    Network /broadband not working from last 20 days
    It works off and on. Due to covid19 all
    O[censored]s are home on the instructions of prime minister and we need network
    Kids needs broadband for studies
    I need it for office work
    All work standstill
    Very very unprofessional staff of BSNL,
    a lineman comes every time and he says all is ok and after he leaves again same problem is there
    I think they donot know how to work and is it my job to provide them ladder to scale to a pole ?
    My job is to pay bill which I am paying from last 6 years or so
    My suggestion to merge BSNL with private so that they become professional and take jobs seriously

    I am going to take Airtel’s connection because o[censored]nprofessional attitude of your local staff(all of them)

    Register my complaint and take due action so that others do not suffer

      Sir
      We are enjoying land line phone [protected]since last 30 years. As the time is of mobile phones but we decided not to surrender phone & we are paying bill with not using (No outgoing/ no incoming)
      Bsnl launched some scheme to provide free gb to promote bsnl.
      My daughter lives out of bathinda, on her visit to bathinda i may have applied for that scheme but could not enjoy benefits as speed/ connection signal was not ok.
      Now bsnl is charging inflated/ wrong/ bill.
      I am ready to pay bills as it was installed before internet.
      Trai may check my using of internet data / incoming/ outgoing of last 30 years.
      I request bsnl & trai to please send me bill after doing adjustments.

          Sir my local house phone is not working. I have given written compliant in customer service center 3 times upto dce. 2019. 3 times also they asked to me connact je at mindi of telephone exancge for my local area of sheela nagar. I have met. All the time mr. Je simple called by phone to mr. Ramana (Line man) the line man inform to me and je down load of incoming wave was control by je and higher office only i can do any thing. Then i have given letter to stop the land line of 2549301 if they are retified the internet defualt as on before[protected]
          I personaly given for stop connection letter to customer service and je. As on[protected] and 120.01.2020. They did retified. But mr. Line man told me he cant do the retified the defualt becausw incomeing and internet service control by je and above office.
          Then personaly i went and given letter to stop connedtion my land line and internet from[protected]. As on 28.01.2020. But didnot retified are disconnection the land line service. I have complaint receipt sign by customer service. I am didnot use from in the month feb 20 as on[protected].
          But still the date they are sent the bill for the serv ice. Pl asked to stop the billing on [protected].

            As per trai guidelines validity was to be extended to all prepaid user till 20th april due to lockdown bur bsnl did not follow guidelines they sent me 10 sms to recharge immediately before due date. Where is trai guidelines? Again their customer service is not replying and you cannot go to their customer care locally due to lockdown. Trai must take action against mobile service providers jio, airtel, bsnl etc and give more validity due to extension of lockdown.

                      Hi sir, i'm Laxmi joshi mobil. No. [protected]
                      I have faced while i had recharged through your official portal. Recharge was done by my side and got deducted 429 from my sbi account but it was showing connectivity error by yout end pls solve it as soon as possible. I'm sending screenshot which will assist you in further process.

                                Hello all,

                                I have not added vas - silver screen gupshup (55050) to my mobile num: +91-[protected] by myself.
                                The same service has been added to my account without my permission and has been deducting 10 rs every 7 days from february 8, 2020.
                                I am losing a lot of money because of this unfair policy of
                                Bsnl. Vas should only be activated & deducted only after the user's interest.

                                Please deactivate this service asap and give me a refund to my phone number for the damages.

                                  I use bsnl fiber. From monday (06.04.2020), my wifi has stopped working. I called the service provider (Akshay dabgotra from shakti nagar bsnl exchange) to help us out. First he avoided our calls for 3 days straight. On the 4th day he called me and told that he has checked from his system that our modem has some fault and he will come by evening with a new modem. He came on the 4th day evening and took the modem with him and told us that he is coming with in 2 minutes as our modem is okay and onle needs to be reset. Just after leaving our place, he called me and said that the modem is faulty and he will come back tomorrow and fix the issue. Again for next 3 days, he started avoiding the calls. On 7th day, i called the another service provider (Sunny from shakti nagar exchange) to help me out and he replied that we cant tell how much time it will take to be fixed, we cant do anything and you can call any higher authority i[censored] want. On the 8th day i called (Je ashwani from shakti nagar exchange) and tried to explain him the scenario and he replied in a very unethical and unprofessional way that u go and cancel the connection i[censored] are not ready to wait further. Now i dont have my modem and its been 9 days nobody has informed me and picked my calls. I am helpless. I am a student, i take online lessons and classes (Which i am not able to take from past 9 days which is a huge loss for me) and paid a handsome amount for getting this connection as well as paying 1000rs wifi bill monthly.
                                  Its a worst and pathetic experience from bsnl. I request people to not use bsnl services because nobody listen here. Its better stay without wifi than using their services🙏🏻

                                    This is to inform you that i have applied for a bsnl land line connection on august 2019. But i didnt get the connection till date. When i gave the application, company informed me that they will give the connection within one week. And i paid sum of rs.500/- with details as, landline no 2430994, demand note no [protected], account no [protected].

                                    Please help me in this case.

                                        I have disconnected the broadband connection properly by going to the office and submitting the cancellation request letter. I was informed that my connection will get terminated and i also paid all the balance dues. However, it had been three months since i disconnected and i am still getting the bills generated. Please get the documents right and process the disconnection request as soon as possible. I will not be paying the excess amount generated against my name.
