9th of june the broadband service have not yet resumed.
