Prepaid phone [protected] - plan 399. - online renewal done on 9/6/19 - transaction no. Ihk 5229542 for rs. 399... Visited customer care on 11/6/19 morning. The executive checked and said the renewal has not been received.
I thought it is one of the lost remittances. The plan was renewed by paying cash 399 at the csc malleswaram on 11.6.19.
The bank took some days to tell me the amount has been remitted to bsnl.
I visited to various offices with a request for refund of the double payment that happened for no fault of mine.
I have gone through the following.
A) went to various offices of bsnl in turn as well as sent.
B) online msg to bsnl were sent by me on 15/7/19, 30/7/19, 9/9/19. 22/9/19,
C) submitted a written complaint to customer service centre malleswaram vide their ack with no number but seal and sign dated 12.9.19.
The issue is yet to be attended. I did not ask for any extra service from bsnl during the second payment.
The two payments for a single service happened due to delay in accounting at bsnl or mis information by the executive at bsnl when i went to check in person since the plan was expiring soon i could not leave it unrenewed..in the face of ambiguity of receipt of payment by bsnl. During the first payment online.
I once again request for refund of the rs.399 remitted twice under above circumstances.
