Rs. 5 has been deducted from my prepaod number ([protected]) (Totally rs.5) as i was subscribed for service video 5 (57111). Well i am not using that service. So, kindly remove that subscription.

I port my number from idea to bsnl and my idea sim network was gone and i inserted my new bsnl sim and it's network also not coming i call customer care and they also not resolve my issue and cut the call i have recording of it i call again and the same thing done again this is a porting process when a older operator not showing network means your new operator is ready to use but there is no network in my new bsnl sim my number is currently...

My land line phone line giving more distrubance. It is very irritating to us. Even after changing phone also more distrubance. The line man always telling that it is line problem, but no body is solving this problem since longtime. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

My bsnl sim card bearing number [protected] has been lost somewhere in raja road, sodepur, kolkata-700110. As i am requesting only to block the sim card and not for getting a duplicate one, there should be no requirement of a gde or fir. I've called the customer care service several times but no one answers. From the last one month, i am facing thids problem of the automatic deduction of balance money from my bsnl acc.. A month ago, my balance was rs91, but now it has reduced to rs36 even though i rarely made a call through it. I am unable to call anybody through my bsnl mobile even if there is balance

I tried recharge from amazon pay and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error for few days. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
