Bsnl customer care has started new fraudlent activities in which they send a otp to their customer mobile no. And then debit charges mostly rs. 5 to avoid suspicion. Then they send message you that you had been charged for a service which you had never ever heard of before. I had been debited twice on the period of 1 month.
On enquiry with customer care on their toll free no. I. E[protected] they simply acccuse you that you must have asked for activation of such services and refuse to agree with customers plea. If asked for refund then they simply stop the call in the middle of conversation. If this forum can investigate then i would like to ask you as it is severe violation of consumer rights. Is this the way of one of india largest telecom operator to do business. Such a shame on you.

Very recently I have taken a basic connection with Rs.150 rupees per month package.But my first bill showing is Rs.445.I need full clarity on this.Otherwise will disconnect.

    I am unable to send any sms to any number even port sms also i am unable to send.

    1. Both incoming/outgoing of call/sms is not working.
    2. The only call happens to customer care. I have the complaint. No resolution yet. However customer care told everything fine from their side.
    3. Recharged validity plan, topup, extension plan. Still no solution.
    4. Changed to manual network selection.
    5. Checked message service center number.

      Very sorry to inform you that, my landline connection is disconnected. And the telephone handset was surrendered on 03-11-19. Still monthly rent for nov'2019 was deducted directthrough ecs.
      Further one sms received last night saying, the bill for dec'2019 is generated for payment.
      My request is to stop this bill deducting practice, when customer already surrendered his connection.

        I tried calling customer service to deactivate my caller tune as it's pathetic and I was just listening pre-recorded tunes for nearly 2 hours. Please remove it ASAP. I tried calling customer service on their 4 different numbers and after that it did not allow me to call them again. What kind of services where customer won't be able to reach out for their queries. I tried on 7/12/2019

          Send network team to identify the root cause of network coverage and tell them to resolve in urgent basis plz i m begging for the network coverage

          I m requesting to àppellate department resolve this issue on high priority basis of network coverage and give us the complaint number

            Sir i will recharge 144 rupees October 14th it will successful recharge and debited on bank account but recharge is not valied because my number not applicable for this offer . but amount is not refund. please refund my amount.

              I had done a online recharge of rs550/ (Topup) for moblle no:[protected] on 26/11/2019 but the same has not been added to the talk time. The refund amount has not been credited to my bank a/c till date. I think it has completed nine working days. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to refund the amount at the earliest. The part of the sms i received showing the transaction number is furnished below.

              My complaint dated 6th December 2019 has not been rectified so far. My bank a/c was debited on 26/111/2019for a topup of a BSNL prepaid number. But it was not done and the refund not yet received.
              It is requestrd that necessary action may be taken at the earliest

                I have been trying to send the port message to 1900 but it says failed every time, bsnl customer care also doesn't pick up the call. I have been trying to reach them or try messaging but no avail. I have called the office and even the landline centre (They pick up only on this number) but they all me to call 1503 and no one picks up the call even if i am online for 15 mins. I request the upc code because i am having terrible service and call drops and i can't live with this, i want to port out.

                  I have two landlines. One is for calls and another one is for fiber internet.

                  I have disconnected one of my landline that was used for phone calls only before one year in 2019.

                  The amount of inr about 4000 is appearing as pending to be remitted by bsnl since last 9 months.

                  In spite of repeated visits to bsnl office and multiple complaints which were all redirected to aotr gone unnoticed and money remitted back to me.

                  If money overdue to me is pending from bsnl is not released, i wont be paying the bills of the existing phone and surrender it within 7 days from now.

                  I am 15 year old customer of bsnl but this sort of treatment is unexpected.

                    Fixed line [protected] broadband bsnl service in noida is out of order for more than 48 hours and is not being attended to. Earlier internet was not available but telephone was working but now line has gone dead.
                    Service address b-406 ram vihar sector 30 noida under up west circle.
                    Gm td noida circle may realize that bsnl connectivity in prestigeous army officers enclave has dwindled.
                    Such calous attitudes will only add to more disconnections.

                      I had closed my bsnl connection last year and it has been more than a year since i closed the connection and i haven't received the security deposit refund yet.

                      It is really unethical to keep our deposit for such a long time and multiple request for refund of deposit amount has failed.

                        I am regularly receiving message from BT-BSNLCG as under –

                        "Dear customer Your pack dil dosti chatting(54000) is renewed with Rs3.0 for 3 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223(tollfree).

                        I have sent SMS and called on 155223, but nothing is happening, but still the charges are getting deducted regularly for the past 1month.

                        I have never ever subscribed to this sort of pack.plz refund all the amount and unsuscribe it.

                          We had requested for the disconnection of our landline connection on 15th oct. We had also received a receipt confirming the disconnection on 15th oct 2019. Even after it was confirmed that the landline has been disconnected, we are still getting billed for nov 2019. Please take the required action asap so that we no longer receive any requests for any more payments for this connection as all dues have already been paid as of 15th oct 2019. Receipts of the landline disconnection can be provided on request. Pleade let us know if you need further details

                          BSNL net is not working in nokia 6.1 plus handset, when i connect to the bsnl net no internet symbol is appearing and there is no internet access, i am facing it for past one month i went to bsnl ofc, there is no use in it, it's the problem of bsnl not nokia, I request authorities to take necessary action and resolve the problem.

                            Unnecessarily every 10 days rs.15 will be deducted from my balance. Without my consent who is doing all these. Trying to reach customer care from many days. The call will not connect at all. I want to know the details. Kindly look into it immediately.
                            From aug 2019, every 10 days rs.10 will be deducted from my prepaid mobile currency (The number is [protected]). Tried to reach customer care multiple times. But was not able to reach them. It disconnected many times. If we get in also, the ivr will not map to any executives. After 20 mins it disconnects automatically. Not able to reach the office in person due to office timings.

                              Kindly STOP the unnecessary message from 57171 -OTP for video 10 and you keep on deducting 5 rupees..Kindly stop it now.. or else I'm planning to switch to other networks.Its really annoying to lose 10 rupees every day unnecessarily..I need this issue to be sorted out as early as possible..I have also been trying to customer care which went in vain...WORST EVER NETWORK once could ever have.

                                Location : fatehgunj baroda bsnl office
                                Landline number[protected] was terminated in may 2019.

                                The landline number termination request was submitted. Bsnl office department people came home to close the connection and they told that to take refund of security deposit amount you have to visit office.
                                The instrument was returned at bsnl office at fatehgunj in may 2019.
                                The officer at bsnl office, fatehgunj informed that it would take six months to process the refund.
                                It is already six months since november month is over. The amount of refund is not credited to bank account.
                                This complaint is lodged to get the refund which is not yet received

                                Bsnl office has to expedite the resolution by processing the refund of security deposit amount for the land line terminated[protected].

                                  My grandpa is using bsnl sim. He is getting the ad messages continuously despite the stop message sent. Also, it is taking all his recharge amount. He is not able make calls due to low balance. This is happening often. See, he is living alone. Think what will he do if he is not able to make calls during any emergency.
                                  It is like we can unsubscribe only through his mobile. I did that many times from his mobile. Now i'm in a different location. He will not able to do all these by his own.

                                  Please note that we are not interested in these ad messages and calls and disturbed during important times. Kindly stop all of these.
                                  Can you please consider this and do the needful.

                                    Facing tremendous problem frequently. From last week getting range for very short period affecting our work. Fade up o[censored]sing bsnl sims. Signals are too weak to talk from last week.
                                    This is happening frequently. My whole family have bsnl numbers but facing too much problem. Why bsnl cant solve the problem. Is bsnl going to extend validity for the period for which range is not available to us?
