I staff of bsnl employee having a phone no [protected]. My son is using this sim from last 10years. I had made three days back request transfer of my sim to my son and had handover in bsnl exchange ameerpet. Staff was very irresponsible to give better services to customer eventhough bsnl is getting losses these kind of services you provide. You dont care your own staff nor your customers, so people are opting for portability facility.
I had respect with bsnl for my livelihood from starting days, so i dont opted for portability of other company. Eventough my son is saying to portability faciility.
Staff participating and service is very very very poor.
One person work they will share even one of your staff is in leave also, these kind of trainning you are made for better society.
My phone no[protected] is linked to all banks transactions, gasbill, paytm, facebook and each and every family and relatives known these number. Your made my life very horrible from last three days. Made my life horrible in a mental agony. I want to claim everything for my loss of valuable time and made me sue on bsnl employees.
I had made transfer of my son. He is using this sim from last 10 years. I had given transfer request in ameerpet bsnl exchange. They said in 4yrs it will activate, but upto more than 2hrs gone not my sim is activated at all.
For staff sim only this much trouble why you will serve to others. Because of work thief bsnl is now getting losses and service you cannot even help your staff why you will serve the nation with a good heart. So people are opting portability option with kind of these services you are made.
You had harassed me like anything that individual staff stating that this is her job to do, not mine you dont came to know what my request is... Simply saying this is not my job to do.. Consult staff is leave after coming only your work i will intimate to her.. Like these services ' again people will trust you " again and again.
With bribe only you will work say starting itself.. Because of not doing your work... My work got pending from last two days.. Bank transaction, phone calls of my relatives, important customer... You had done me mental agony to me... My phone no [protected] old and new 4g is not working.
Please kindly give information on regards and take necessary action on my bsnl staff and provide me activation on it.
