I had surrendered my land line no.[protected] on 12th june, 2019 at kasba rathtala exchange. On advice of the receiving official, i visited the ballygunge place exchange with the landline disconnection receipt and cleared all the dues till date. As directed, i provided the concerned official with my bank account details for credit of the refund of inr 2282 (As told to me by the concerned official) and the associated documents for the same. After that, i had followed up with them by visiting their office multiple times but they always came up with some excuses viz. The poor condition of bsnl company in recent times, bsnl employees' current woeful situation, the basic time required for the completion of the procedures, etc. Etc. Being a loyal customer for 25 long years of the government enterprise, i had expected the least courtesy from bsnl to return the security deposit to me at the earliest, to which i am legally entitled. Almost 1 year is going to complete since i surrendered my landline connection, but still clueless when i would be fortunate enough to receive my own hard-earned money. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Your earliest action is highly solicited.

      My phone is dead from past 7 days and I have given online compliant, telephone compliant, in house complaint and through mail also. But till date the issue is not resolved. Mine is a commercial establishment and my customers are facing heavy problem.

        My phone number : [protected]. I am regularly receiving message from bt-bsnlcg as under –
        "dear customer your pack dil dosti chatting (54000) is renewed with rs3.0 for 3 days. To unsub send sms stop or call 155223 (Tollfree).
        I have sent sms and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 10 month. I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack. Plz refund all the amount and unsubscribe it.

          i am using bsnl broadband from february 2019 but after two month m facing low speed issue, after to many complaints on website portal, over phone and twitter nothing changed, still m getting downloading speed 1.50 max and upload speed is 0.40 where my plan max speed is 10 Mbps

              Every one or the other day my broadband is out of service .
              Rather they charge full but they are not giving back that service for which we are being charged. I suggest it's the worst isp of India. and they are not even picking up my call for complaint booking.
              I am very much helpless.

                I recharged my relative bsnl mobil [protected] thru bsnl portal on 12th may with rs153. The amount was debuted but recharge was not processed. Now still the recharge had not been updated on [protected]. Plz refund my amount 153 to my accountno 445881 (Axis bank) i am trying to contact bsnl customer care 1503 no but not getting any response.                         I have running plan of Rs389 but this time bsnl has generate the bill of Rs1039, which is incorrect. On asking BSNL team they are unable to take request to correct this, even plan provide is also not feasible as speed is worst than ever. Required justification and correction in bill

                            A sum of 266rs is added in my bill for bsnl stated as adjustments charges i have not opt for such services and it is undesirably credited in my account since last month.

                            I want you to remove it as soon as possible and failing to which i will surely file your complaint in the consumer court and seek attention for the same and remove my connection

                                recharge successful but number not recharged

                                I have recharged my bsnl no [protected] on 6 may 12:28 pm through mobikwik app. App shows recharge successful but not confirmed by operators end. I don't get recharge in my number. Money has deducted from mobikwik wallet and not be refuned after 24 hour. I also talk to bsnl customer care they said there is no recharge found in your number. Please recharge my number otherwise refund my money.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that due to careless attitude of bsnl
                                My telephone line and internet service has been cut off since first week march 2020.
                                I am unable to get the bsnl landline and broadband service since from first week march till date. But tel. Bill are regularly coming asking to pay. I am asked to pay rs 869 per month (For march and april 2020) without providing service. Kindly look into it and withdraw my tel bill till reinstate of services. Otherwise my connection may be disconnected.

                                  I have broadband service with bsnl. Broadband is not working since 4months I have made several complaints. I have even submitted RTI. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE SAME. I DONT UNDERSTAND.

                                      At 12.40pm on 06/05/2020, a on line top up recharge of rs.490/- was made for my mobile number [protected]. However the said recharge has been credited to my old mobile number [protected] which is not in use for long. Kindly transfer the recharge amount to my existing bsnl mobile number [protected] at your earliest or credit back the said amount to my bank.
