I had applied for removal of my landline and broadband services vide an application dated 14 april 2020.
My telephone landline and broad service was kept in safe safe custody in
Dec 2019 as i was moving out of station.
Till date my landline and broadband services have not been restored as yet.
Details of the same are appended below:-

          Hi sir, i'm Laxmi joshi mobil. No. [protected]
          I have faced while i had recharged through your official portal. Recharge was done by my side and got deducted 429 from my sbi account but it was showing connectivity error by yout end pls solve it as soon as possible. I'm sending screenshot which will assist you in further process.

                I get a message saying the UPC process is delayed. While the other operators are fine. What's wrong with BSNL.

                    Hello all,

                    I have not added vas - silver screen gupshup (55050) to my mobile num: +91-[protected] by myself.
                    The same service has been added to my account without my permission and has been deducting 10 rs every 7 days from february 8, 2020.
                    I am losing a lot of money because of this unfair policy of
                    Bsnl. Vas should only be activated & deducted only after the user's interest.

                    Please deactivate this service asap and give me a refund to my phone number for the damages.

                      I use bsnl fiber. From monday (06.04.2020), my wifi has stopped working. I called the service provider (Akshay dabgotra from shakti nagar bsnl exchange) to help us out. First he avoided our calls for 3 days straight. On the 4th day he called me and told that he has checked from his system that our modem has some fault and he will come by evening with a new modem. He came on the 4th day evening and took the modem with him and told us that he is coming with in 2 minutes as our modem is okay and onle needs to be reset. Just after leaving our place, he called me and said that the modem is faulty and he will come back tomorrow and fix the issue. Again for next 3 days, he started avoiding the calls. On 7th day, i called the another service provider (Sunny from shakti nagar exchange) to help me out and he replied that we cant tell how much time it will take to be fixed, we cant do anything and you can call any higher authority i[censored] want. On the 8th day i called (Je ashwani from shakti nagar exchange) and tried to explain him the scenario and he replied in a very unethical and unprofessional way that u go and cancel the connection i[censored] are not ready to wait further. Now i dont have my modem and its been 9 days nobody has informed me and picked my calls. I am helpless. I am a student, i take online lessons and classes (Which i am not able to take from past 9 days which is a huge loss for me) and paid a handsome amount for getting this connection as well as paying 1000rs wifi bill monthly.
                      Its a worst and pathetic experience from bsnl. I request people to not use bsnl services because nobody listen here. Its better stay without wifi than using their services🙏🏻

                        Dear sir,

                        This is to inform you that i have applied for a bsnl land line connection on august 2019. But i didnt get the connection till date. When i gave the application, company informed me that they will give the connection within one week. And i paid sum of rs.500/- with details as, landline no 2430994, demand note no [protected], account no [protected].

                        Please help me in this case.

                            I have disconnected the broadband connection properly by going to the office and submitting the cancellation request letter. I was informed that my connection will get terminated and i also paid all the balance dues. However, it had been three months since i disconnected and i am still getting the bills generated. Please get the documents right and process the disconnection request as soon as possible. I will not be paying the excess amount generated against my name.

                                    I joined bsnl recently & asked for rs 99/- pm rental plan. Received my first bill & shocked to see that unnecessarily monthly rental plan of rs 199/- is given to me whereas my security deposit receipt clearly shows that i had applied for rs 99/- plan. The refundable security deposit is not mentioned anywhere in the bill. The operator is asking for one month rental plan in advance. The plan of rs 199/- wrongly levied & asking for another advance rent of rs 199/- in advance whereas as per receipt issued by bsnl, i would be given rs 99/- plan.in this way, bsnl is looting through hidden charges. They don't act on complaints immediately. All the complaint is through my practical experience with bsnl.

                                      As you know this number is in commercial establishment and as per government of india there is complete lock down so request to not charge any rent for the landline number[protected]
                                      From 22/03/2020 till further notice of reopening of commercial establisment or dissconnect the connection till 30/04/2020.

                                        Hi team,
                                        Broadband number allotted to me:[protected]. (Do not ever activate this, cancel this immediately)
                                        I requested for bsnl broadband with payment of rs. 2500 on 21st march 2020. Ms. Smitha promised it will take one week time due to the corona situation. But it didn't happen. So, i asked for refund so that i can get some other connection but ms. Smitha from bsnl (+91 [protected]) said they will not give refund and said they already brought the modem box. I told they can use it to some other customer as it is un-opened as the internet is in demand. She said no for that too and have mr mr. Prasanna's number ([protected]). This person is as rude and impolite as he can get. he said refund cannot be given and challenged me for a bet that i will not get any dongle outside. If i get he will pa my money back or else, i should pay the money again. Did not know bsnl employees bet with customers for other service provider connections. looking at his behavior i didn't argue further. Today is 11th apr.20, finally mr. Prasanna called and asked me to come near vbb bakery to collect modem. He was abusive to me again. I was suspicious and took his photo. He started to scold and abuse me on road. He commanded me to delete photo or else he will not give me modem. So i asked for for hid id, he refused to show his bsnl id as well. Very highly professional of mr. Prasanna. Are all your bsnl agents this way? Again i didn't argue, i listened to his abuse because i wanted modem for which i have paid as i had no choice, and for which they refused to give me refund with a bet. Finally, after he was satisfied he gave me modem. I have attached his picture.
                                        Now, bsnl, i agree delays can happen due to corona situation, why was your agent rude and abusive. I have all necessary phone recordings of his and ms. Smitha's.
