"transaction failed due to invalid service class"
I tried recharge from paytm and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error for 2 3 weeks. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
Please resolve this error.

I try to contact bsnl customer care number but they not reached.
Kindly request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible

        While the highest speed of 4g internet is 200 mbps, i rarely get upto 4mbps. Usually at night the highest speed is upto 1.4 mbps. While playing games or browsing, the network is completely unstable. Sometimes it turns out that no service is available for a few minutes if i turn on and of airplane mode due to internet lag. At daytime the speed rarely goes upto 800kbps or usually it is just above 350 kbps. Though there is internet connection, yesterday completely the internet was unstable and the speed was just upto 1 kbps or no connection at all and it was changing to 700kbps if i restart internet again and in a few minutes it turned again to 0kbps or even 800 bps. For 4g the remaining data balance message does not arrive and makes it hard to estimate the remaining data balance. Like for 3g and 2g, it would be better if you add data balance message for 4g connection too.

        the net speed is just amazing for 4g. I get speed of 0.12k/s to 1.17k/s on maximum time and if i play any games i get stuck in the middle and this save me a lot of time from playing any game further within my house i get not signal and if at all i need to make a call i had to go to the balcony or the the open terrace this save me more money since i dont make many call and it adds to my physical fitness of climbing the stairs to terrace or to balcony to get fresh air. I had made 1 YEAR subscription so i can not move to any other service since i loose my money so i am struck to great BSNL. If i need to down load a movie having 300 kb mentions that the expected time of completion of down load may vary from 18 hours or 14 days due to high speed and efficient technology. Hip Hip hurray to BSNL.

          The wifi signal has been week since 3months, we get data at 2kbps- 10kbps all day. Please do something about this. Since many are working from home, logins are not smooth. The Network disconnects every now and then. Please deal with this issue soon.

            Hi team,

            Hope you are doing well!

            Last wednesday i visit the bsnl exchange yamnunagar for new broadband connection, i asked to deposit the security which i did then n there with the given commitment of friday (19.03.2020) but till then i haven't received any thing.

            The reason which i was given that bsnl ynr does not have the wire to install the new connection.
            2nd reason was delhi lock down so will be arranging he wire.

            No 3rd reason they are giving "wire has been arranged but due to lockdown they need to seek permission from higher authority however in yamnunagar there is no curfew neither lockdown" all emergency windows are open"

            I don't know why you are so irresponsible and cant be on your commitment the clarity should be given to customer either you are able to do it or not.

            Please i urge you to deploy the connection in my home.

            We have a ftth connection since July last year. It's gets disturbed at least twice every month. I've registered numerous complaints.

            This time it's been distributed for at least 3-4 days and I tried lodging a complaint on the BSNL self care website. There's been no response whatsoever.

            Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
            BSNL LANDLINE [protected] have been dead for more than 6 months and even after frequent complaining, authorities not yet resolved the problem. Bill payment notification for this continuously dead landline number is still notified and no resolving action done yet

                The broadband connection of bsnl is a dosgrace in the name of internet connection. They claim the speed to reach upto 2 mbps when in reality it barely climbs upto 50 kbps. Highly disappointed customer waiting for tomorrow to get the connection ripped out of my house. Although the other conmections are pricey but atleast they deliver what they claim to deliver. Bsnl complaint number doesn't work, no one picks up, daily fup limit is exhausted unbelievably early than expected, speed is slow, bsnl acts as if it's givingg charity to the paying consumers, so sick & tired of it, no wonder people are switching to other networks, tired of the hypocrisy bsnl pulls on its consumers

                  I staff of bsnl employee having a phone no [protected]. My son is using this sim from last 10years. I had made three days back request transfer of my sim to my son and had handover in bsnl exchange ameerpet. Staff was very irresponsible to give better services to customer eventhough bsnl is getting losses these kind of services you provide. You dont care your own staff nor your customers, so people are opting for portability facility.

                  I had respect with bsnl for my livelihood from starting days, so i dont opted for portability of other company. Eventough my son is saying to portability faciility.

                  Staff participating and service is very very very poor.
                  One person work they will share even one of your staff is in leave also, these kind of trainning you are made for better society.

                  My phone no[protected] is linked to all banks transactions, gasbill, paytm, facebook and each and every family and relatives known these number. Your made my life very horrible from last three days. Made my life horrible in a mental agony. I want to claim everything for my loss of valuable time and made me sue on bsnl employees.

                  I had made transfer of my son. He is using this sim from last 10 years. I had given transfer request in ameerpet bsnl exchange. They said in 4yrs it will activate, but upto more than 2hrs gone not my sim is activated at all.
                  For staff sim only this much trouble why you will serve to others. Because of work thief bsnl is now getting losses and service you cannot even help your staff why you will serve the nation with a good heart. So people are opting portability option with kind of these services you are made.

                  You had harassed me like anything that individual staff stating that this is her job to do, not mine you dont came to know what my request is... Simply saying this is not my job to do.. Consult staff is leave after coming only your work i will intimate to her.. Like these services ' again people will trust you " again and again.

                  With bribe only you will work say starting itself.. Because of not doing your work... My work got pending from last two days.. Bank transaction, phone calls of my relatives, important customer... You had done me mental agony to me... My phone no [protected] old and new 4g is not working.

                  Please kindly give information on regards and take necessary action on my bsnl staff and provide me activation on it.

                  When I try to recharge with PV_365 plan online at portal2.bsnl.in then it gives me the error mentioned in the subject.

                  Please help to resolve this error as they wont receive the complaint.
                  Today i had recharged for 199 stv pack and it showed recharge succesful but i didnt get the balance on my sim.
                  It was quite dissappointing
                  I want my pack back so please do the necesaary .

                    I am a resident of kk nagar, chennai-78 and i have had enough bitter experiences with the officials of the exchange at k. K. Nagar,
                    Chennai.

                    Past one week my network very low like download just 0. I call ae and tell my net work problem.. She told call landline only. But that line in front her dont pick morethan hour.

                    And there is no proper guidance or help for the poor customers. All the
                    Taff members seem to tend to parry their responsibilities.

                    It will be a horrible experience for the senior citizens. No officials there
                    Will attend to you. They will pretend to be very busy.

                    If the gms are hear of no use. Bsnl is highly corruptive.. And k. K. Nagar exchange is the most worst one.

                      Inspite of my payment of last telephone bill amount 338.00 through bsnl
                      Portal on 9/3/2020 refid;fcdr[protected] and none of my earlier bills remaining pending, my above mentioned telephone number[protected] has been made inoperable and reporting temporarily out of service status from bsnl end.
                      I have complained twice. Once under no. [protected] when bsnl reported complaint has been resolved without restoring my connection and then again a week later under docket no. [protected] to which i am yet to get any response.
                      How long i have to wait for my line tobe restored?
                      Kindly restore my land line telephone immediately.

                        We are enjoying land line phone [protected] since last 30 years. As the time is of mobile phones we decided not to surrender phone & we are paying bill with not using (No outgoing/ noenjoy benefits as speed/ connection signal was not ok.
                        Now bsnl is charging inflated/ wrong/ bill.
                        I am ready to pay bills as it was installed before internet.
                        Trai may check my using of internet data / incoming/ outgoing of last 30 years.

                          I am having land line account number [protected] and i approached bsnl through self care on 05 02 2020 followed by written request to shankarapuram exchange bangalore on 18 2 2020. On the sme day order no.[protected] was passed for disconnection. No action has been taken till date. I have been charged full monthly charges for brand band combo planfor the month of feb 2020. When i inquired their help line no.1500 they say they cannot do any thing in this matter and i was asked to run from pillar to post. I am 70 years of age and i cannot operate bb service due to health complication

                          Bsnl choose to disconnect land line connection itself today the 14 May and also status of my request for plan change made in feb 2020 is treated as cancelled
                          Hi ConsumerCourt,

                          I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                          Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
                          Even after 15-20 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.
                          Customer care also not responding for problem and not solving problems also.

                          I need this urgently.

[protected] from bsnl to bsnl on 13.03.2020 at bsnl office chakradharpur, with fee 50/- (Fifty rupees) receipt serial no. 38 receipt no. 5551 date 13.03.2020. After passing 04 (Four) days my number has not yet been started. This number is linked with bank and other impotent facility like otp & etc.
                            Therefore you are requested to see the matter and pass necessary order for early activation the same mobile number for smooth day to day working. For this kindness i shall thankful to you please.

                            My SIM not started after passing 7th days. Today is 20.03.2020 I was received SIM from BSNL Office on 13.03.2020.
                            There is disturbance in line from last 20 to 25 days. Even after repeated complaints on call no one has approched and the problem stands unresolved. Because of the same i am facing a lot of problem in my work. Seriously disaapointing to see such a kind of service from BSNL. After every 2 weeks problem arises and no action is taken from your side.

                              Today, 16/03/2020, at 2:52 pm, a message came in my phone. Stated that - my bsnl tunes has been successfully activated. But the fact is - i did not activate this kind of any act. Eventually i did not receive any phone calls from bsnl company.

                              So, why rs. 7 charged from my account??? Stop this and refund my money as soon as possible. That will be sign of good reputation for bsnl

                                Sir i am an advocate from district and session court, faridkot. Sir i buy new unlimited data connection of rupees 1200 with 30 mbps speed on monthly rent of b4s solution, bsnl wireless broadband. At present i am not provided even 3 mbps speed as they promised of 30 mbps speed but they are charging money for 30 mbps speed plan from me. I have filed complaints many times on 1504 customer care number and also in exchange of our circle area for issues i am facing but nobody bother’s sir. They have just one excuse what we can do sir it is problem from our back main unit just wait for somedays it will automatically resolved. On their excuses two months approximately passed and that day never come sir till today. I got only one response from them whole efforts i made till now that is just wastage of time, money and energy.

                                  I live in kumta, uttar kannada, karnataka state and i have been using bsnl land line and bsnl broadband service for the last 11 years but these days it’s not working properly. The internet is very slow and some time disconnects because of that i lose the whole data. Plz look after this, i will be really thankful to you

                                  My bsnl broadband earlier internet plan 965. Bsnl employee raise the plan 999 with no intimation letter no mobile sms, no e-mail communication my telephone bill amount will be raised. Payment not pending. I go to the kumta exchange reduce internet plan 899 but my landline o/g and internet connection is disconnection by bsnl kumta exchange and karwar exchange. Bsnl employee violation of bsnl rti act and telecom regulatory authority of india rules and regulations.

                                  Bsnl employees are #. Their main aim is to get their hefty salary and enjoy with their family. These fools are not thinking that this is public money. It is high time to kick out these irresponsible people. Bsnl is very unprofessional about its broadband service
                                  Bsnl broadband does not connect so many times, if connects then it is so slow. Bsnl does not provide appropriate speed. Also their portal is never updated for data usage. Please take action to karwar gm, accounts officer and kumta exchange sandeep jto and priyanka jto officer.                                     Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                                    I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our land phone[protected] we have lodged a number of complaints but to no avail. It has not been working properly for the last two months. Either the phone becomes dead or otherwise it works one way only. So, we are facing a number of problems regarding this. The telephone disorders have grown to be a serious problem. Most of the times it lies dead. The service provided is very poor.                                     As per my request, a technician visited my home on 30-April-2020 and diagnosed the telephone and fault of supply line. Today(01-May-2020) my telephone complaint was fully resolved and is working well.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
