Dear sir / madam,
(I) at 13.01pm on 04/06/2020, a on line top up recharge of rs.110/- from bsnl portal was made for my mobile number [protected]. Though the said amount was debited from my bank account but was not credited to my mobile number [protected]. A complaint was lodged before you on 04/06/2020. On 05/06/2020 vide an email dt. 05/06/2020, it was intimated that “.. The said recharge is failed and the amount deducted will be refunded shortly. [ref id:pgsm[protected] ]
However till date (10/06/2020) the amount of rs.110/- has not yet been refunded and credited to my bank account
(Ii) further on 06/06/2020 again i have recharged my mobile number [protected] of rs, 110/- through bsnl portal and the said amount was deducted from my bank account. I was also intimated vide your email dated 06/06/2020 that “your payment of rs.110/- is successful on bsnl portal. Ref id-pgsm[protected] ”
(Iv) again from today i. E. 10/06/2020, bsnl service provider intimating me that my mobile number [protected] has been temporarily blocked by bsnl and asking for recharge immediately. This results acute disturbance and inconvenience to me.
(V) in view of the above, i sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and firstly, refund the top up recharge amount of rs.110/- made on 04/06/2020 immediately[ref id:pgsm[protected] dt.05/06/2020 ] to my bank account.
Secondly, immediately restore my mobile service in my mobile number [protected] on the basis of my fresh top up recharge by rs.100/- on 06/06/2020 [ref id-pgsm[protected] ]

(Vi) sir, i am a senior citizen and an ex serviceman, blocking of my mobile number without my fault and any reason is causing hardship to me and my family in the present scenario. Kindly treat the matter as very urgent and please accord top most priority to settle my grievances.

      Dear sir,

      I like to inform you that i have a issue for internet service not on from 04.05.2020 to still now.
      I am trying all the procedure from my mobile settings & also check use other handset in my own sim.
      And i also inform you that my sim card is new and i am the new port in customer since 2months.
      .
      But i also trying to contact the customer care they not pick up my phone all the time also complaint online bsnl site many time but the result is zero.
      Then my mobile pack rs.118 already expire 31st of may 2020 but not any resolution from bsnl.
      .
      Now i decided to port out from bsnl but now i think i am trying again so i recharges again rs.118 plan at yesterday 08.06.2020.

      But still have same issue that i already explained.
      .
      My previes complaint details from the bsnl website - docket no. Kol/co/2020/3643,
      Docket no - e22k16320085,
      Docket no - kol/co/2020/5776
      .
      I think this is the last option from bsnl support.
      Please resolve it for the actual support.
      My previous plan rs.118 is already waste for the bsnl worst service but now please help.

        Hi

        I want to complain about my bsnl landline[protected] which is dead from 20 may 2020 and there is no response from bsnl yet. I am paying full for landline and broadband services.

        Repeated calls for complaint are not responded and no eta for fixing is given. Even the full bill is charged without any service given.

        Please help to fix.

          From 20th may after amphan happened in west bengal the services stopped. Till today i. E.9th of june the broadband service have not yet resumed. I have tried multiple times to lodge the complaint against the faulty number but their so called bsnl complaint register toll free number was also not working. After 1 week of wait i could raise the complaint but did not recieve any docket number against that complaint. I have also tried to reach out to the local bsnl officials but they are only repeating the same line that work is going on. But ther services are not up for last 20 days but i have received the bill and i have to pay the full amount even though nothing is working. No one has any update regarding when the services will be back.in this time of covid -19 we are all working from home and without internet it is impossible to work.

            1. Repeatedly requested to set the phone in order since jan 20
            2. Visited dum dum exchange several times, personally requested mr. Nityananda das to resolve the issue but without any relief.
            3. This month bill has not been to my mail i/d; used to receive bill till last month.
            4. There is so much noise that one can hardly talk or listen
            5. As the line is faulty broadband connectivity is disturbed to a great extent
            6. Problem requires to be addressed urgently
            7. As the net connectivity is disturbed it is disturbing on line coaching of my children

              1 noise is such at a level that i can neither make call nor receive a call.
              2. Due to faulty line data connectivity is greatly disturbed
              3 matter has been pending since jan20

                  Broadband connection on my bsnl number [protected] has been down for the last 7 days.
                  Customer care says, it'll be repaired in 3 - 5 days but its been 1 week now. I'm suffering a lot due to this, and planning to discontinue bsnl broadband if such conditions persist...
                  All efforts of repair bear no results and for a student like me, internet connection is very essential..
                  Kindly make sure this is resolved or connect me to higher authorities or consumer court, because this is becoming an unbearable ordeal, a horrific customer servicing experience.

                    I have been a loyal customer of bsnl broadband since 2012 and since lockdown started athe broadband keeps losing internet access (Works for 2mins and loses acces for 5mins) it very frustrating. I tried changing the router but the problem kept repeating itself. It has been 3 months now and it is becoming increasingly infuriating to pay for the service and not get to avail it. I can't seem to find a good reason to stop this service right now but other companies are offering broadband services only when lockdown is over. Another thing is that whenever the internet seems to work (Works for 20-40 mins then gets disconnected, this happens mostly at night) and i try to open a website, it keeps redirecting to bsnl bill payment page and mind you even when there are 20, days left for the payment. My phone number if needed is[protected], i live in dehradun.

                        My sim number [protected] is not working since last 7 or 8 months and showing no range, though phone is ok. I am staying at goa and sim is of bhubaneswar bsnl office. I had sent a person to bhubaneswar office and they said that i should go personally. Goa bsnl office is saying to contact bhubaneswar office. Due to poor health i am unable to go bhubaneswar from goa, my age is 55+. Due to non working of sim i am unable to do any banking service including paytm etc as i am not getting otp. Please help. I am getting now no way to activate the sim. Just praying for it. My other working sim no is [protected]. Thank you. Please help. Regards binay panigrahi.

                          My bsnl number[protected] has been dead since last three months. I have registred compliant on their customer care number, through their portal, have written mails to their senior officers including their chairman, to their nodal officer as well but there is no repsonse till date. My phone is still dead am i am paying monthly bills as usual. Now they have closed the complaint without resolving the problem.

                          Shame on these people. How long they are going to feed their family on this looted money.

                          True. My internet is not working from April and I am still receiving bills as usual. Numerous complaints have been filed but these incompetent company's employees just resolve them in their complaint records without actually resolving the problem like it's nothing. This is why they went bankrupt. Government should have let this incompetent company and its employees drown instead of saving it.

                                  I am surfing from slow speed of broad band. Dsl is stable, but internet speed is very slow. Many time the speed is less than 1mbps, rear time it is near 4mbps.

                                    My telephone number is[protected]. This telephone is always out of order and it hardly work for 5 - 10 days in a month.in fact, the exchange 282 itself is faulty and is always out of order. I lodged a complaint with customer care on 20/5/2020 vide docket number [protected] but till date this complaint has not been assigned to any technician. I tried to contact customer care numbers but no answer from any number. Although the telephone hardly in order, the bsnl send bills and reminders without fail. I am no thinking of disconnecting this line.
