Dear sir,
I paid my landline and broadband bill annually. Now over a week my land line and broadband connection is dead after a thunderstorm. I registered my complaint in bsnl office thumpamon and they came and checked and told that the problem is from cable that to my house and it suppose to be change but even after 1 week it not done and they saying that due to salary crisis wiring employees may not come for work. So sir please do the needful otherwise my annual payment might be waisted.

Topup done thru online bsnl web site for three times. Amount deducted from bank account. But did not credited to respective mobile no. BSNL ref. txn id#IGAFRMNV9, #IGAHFRKFS2 and #IGAHFRJCG3 done on 15th October 2019. Please look into the matter.
Landline phone[protected] surrendered on 15-Jun-2019 vide service order no[protected]. but the deposit amount is not yet refunded

    Dear sir,
    As we have already written written in shajapur office but no action has been taken so far. So you need help i want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of our telephone no.[protected] & 233070). This letter is to draw your kind attention to the fact that this is my 2nd written complaint in a month regarding the malfunctioning of my bsnl landline connection. After repeated complaint, no action against the same had been taken so far but bsnl is still charging us landline broadband charges of per month even when the line is dead from 3 months. We are still facing extreme difficulties without the service of bsnl, with bsnl giving false hopes, we thought the connection would be restored soon, but it never happened. Bsnl never once bothered to inform us on their own about their fault. My complaint reference no. Is [protected] please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Sir I have a bsnl no [protected] I recharge it with 429 but I am not receiving the net services kingAt 2.50pm I received a call I told them my problem At 3.05pm they sent a SMS that your complaint has been sorted out I found net is not working I again called them this time they stopped voice call you are requested to ask them to refund my money

      Hi team,

      My bsnl no. [protected], last time when i spoke to the agent they told the current plan in my number was of 72 rupees & now after my validity end the 36 rupees deducted from my account automatically & validity extend only for one month. So i don't know which plan i was running with but i will do the validity extend from my end manually else if there end they are doing automatically then they should ask me which plan i want to take, else when they have already make this deduct i am asking for the adjustment. But they are denying.

      When i asked customer care agent shahini praveen for raising the complain regarding this & make the adjustment here for 74 rupees for 6 month validity she denied to log the complained & deny to help me out is this the way you are providing support. The balance get deducted from my account automatically & they are not adjusting that as well.

      Again i called to your customer care senior executive & he was trying to avoid the call & came to on call after 20min of call transfer to him. Also he ignore what i reported my concern & asked me to visit to the nearest bsnl service center. Is this the only work for me to change my plan i have to move here & there. Finally without listening anything he disconnected the call. Very bad service & support i received today from you people.

      Please do the needful action within 24 hour else i will take the help of social media regarding this. This is completely a fraud activity they are running now a day & all of there customer should know about this.

      No network in my area from last 15 days. no one is bothered about customers money. I even cant connect to BSNL customer care. disgusting service.

        Sir. My bsnl connection is from year 1993.. And after 26 year of service, from year 2018 my land line bsnl not working properly mostly lines breaks and bsnl services not working. Bsnl giving worst services. After long period of non working i decided to disconnection of land line. But now bsnl send legal notice for non payment of bill 902/-. Where as i already paid all pending bills of land line no[protected]. Bsnl also not refund any sequrity deposit money. Please return my sequrity deposit with interest and drop the legal notice.

          My broadband [protected] is not working since one month september'19 despite several complaints. The bill for sep 19 month came immediately on 1st october. This is wrong billing. If consumer could not use broadband due to isp fault then how could they charge for the month. It is the responsibility for the billing agency that they should not bill for the period in which the services are not available.

            Gave shifitng application for my two landlines on[protected] on selfcare portal of bsnl. After that, till now, i have visited exchange, wrote to nodal officers, appellate, twitter handles, grievance redressal. Everything seems to be waste of time. Not even a single reply from any of the authority. Such pathetic service?? And this company wants revival on taxpayers money. All the staff must be kicked out if they cant even provide some basic service.

              Applied for a land line connection to bsnl thrikkakara, kochi office by end of july 2019, after a week while checking customer service said, phone number allotted, but unable to provide phone due due to no cable available in that area.

              Many times approached bsnl authorities, no response at all, contacted sub divisional engineer, divisional engineer, no resposnse at all.
              Always one reply, wait, no cable available, works goes on

                Without my consent or application bsnl cut my landline connection, i enjoying with annual bsnl plan in june 2019, suddenly my landline connection cut in august 2019, i was not informed prior to cut connection without any reason than i requested to bsnl again my connection jointed but all new connection charges applied in next bill with plan changed to general again i requested than plan changed to annual, why my billing rs approx 1400 when i deposited advance money with security deposit rs 2000,, please ammend bill as before connection cut, thanks naresh kumar mehta mobile [protected] landline connection number[protected]

                  First I got an OTP I send stop . They told me no services subscribed. As I recharge they started deducted the ₹5 per day.
                  57171 continued deducting balance.
                  Again I complained but they said no services actually been subscribed. I have no idea how to report and where to report about this situation.

                  networks are fine at other areas but specially in my colony (SURAKSHA VIHAR COLONY) the network is very slow ...

                    My telephone bsnl connection run successfully with annual plan advance rent deposit up to may 2020, and also security deposit rs 2000, suddenly my landline bsnl connection cut by bsnl staff in august 2019 without my consent or application, than i requested again connection joined but new connection charges applied and plan changed, again requested now plan changed to annual but all charges like new connection applied, why i not applied any application to connection cut, than all reconnection charges are applied, please amend as soon as possible, thanks naresh kumar mehta -[protected]

                      I was a bsnl customer for a long time. Recently i had to go out of town for 3 months hence wanted to temporarily disconnect the broadband services for the same period. When i visited the nearby bsnl office for the same purpose which is in karkala taluk udupi district i was very rudely talked to by a bsnl employee named sharada. She spoke to me very rudely as she was doing us a favour also she told to bring an application for the temporary disconnection. So i went there again next time with the application and she said theres no such thing as temporary disconnection! Only permanent disconnection. Then i asked why she didnt tell me the same the first time she was very abusive. Also she told me to bring another application for permanent disconnection with a copy of passbook. So i went there the third time and she kept inspecting my passbook copy for such a long time as if it was fake. Then i asked her whats the procedure if i wanted to reconnect the services in later time she very rudely replied that i wont be getting any bsnl connections in future. This very much surprised me and i questioned her how so? She said there are no underground cables to give me bsnl connection! Really? I was done dealing with that # named sharada and decided never to get bsnl services ever again. With such rude and egomaniac govt employees in bsnl no wonder its closing down at a rapid rate.

                          yesterday i have recharged an amount of Rs. 550.00 to my BSNL Number [protected] and it has not yet been credited t my account . i have done by YONO recharged payment and please confirm to whom should i contact for the same to get it recharged.

                          I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
                          Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
                          Even after 5-6 messages, I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                          I need this urgently.
                          Trying to send Port message to 1900 from a long time. But message sending is failed repeatedly. Tried to reach customer care 123, but the line never gets connected to CRE. Wrote a complaint email to TRAI, no response. Such a bad service from BSNL.

                            Sub : complaint on bills (Either waive off the charges or disconnect the connection).

                            Sir,

                            This is in reference to our number broadband number[protected], please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 2 months.

                            Because on the construction of the road at sohna road, bhondsi, gurgaon, our internet line was disconnected 2 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same but it was told that on complaint, all charges applied on bill would be waived off.
                            Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far.

                            I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or discontinue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 2 months

                            Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

                            Till today no action is taken and bill generation every month for non giving connection.

                              To change service provider of my bsnl number, i sent text message port to 1900 several times to get mnp code. But in reply bsnl is not providing mnp code. Even the status of messages are showing pending.
                              I find this issue intentional and hereby lodging a complaint against bsnl through you expecting appropriate steps.

                              Sent multiple PORT out sms'es in the prescribed format over the last 4 months, but haven't received the UOC from BSNL.

                              The help desk at the BSNL office is unawares of the reason too..

                              Havent experienced such a shoddy service from any other providers.. and its high time they fix their service quality.

                              Please suggest a solution.

                                  My bsnl landline phone is dead over a month, several complaint has been done to the authority but there is no response. As a result there is no broadband connection, no landline connection. Its really a pathetic situation. Is it the way the bsnl give service to their customer? Solve it or otherwise we will discontinue the services without any prior notice.

                                    But your services are not solving my problems. Then i disappointed with your service so. Please close your website. Because government waste money when they approved for the job. It's not required for public because your services are not working for citizens.

                                      Hi,

                                      My self m. Harish using bsnl (Oldest network & its purely belongs to government).

                                      On 7th oct 2019 around 8:30pm i got spam call from bsnl ([protected]) saying bsnl telemarketing in true caller. To my surprise the moment i lift call, they deducted 30/-.

                                      I never seen in this way bsnl cheat customers.

                                      I requested customer care to refund but they saying helpless. They replied it happened since i didn't activate dnd (Do not disturb). This is very ridiculous deducting amount of customer for just receiving call. I never expected bsnl cheat at this extent to make money.

                                      I want to action on this.

                                        This month (Oct 19) i have received invoice no ndcup[protected] dated 04-oct-2019 which shows adjustment of rs 899/- for the above mentioned landline.

                                        This is to let you know that i have been paying my bills regularly and you can verify this is from your records.

                                        You could verify from the payment receipt nos. As below for the last 6 months.
