Leadline bhand hai tar tuta huwa hai

BSNL deduct 5 to 10 rupees everyday from the past two months. There is no scheme on my phone for which money deduction is required. Request you to kindly stop this unnecessary deduction.

Hi there is an area where the people of central government employees are residing thousands in between bacheli and akash nagar villages. The bsnl 2g network internet speed is providing very low. All incoming calls to bsnl customers says out of network coverage. Several times had complained to bsnl customer care to provide quality network coverage. But they had provide temporary resolution only. Bsnl 2g may provide quality network coverage to the area and also to provide 3g and 4g network coverage immediately. This is utter failure of tower maintained by concerned persons. So you are requested to do things normal otherwise you will loss more customers and we will take airtel connection.

Lodging a complaint of excess billing, for the month of april 2020, every time, and every month the bills keeps changing, or broadband is linked with the telephone landline, however there is no usage of landline and since last 3 months only one person is using the wifi and the bill has raised up to 5000 rs, that is not small of an amount, its hefty and i would say creating a havoc for customers, just because in andaman the only option is bsnl, it doesn't mean one loots the customer out of no where, please draw a minimum line to generate a bill, its out of limits now, and here i am talking about the circle of andaman, port blair, i am sure many other customers are facing the same. Kindly do not provoke customers to come together to protest and investigate on the same that will have a huge impact on officials and bsnl itself.

I want a response asap, or a solution with immediate effect, or will write to the head of the country and will highlight the corruption happening within the island.

Would appreciate action and response.

I paid my office bill through online mode of google pay of rs1104 on 21st april 2020. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but in the bsnl portal the transaction status is showing failed.

From yesterday net is not working properly. It gets on sometime and after sometime automatically stop working but the modem is working properly net is not working

From yesterday net on wifi is not working properly. It itsef gets on and after sometime stops automatically.

I have recharged my bsnl number, [protected], using Google pay for rs.118, money debited from my account, but not recharge is not done to my number,

I live in jammu. Bsnl cut my broadband connection 1year back because my bill was pending due to some reasons. Then 7 -8 months back i again wanted to resume my connection. I gave them the amount pending of my previous connection and also gave the amount of new connection. But till now i have not got any connection and it's 7-8 months after that. Numerous times i have tried to contact them but no response from their side. During this pandemic as we are working from home internet is must and only 2g services are working in jammu. They took away my money and didn't even gave me the connection. I request u to take strict action against them as they are indulging in fraudulent activity. I also have a pic of modem they gave me with my previous connection. My previous landline numberlinked with bsnl broadband connection was 2562398.

From the past six months i am facing the problem of very poor internet connection speed by bsnl broadband.
Every months i pay amount of ₹820 ਪਰ month just for internet (Because in our village no other alternative is available and cellular network is also very poor). I don't use landline phone, only broadband. I am not getting what i am paying for. Even reached the local authorities and every time they make some excuse, even field staff member advised me to get rid of connection if i am not satisfied. I am getting only 100 kbs speed and 100 of dsl connection break problem. Very poor service by department and very poor behavior with customers. Staff members are behaving like goons and treating customers like culprits.
I am complaining regularly form past six months but all in vain.
Searching for better alternative but our village is in remotely area, other than bsnl nobody provides internet broadband service.

I am ftth customer of bsnl, last bill was for amount of rs. 1822, first time the transaction failed so i tried again for second time and it succeeded. But now they deducted money for 1st transaction also. Kindly see the matter. Extra payment of rs. 1822/-. My ftth connection number is [protected], service provider is bsnl agartala. Invoice number is edctr[protected] and customer id is [protected] for period of march 2020, payment details are:

Very very unprofessional staff of BSNL,
a lineman comes every time and he says all is ok and after he leaves again same problem is there
I think they donot know how to work and is it my job to provide them ladder to scale to a pole ?
My job is to pay bill which I am paying from last 6 years or so
My suggestion to merge BSNL with private so that they become professional and take jobs seriously

I am going to take Airtel’s connection because o[censored]nprofessional attitude of your local staff(all of them)

Register my complaint and take due action so that others do not suffer

We are enjoying land line phone [protected]since last 30 years. As the time is of mobile phones but we decided not to surrender phone & we are paying bill with not using (No outgoing/ no incoming)
Bsnl launched some scheme to provide free gb to promote bsnl.
My daughter lives out of bathinda, on her visit to bathinda i may have applied for that scheme but could not enjoy benefits as speed/ connection signal was not ok.
Now bsnl is charging inflated/ wrong/ bill.
I am ready to pay bills as it was installed before internet.
Trai may check my using of internet data / incoming/ outgoing of last 30 years.
I request bsnl & trai to please send me bill after doing adjustments.

Sir my local house phone is not working. I have given written compliant in customer service center 3 times upto dce. 2019. 3 times also they asked to me connact je at mindi of telephone exancge for my local area of sheela nagar. I have met. All the time mr. Je simple called by phone to mr. Ramana (Line man) the line man inform to me and je down load of incoming wave was control by je and higher office only i can do any thing. Then i have given letter to stop the land line of 2549301 if they are retified the internet defualt as on before[protected]
I personaly given for stop connection letter to customer service and je. As on[protected] and 120.01.2020. They did retified. But mr. Line man told me he cant do the retified the defualt becausw incomeing and internet service control by je and above office.
Then personaly i went and given letter to stop connedtion my land line and internet from[protected]. As on 28.01.2020. But didnot retified are disconnection the land line service. I have complaint receipt sign by customer service. I am didnot use from in the month feb 20 as on[protected].
But still the date they are sent the bill for the serv ice. Pl asked to stop the billing on [protected].

As per trai guidelines validity was to be extended to all prepaid user till 20th april due to lockdown bur bsnl did not follow guidelines they sent me 10 sms to recharge immediately before due date. Where is trai guidelines? Again their customer service is not replying and you cannot go to their customer care locally due to lockdown. Trai must take action against mobile service providers jio, airtel, bsnl etc and give more validity due to extension of lockdown.

I had applied for removal of my landline and broadband services vide an application dated 14 april 2020.
My telephone landline and broad service was kept in safe safe custody in
Dec 2019 as i was moving out of station.
Till date my landline and broadband services have not been restored as yet.
