I want to get a bsnl broadband or fibrenet connection at my home in chatha meel, near baskhi ka talab, lucknow. My house is near central bank of india, riatha road, chatha meel. I had applied online and also send message to bsnl to get new connection but never got any reply back. I really need this connection. I also complained on bsnl twitter but they just reponded that they will help but never cared to reply back.

I am a blogger and i need good speed internet to work from home. Would really help if i can get this bsnl broadband connection at my home.

      We are facing no internet issue for days and tried to complaint online many times. Authorities at ghaziabad do not respond to our pleading. They are feeding on govt. Money for free and doing nothing to please customers. We have bsnl connection for so long and we face issues related to customer service like every other day. Many times the connection went out of order for months nad we complained and complained. In the end we had to pay the bill for the service which we never got. Now also the internet is dead and we will get the bill as usual because its a government scam.
      Our number is[protected]. If you can not resolve our issue in a day. I request you to please guide me through the revoke process. I can not handle this lack of service anymore.
      Here i am attaching stats. You can see the bsnl was out of service.
      Lack of speed.
      Now we got the number of one guy from bsnl who is assisting our problem and that number is out of service.
      I am attaching that too. I want this guy to be removed from his job.

        Dear Team, I have raised a new connection request through BSNL portal, request id is LD11160843. Now my request was rejected saying technically not feasible contact franchises. I don't think we don't have technical problems, already my neighbours having BSNL connections. Please help me in this regards... Thanks

          I have lost my mobile along with my bsnl sim card.Once i had called on my number, someone responded to it, but no helpful response.
          Kindly i request you to block my sim card with number-[protected], as i have no other option to block it due to the lock down.

            I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
            Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (18 may 2020)
            Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

            I need this urgently.

              My mobile along with bsnl sim card has been lost... And when I called the number... Someone responded to it...
              Kindly I request you to block my mobile number... As no other facility is available due to the lock down

                I initiated the connection request [protected] which they canceled on their own. 3 months later i initiated one more request [protected] which is unresponsive till now. These guys are lazy. They don't pick up calls. All attempts are useless. I am in the green zone where they are supposed to work. My pincode 483501. I am from katni, madhya pradesh. I want a new broadband connection in katni m. P. I tried the new connection page - which gives an error "no plans available". I tried calling which is unresponsive. And all landline numbers are not picked up by them.

                  Dear sir,
                  I'm a bsnl customer. My bsnl sim card no. Is [protected]. I recharged ₹ 1999 for calling and 3gb per day, validity: 365days. But bsnl server is decreasing from 3g to 2g from last 4 days. So, i can not surfing internet from last for days till now. Is it best service of bsnl for customers? Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                        I had surrendered my land line no.[protected] on 12th june, 2019 at kasba rathtala exchange. On advice of the receiving official, i visited the ballygunge place exchange with the landline disconnection receipt and cleared all the dues till date. As directed, i provided the concerned official with my bank account details for credit of the refund of inr 2282 (As told to me by the concerned official) and the associated documents for the same. After that, i had followed up with them by visiting their office multiple times but they always came up with some excuses viz. The poor condition of bsnl company in recent times, bsnl employees' current woeful situation, the basic time required for the completion of the procedures, etc. Etc. Being a loyal customer for 25 long years of the government enterprise, i had expected the least courtesy from bsnl to return the security deposit to me at the earliest, to which i am legally entitled. Almost 1 year is going to complete since i surrendered my landline connection, but still clueless when i would be fortunate enough to receive my own hard-earned money. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Your earliest action is highly solicited.

                              My phone number : [protected]. I am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
                              "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
                              I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 10 month. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsubscribe it.

                                i am using bsnl broadband from february 2019 but after two month m facing low speed issue, after to many complaints on website portal, over phone and twitter nothing changed, still m getting downloading speed 1.50 max and upload speed is 0.40 where my plan max speed is 10 Mbps

                                    Every one or the other day my broadband is out of service .
                                    Rather they charge full but they are not giving back that service for which we are being charged. I suggest it's the worst isp of India. and they are not even picking up my call for complaint booking.
                                    I am very much helpless.

                                      I recharged my relative bsnl mobil [protected] thru bsnl portal on 12th may with rs153. The amount was debuted but recharge was not processed.
