My mobile no is [protected] and i am just getting annoyed with your daily 10 to 20 sms regarding sexy models or actress hot pic. I just want to get relief of all this type of sms. Pls stop or I will move to consumer court.

    I have disconnected the broadband connection properly by going to the office and submitting the cancellation request letter. I was informed that my connection will get terminated and i also paid all the balance dues. However, it had been three months since i disconnected and i am still getting the bills generated. Please get the documents right and process the disconnection request as soon as possible. I will not be paying the excess amount generated against my name.

            I joined bsnl recently & asked for rs 99/- pm rental plan. Received my first bill & shocked to see that unnecessarily monthly rental plan of rs 199/- is given to me whereas my security deposit receipt clearly shows that i had applied for rs 99/- plan. The refundable security deposit is not mentioned anywhere in the bill. The operator is asking for one month rental plan in advance. The plan of rs 199/- wrongly levied & asking for another advance rent of rs 199/- in advance whereas as per receipt issued by bsnl, i would be given rs 99/- plan.in this way, bsnl is looting through hidden charges. They don't act on complaints immediately. All the complaint is through my practical experience with bsnl.

              As you know this number is in commercial establishment and as per government of india there is complete lock down so request to not charge any rent for the landline number[protected]
              From 22/03/2020 till further notice of reopening of commercial establisment or dissconnect the connection till 30/04/2020.

                Hi team,
                Broadband number allotted to me:[protected]. (Do not ever activate this, cancel this immediately)
                I requested for bsnl broadband with payment of rs. 2500 on 21st march 2020. Ms. Smitha promised it will take one week time due to the corona situation. But it didn't happen. So, i asked for refund so that i can get some other connection but ms. Smitha from bsnl (+91 [protected]) said they will not give refund and said they already brought the modem box. I told they can use it to some other customer as it is un-opened as the internet is in demand. She said no for that too and have mr mr. Prasanna's number ([protected]). This person is as rude and impolite as he can get. he said refund cannot be given and challenged me for a bet that i will not get any dongle outside. If i get he will pa my money back or else, i should pay the money again. Did not know bsnl employees bet with customers for other service provider connections. looking at his behavior i didn't argue further. Today is 11th apr.20, finally mr. Prasanna called and asked me to come near vbb bakery to collect modem. He was abusive to me again. I was suspicious and took his photo. He started to scold and abuse me on road. He commanded me to delete photo or else he will not give me modem. So i asked for for hid id, he refused to show his bsnl id as well. Very highly professional of mr. Prasanna. Are all your bsnl agents this way? Again i didn't argue, i listened to his abuse because i wanted modem for which i have paid as i had no choice, and for which they refused to give me refund with a bet. Finally, after he was satisfied he gave me modem. I have attached his picture.
                Now, bsnl, i agree delays can happen due to corona situation, why was your agent rude and abusive. I have all necessary phone recordings of his and ms. Smitha's.

                  Above land line was was surrendered / asked to cancel through letter dated 27 jan 20 submitted to bsnl ranni - mundapuzha customer care office on 30 jan. But still sending bills every month fo payment and refund not paid. Complained online also on 11 feb. Ref. Krl/co/2020/3824 but no reply or action taken for redressal.

                  Require immediate withdrawal all bills issued, permanent disconnection / termination of the line and refund the security deposit.

                    My name is Abhirami.I have recharged the wrong bsnl number using google pay and a valid number got recharged. When i tried to revert those charges using sms i got reply from bsnl "you are not correct source dealer. Do not try again". I've lost money .Please help me get it back.Please do help.

                            Hi, i am kabita kumari borah, my plan was bb-nme 20mbps plan and according to that plan my monthly rental should be 299 as bsnl has launched this plan which provides 20mbps of speed and 50gb data but i am getting charge of rupees 39821, it is a very huge amount which got me nightmares, i just want that it resolves as soon as possible, i filed complain online i am waiting for earlier response

                                I had surrender my telephone set with broad band necessary kit to the bsnl office and taken clearance with all respect. All bill till to last was clear till to surrender. Also as per requirement i had submitted a request letter with bank details, with some declaration on stamp paper by notarized about the paper missing of initial deposit receipt.
                                Thereafter almost 1.5 years gone, till date neither any refund cheque amount receive nor credit in my account. Very long time i was customer of bsnl and gotten very good services in overall. But refund issues get very painful to me.
                                The security deposit amount was approximate rs.2500/-.
                                My telephone number was[protected]when it has surrendered.

                                  From laluganj kora jahanabad tahsil bindki district fatehpur pin code 212659. Mene august 2019 me bsnl ka connection liya tha connection ke liye 21 din phle apply kiya usme bhi device or router bhi nhi diya gya customer pay kr rha hai fir bhi office ke log bolte hai 6 months se ye sb saman vibhag me nhi a rha or yaha tk ki cable bhi available nhi hai vibhag me. December 2019 me 12 din net kharab rha january or february me 7- 8 din net service kharab or abhi 20 din se net a rha hai ja rha hai stable hi nhi hota hai net rat me 2-4 hours ke liye a jata hai tdo or sdo se bat hui bolte hai shi ho jayega uske bad phone recieve hi nhi hote unke. Monthly bill hr month time se jma krte hai fir bhi itni suffer krna pd rha h.

                                  Country me itni bdi problem chl rhi hai prime minister, chief minister sb bol rhe hai stay home, work from home.kese kam kre ghr se BSNL department krne de to krenge na 20-25 din ho gye net nhi shi ho rha vibhag me net shi krne ke liye phone kro to bolte hai connection ktwa lo.
                                  Hamari problem ka solution kb hoga time to time monthly payment krte hai fir bhi koi sunta hi nhi hai
