Hi,
Lodging a complaint of excess billing, for the month of april 2020, every time, and every month the bills keeps changing, or broadband is linked with the telephone landline, however there is no usage of landline and since last 3 months only one person is using the wifi and the bill has raised up to 5000 rs, that is not small of an amount, its hefty and i would say creating a havoc for customers, just because in andaman the only option is bsnl, it doesn't mean one loots the customer out of no where, please draw a minimum line to generate a bill, its out of limits now, and here i am talking about the circle of andaman, port blair, i am sure many other customers are facing the same. Kindly do not provoke customers to come together to protest and investigate on the same that will have a huge impact on officials and bsnl itself.
I want a response asap, or a solution with immediate effect, or will write to the head of the country and will highlight the corruption happening within the island.
Would appreciate action and response.
