Unfortunately it is observed that the phone is geeting dead frequently and sometimes for a longer period..in this regard, please note that from 25 august 2019, i could not used the telephone because of dead condition. Last week i received call from bsnl and i just disconnected the call as it is regarding caller tune. Some 'dil dosti chatting' got subscribed and amount is deducting for each 3 days. Tried consulting customer care service, but calls are getting disconnected continuously. And also tried sending messages to stop the service, even it is also not working....

Bsnl does it again. Someone rightly said rewritten the full form of bsnl that # sanchar nigam limited (Bsnl), collecting money.

We were facing very much painful internet connectivity...

Having received a message from bsnl, i applied for a free one month trial of broadband service but did not avail the facility as i had to lock the house and leave. I left the country on august 9th early mornings.

Sir, this is regarding the disconnection of my bsnl landline [protected] which was was done on 3 jul. Post that i had submitted a request for refund of security deposit will all the required documents which was accepted on 11 jul. A fees of inr 117/- was also paid as a disconnection fees and the instrument has also been deposited. This was done to account officer bsnl, kalyanpur, kanpur.

I subscribed for 3.2gb/day @rs.429 for 81 days after 22days they only provided 1gb/d claiming that it was only valid till 2/oct. Now i have been calling them from 3days once i was kept on hold for an hour nd nw 4 atleast 22mins. Please look in to this. They have booked my ticket and said i ll get callback in 4 hours. Its been 8hrs nd i haven't gotten call from them....

Is[protected], i have closed connection application last year but not in-active connection till april-2019, so i have writing complain nearest bsnl office so next 1 month connection is in-active & received a copy of credit report by mail...& last month received a copy of 12 month advance payment & deposit by mail!!

The payment of rent is not properly given by bsnl company. With whom we talk or complain about this problem. We are small town family and this is like a tourture for us. Waiting a small amount with big consumptioned area which bsnl took. Atlest a date we got in which the payment should deposite we known there is problen. My telephone line is not working since many months. Several complaints were booked. Complaints were booked even to the online help desk. Technician comes does something and goes. Momentarily the telephone works but with lot of noise. Following day the situation is the same no telephone and no broad band connection. Hi, i have recharged a wrong number. Could you please cancel the recharge and revert it back to my original payment method. Reference number :[protected]. My incoming calls were barred so i recharged my number with full talktime of 220 rs. It says it will expire today itself. They deduct amount from your balance even if you do not subscribe to the service. The customer care people do not have answer, they just ask whether you want to continue the service or stop the service.

Bsnl and its allies in the value added services part are cheating customers. I have suffered from such instances two times and want people to act against it and complain to the authorities so that we will not suffer from such...
