The landline connection is dead since 15.03.2020.
Complaint was lodged with bsnl vide docket no. [protected] on 16.03.2020.
Received an sms from bsnl on 04.05.2020, telling the complaint is resolved even though the line is dead.
Complaint registered with bsnl grievance vide docket no. Kol/co/2020/3454 on 04.05.2020.
Though the telephone is dead for 4 months, we are still receiving bi-monthly bills and we are paying them too.

      Hii sir, my name ritika sharma. I am currently living in paota, district jaipur,
      Rajasthan. My area pincode is 303106.
      Sir my isp of koutputli is taking too much amount for wireless router device which are used to install on roofs. He is charging 5600 rs for the device + 800 rs installation charges. And the total amount he is asking is 7000 rs, i don't know what to do now. Sir here in paota, there was a bsnl office but it is closed now. Sir i have contacted to bsnl customer care they told me that device charge is only 3250 rs + 250rs installation charges, then sir why he is taking too many extra rupees. He have franchisee of bsnl in koutputli (My tehesil).
      Sir he is taking too much money from what i supposed to pay, and i think this device is also the government property, so they should not charge too much.

      Sir please help, these people are taking wrong advantage of not availability of service.

          My Telephone No[protected] is out of order from last more than two years though timely payment is being made every month. Land line become for a day or two only days. I am fed up from this telephone line. Since I am a Sr citizen and I have given this no every where .

            I have paid my bsnl landline (individual) bill twice, one through bsnl office and one through google pay. I have also raised a dispute but did'nt get any answer or refund. The transaction id of the payment through google pay app is BD01KACTGKEQ. Please refund my money.

                  I have surrendered my landline phone on 12th october 2018, and also paid the bill. I submitted my application for deposit refund on the same day. I have already furnished my bank account details to bsnl to facilitate them for deposit refund. Now about 17 months are over, bsnl has not refunded my security deposit uptill now. I have contacted many times to the local bsnl office in this regard, but they are not responding properly. I request to refund the security deposit immediately with interest

                    Respected sir,
                    I have taken connection of bsnl postpaid a year before dated july 2019 which i disconnected that dated july 31, 2019 and paid all my dues that time. And it has been a year now still i have not received my refund back. I have visited bsnl office many times. They are not entertaining my refund request and replying very rudely.
                    Kindly help me to get my refund.

                      Its been almost a month we are facing problem due to the non functioning of bsnl lanline. We have already given a complaint to the bsnl office but still they are not even bothered to look into the matter. After visiting bsnl office continuously they are just telling that it will be done very soon but till now the problem has not been solved. Ours is a private company having
                      Two connection (Bsnl) and we work 100% online.. Thus we request you to kindly solve the problem without further delay and billing for the affected month should be made accordingly.

                        My home bsnl broadband connection is out of order since june 13. I have called the customer care numerous times already. They keep telling me they will fix the issue within 24 hours every single time. It has been 3 weeks already and it's still out of order.

                          Since last 30 days having a lot of network and internet issues in my location. I have also complaint customer care 4-5 time but no solution is being done and the problem is not solved. The massage form customer care side complaint or docket has been closed.                             I have paid my bsnl bill Rs1832 to bsnl landline cf m1 but my bsnl not working till and account has been deducted from my account so plzz take action on this issue .

                                Bsnl land line no [protected] yearly advance rs 7637/- paid on 28/12/2019 and receipt generated [protected] /bill no sdcts[protected].

                                Subsequently, we received bills rs 398/- and paid on18/01/2020, rs 103 paid on 20/03/2020 and rs 601 paid on 30/06/2020.

                                We do not know the reason why such bills are coming inspite of annual advance payment. We tried to reach bsnl hyderabad, but they are not taking our calls. Bsnl to rectify the wrong billing.

                                      I requested for shifting of my landline from jalahalli, bangalore exchange to peenya, bangalore exchange. I had to visit the bsnl office personally for shfting. I got the new number as well. However connection not completed. Official does not know who the lineman is for my area. Official was very rude with me while talking (That too on mobile after trying repeatedly). So many times official will not pick the mobile phone.
