I submitted an application for disconnaction of my landline tel
No,[protected] on22.05.2020 at customer care centre mi road jaipur despite of my repeated requests on telephon no. 1500.1503 my request has not been attended to to disconact my ll no.[protected] which ultimately tentamounts to raising my bill for which i am not responsible.
I therefore request you to kindly do the needfur to disconnact my ll tel[protected] immediately

Phone is still dead. The phone is in kalamassery exchange in ernakulan of
Kerala circle. Kindly have useful action to repair.

I beg to draw your attention to our repeated requests to change the landline instrument as the same doesnt work properly since 2 decades. There is a sparking noise and the buttons also do not press properly. The instrument is over 35 years or older.

Kindly arrange to repair the internet connection as early as possible. It shows red signal.

Bsnl is deducting talktime balance for data, eventhough i am neither using mobile data, nor it is not switched on for any purpose....

My bsnl broadband is not working from last 4 days, i have raised multiple complains and have also visited nearest bsnl exchange office, not no one is willing to resolve the issue and because of them i am not able to use the internet for which i am paying rs1000 per month.

My bsnl number is [protected], mobile tower range and internet is not working from morning 14/06/2020. I have considered others bsnl users to their mobile range also missed from sunday morning. So that cannot call or use the internet. Please fix it soon.

My landline phone number[protected] was disconnected on 30th april 2019. For security refund, i connected the concerned officials many times regarding security refund. The application has been duly signed by me submitted with the concerned office in april 2019. More than one year has passed nobody is paying heed to my request. So please do the needful and oblige.

From jammu, last month i have done my payment of inr 627 through online bsnl app, payment debited from my account but transaction shows failed that time, i approach my bank and they checked and ask me payment goes successfully to zaak e-payment services who are bsnl payment portal and they give me trxn id - zp5a4e[protected]
Bsnl can check this id from zaak e-payment
My number is also out of service please check this issue asap because customer care not taking my complaint. My contact number is [protected]

We are staying near national highway but no network near our residence

I am unable to call anyone from my house due to network issues, i want to port my prepaid number to another service provider. I tried to send port messages to 1900 from my bsnl number, but it’s not getting delivered. I might have tried at least 20 times. I didn’t want to port out, but poor service is forcing me to do. What if sms itself is not getting delivered!!

(I) at 13.01pm on 04/06/2020, a on line top up recharge of rs.110/- from bsnl portal was made for my mobile number [protected]. Though the said amount was debited from my bank account but was not credited to my mobile number [protected]. A complaint was lodged before you on 04/06/2020. On 05/06/2020 vide an email dt. 05/06/2020, it was intimated that “.. The said recharge is failed and the amount deducted will be refunded shortly. [ref id:pgsm[protected] ]
However till date (10/06/2020) the amount of rs.110/- has not yet been refunded and credited to my bank account
(Ii) further on 06/06/2020 again i have recharged my mobile number [protected] of rs, 110/- through bsnl portal and the said amount was deducted from my bank account. I was also intimated vide your email dated 06/06/2020 that “your payment of rs.110/- is successful on bsnl portal. Ref id-pgsm[protected] ”
(Iv) again from today i. E. 10/06/2020, bsnl service provider intimating me that my mobile number [protected] has been temporarily blocked by bsnl and asking for recharge immediately. This results acute disturbance and inconvenience to me.
(V) in view of the above, i sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and firstly, refund the top up recharge amount of rs.110/- made on 04/06/2020 immediately[ref id:pgsm[protected] dt.05/06/2020 ] to my bank account.
Secondly, immediately restore my mobile service in my mobile number [protected] on the basis of my fresh top up recharge by rs.100/- on 06/06/2020 [ref id-pgsm[protected] ]

(Vi) sir, i am a senior citizen and an ex serviceman, blocking of my mobile number without my fault and any reason is causing hardship to me and my family in the present scenario. Kindly treat the matter as very urgent and please accord top most priority to settle my grievances.
