I had closed my BSNL Landline number 225444 on June'18 and it has been almost a year and yet I still haven't received the deposit amount.
I tried to call customer care many times regarding this but it's like they didn't even care to look about it.
It has been a long time and now I need by security deposit back. Do as fast as possible otherwise I am filing a complain in consumer forum

    Sir,
    This is to inform that my telephone no[protected] under barrackpore telephone exchange was out of order including broadband service from 30th apr 2019 to 26/05/19. Docket no-[protected] on 30 april 2019. Then i personnaly visited to telephone exchange also.

    I'm requesting for rent rebate for that period or adjust in the next tel bill.

    So, i therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to exempt me from monthly rental of my telephone including broadband for that period only,

      no signal as soon as you enter inside building

      Network is pathetic in my apartment every time when i need to call I need to run out of building, please check & improve the network in this area.

      I am not even getting a incoming call from other, says out of coverage area to the caller who calls me.

      tried to call the customer care, but no use. need to improve your service to keep the customer,...

        Dear sir,
        My bsnl 3g speed is very low. Getting 40kb/sec. The network is full in my area. Getting 1.5 gb /day but can't use 10% also because of low speed. Please increase the speed soon. A 240p youtube also buffers for long time.

        Some, some time only i get good speed. Can see a youtube without buffer at good quality. Otherwise the speed is in zero point something. I think the 3g at gives 100 kb/sec. For a 400 movie download it takes 2 hours. Please increase the speed within some hours otherwise i will not subscribe for the data plans because of the speed.

        Or give me any solution.

          My Tel N[protected], Since 30/4/2019 Broad Band out of service.I have reported this matter, Complain no/Docket No-[protected] on 30 April 2019.but no response from BSNL. Then personnaly visited to BSNL barrackpore office, they told no technician available to repair the Tel Line. Last one month I'm facing big problem.

          If they are unable to solve promlem they can reduce/Refund my monthle Tel Bill.

So far i haven't recieved my landline deposit which was paid on 5-5-1999 vide bsnl - hyderabad receipt no.99038757 dated[protected] hence i request you to arrange my deposit refund order.

            Tried to Port my BSNL number by sending SMS to 1900 and it's failed multiple Times. Did call up the BSNL customer care 1503 but that's not helping.
            Please close my BSNL No[protected] due Every months, there is issue with BSNL network and no proper services, infact very bad services, whenever i make complaint, upto 15 days, there is no solution, i dont understand why i keeping this services, so kindly do as early as possible.

              Dear sir/madam
              I have taken mnp from idea to bsnl for my mobile numbers used by my family members including mother, wife, girl child etc
              I requested for dnd for all numbers but its so sad to note bsnl being government company does not respect the trai regulation to stop unsolicited dirty sms sent by rogues and dirty minded people
              Iam fed up with the negligency by bsnl
              I tried to stop sms using dnd stop messages of all kinds but still i get these messages, i tried to use third party blocking apps but they too are infiltrated
              Why bsnl is so pathetic towards its customers
              I request your kindself to look into the matter and help me and all other bsnl prepaid postpaid moblie phone users from dirty cheap and unwanted sms, phone calls

                This is bit urgent as line is dead since last 3 days which is hampering business and make it difficult minuit by minuit. Called the farrukhnagar exchange nad their technician by could not get any kind of help. Would you mind to rectify the issue and fix the line. Timely action would be appropriated. Thank you.

                  I had surrendered my land line no.[protected] and did all necessary formalities. My application for credit of refund amount was received by bsnl office of aotr, serampore on 01/09/2018.
                  Unfortunately till now the refund amount has not been credited to my bank a/c (The details of which was mentioned in my application)
                  Please arrange to do the same and inform back to me the present status.

                  Today I got this message "Thanks for Subscribing for the service video5(57111) you have been charged Rs 5.0 successfully AND your service will be delivered shortly." But I didn't subscribe to any such services. No proper response from customer care.
                  I would like to cancel my landline connection from June 2019 (1st of June)my ac no [protected] and my tel ni is[protected]. Kindly note my complaint and solve it’s very fast as soon as possible.

                    Subject :- not attending complaints of my landline telephone no.[protected] in name of narayan raghunath mungekar.. Poor co-operation of bsnl local officers very bad experience from mr. Indrajeet devgad branch.. Today 18th days is over after complaints...

                    Respected sir,

                    With reference to the subject cited above please do the same. It is very painful to say that i had very bad experience from your officer mr. Indrajeet (Devgad branch ph no: [protected] & mob no:[protected]), above officer not attending my complaints since last 18 day.. Not attending my call on above both nos, after hearing my name he disconnect the call,

                    Then i had regularly traing to requested him on his mobile phone sending message but he did not give any reply the same.. Yesterday sunday night at 9 pm dtd 19th may he called me from ph no. [protected] & threatens me on loud language he will not repair my phone in any condition & told 'you have to complaints higher authority then they will come & attend your complains'.. He refuse to attend the same

                    I have already give complaints on bsnl head office in sawantwadi exchange ph no : [protected] (Complaint dtd 02.05.2019) & on also toll free no [protected] (Complaint id no:[protected] dt. 11.05.2019) till date there is no solution of my complaints because of above officer not interested.. Then what should i do in this case...

                    This type o[censored]nskilled officer doing bad treatment to bsnl customer & therefore bsnl service is not working regularly from long time. Still i paid all your bills. We have to used our landline phone in the month of may (20 days) in the september month (Ganpati festival 7 days) & november (Tulsi vivah 5 days) and we will paid bill for hole year for this particular days...

                    If we have not get proper service in the above particular days after paying regularly full payments every year... So who will responsible for that..

                    It is very painful for us to say that the said officer visited one week ago & he promised my mother he will not leave until the phone line repair, but he ran away within a half hour without reporting, my mother is in 80 years, she waited & visited many times on that place (200 mtrs from home).. Officer don’t have any manners how to respect old once… really shameless behavior..

                    Due to this reason i write this letter to attend complaints in your side my landline telephone no.[protected] so please needful for the same & solve my problem with immediate effect..

                    This is the fact.. My complaints still not solve after 18 days.. Is this type of cheap service you provided to your customers.. Really shameless

                    Concern officer please look into this matter & take action against this type of lazy officer..

                    Dear Sir / Mam,
                    I am Ramesh Mungekar frm Aarey Devgad.. in our village there is no mobile network.. so there is no option for communication & we are facing difficulties for that ...Still my phone not repair after 19 days of giving complaints.. we are only utilised bsnl service in above mentioned particular days nearly one month in year but we are already paid hole year bill ... then when we get service which we are deserved & we already paid for that.. still your local officer no one contact me & not attend my complaints...since i daily requested to these officer for clear my problem but no one can take seriously ... really careless officer

                    BSNL Devgad officer Mr. Indrajeet threatens me on loud language he will not repair my phone in any condition & told 'you have to complaints higher authority then they will come & attend your complains' .. He refuse to attend the same..

                    Our tickets for mumbai on 25 may we are coming here in village for vacation & today 21 may then when should get your service .. pls explain..

                    Please confirm when my phone will repair .. we have balance last 3 days in village.. then we will come in september month for 7 to 8 day..

                    Sir, I have a will connection no 2392380 in the name of shri vk sewal, darewadi which has surrendered on 27 Aug 2018. However the security amount has not been refunded till date, in view of the above you requested to please intimate the present position of the case and credit the amount given bank account at the earliest.

                      Sir, the telephone pole in front of my house is leaning 65 cms outward. This pose a danger to motorists and pedestrians on the road. During the day the pathway is crowded. The pole may fall on someone. This is urgent. Pls send some technician to fix before a disaster happens. Previously it was not leaning so much. Now for the past 10 years it is steadily leaning outward. The jamun fruit tree branch is supporting the pole. The base of the pole is uprooted from the ground.

                        I am in yelagiri hills. Here bsnl is the bb service provider. Since may 12th. My bb and telephone is dead. The concernef ae when contacted says it will be repaired to day but nothing has happened to restore the service till today 18 th. May. I have problems every now and then. This time it's worse as past 7days the service is dead. Bb speed is very low. Screen shots of speed test sent to ae remains in attended.

And when i went to know the details of sim no.: [protected] but officer told me this phone number is allotted to mr. Jaharuddin, hazipur district, bihar.
                          So kindly request you to please confim me how my personal number can be assign to someone. 4-5 days ago this phone no: [protected] was working and all of sudden assigned to someone. How could this happen? Below is the registered docket no./complaint number

                              Dear sir,
                              This is to inform u that i am using bsnl prepaid no [protected] and without subscribing any chalisa pack every month 20 rupees are deducted from my balance in the name of 15 rupees for 15 days dt.12-5-19new massg rec on 16/5/2019 that your ” validity has been extended and the amount of rs.36/= after 4 days. It is very ridicules.). The mssg also says that to unsubscribe call/ sms 155223 but on sending sms they say that provide number of the service, i have not subscribed with any pack. So i feel this is a simple scheme of loot lo people without any information why should i suffer a loss of rupees and even more without subscribing any chalisa pack. Kindly take actions and stop this kind of vas it spoils the name of bsnl and refund my balance. Please unsubcribe this tf chalisa pack hope for ur cooperation

                                I received two messages on 5th may 2019. First one was from
                                57171 that "you are subscribed for service silver screen for 30 days. To unsub send sms stop to 155223 (Tollfree) or dial *777#. Thanks for using bsnl services. I received another text message from bsnl exactly at the same time stating"dear customer, your account has been debited with rs. 30. Main balance...".
                                I was really disappointed & upset as it was not the first time it was happening. I have been charged rs. 30 twice this year without me subscribing to any service at all. There is not a chance that i pressed any button to subscribe to any of them as both times my phone was on a table put on charging.
                                Please note that when it happened first time, i called bsnl customer care immediately that i do not want any such service. They offered me to unsubscribe it. When i inquired if i would receive my deductedamount back in my bsnl balance, they just denied it.
                                So how to stop this all as i am being charged without my authorization every time.

                                    Hi am hari prasad and have done a purchase of rs. 4800 in hyderabad central on 14th may 2019 and the central has charged me rs.10 for the carry bag which has centrals logo on it, i have told the billing executive that they are not supposed to charge for the carry big as the expense falls under the advertising cost and recovering it from customer is not acceptable and have even quoted an example of a retail outlet paying penalty for doing so, however the executive was very clear that he was supposed to charge for the carry bag... I feel it is inappropriate to pay for a carry bag for the items bought from the same outlet... I want a similar penalty to be paid by central

                                      This telehone landline was not functioning for a long time after last cyclone. When restored, outward calls were going, for for the last one month there was no ringing sound (Bell ringing) for inward calls. Since last 10 days, even out-calls are not going. No dial tone when we lift the receiver.

                                      On the whole the telephone service is unsatisfactory.

                                      Kindly attend to this and restore the phone to working order.

                                      There is no network of BSNL . It is unbelievable that there is no coverage of network at address
                                      Vill.gandhi nagar P.O netaji nagar dist. Karimganj state.assam pin.788166.
                                      Request you to please improve the coverage.
