apathetic behaviour of call centre agent!!!

For the past 15 minutes now, i have been trying to speak to a customer service representative from bsnl broadband customer service. A man answers my call and puts me on mute. I would like you to take strong action against him for his apathetic behaviour towards me. Also, my broadband connection keeps failing recurrently. I have made several dockets for my broadband[protected] problem but all in vain. Every week i have to make docket twice. They always visit my premises to check the line but nothing is solved till date. After there checking my broadband works for a day hardly again the same problem arises. mobile registration fail

I am susanta majumder living at santinagar balaka po. Hridaypur. I purchase a bsnl mobile sim on 30.04.2019 near saltlake vikas vaban by rs. 108.00 no. [protected]. Sim was active from 01.05.2019. But 09.05.2019 show the bsnl no. Not registerd. How can it possible. Sim is deactive. Outgoing and incoming call totally stop.

mobile recharge is expensive

It is sad to inform that recharge of mobile is expensive. It is easy to recharge

not able to send sms for porting to 1900

I have a working sim of bsnl. I need to port the number to a new sim as the older one is incompatible with me new phone.

While trying to send port to 1900 it says 'message sending failed' all the time. It seems they have intentionally blocked messaging to 1900 to stop customers from porting to new providers.

I have a working sim card with sufficient balance and everything. But due to this issue i can't port...

My bill plan is 199/- broadband.
I received the land line bill of telephone no.[protected], for the month of 05/2019 for rs. 352.82, which increasing every month. The bill amount of last 4 months are as under:

May 2019- rs. 352.82
April-2019- rs. 280.49
March-2019- rs. 234.82
February 2019- rs. 223.02

As stated above, every month my bill amount is increasing...

After switching to fibre cable on 08.04 2019, i got a new no.29554087 and surrendered no.27174287. I received a bill for rs.1135 for march 2019 for 27174287, which i paid through sbi. Bsnl portal is now showing rs.1135 as due for april, when the number was not in use. Please cancel the bill and confirm. I have paid rs.117 to forward calls on 27174287 to 29554087. I have taken plan 777 and paid up for one year for 29554087....

no incoming or outgoing messages

I got the new 4g nano sim with exchange of micro sim number [protected] at bsnl office on 6th may and it got activated after 24 hrs.. Only incoming and outgoing calls are working.. No incoming sms and outgoing sms since then.. Upon enquiring they said wait for another 12 hrs.. But issues not resolved yet.. Kindly look into it and help me get my bsnl sim working. Thank you....

sms outgoing is not available from long time.

My bsnl contact no. Is [protected]. I had done complaints on bsnl customer care, they raise docket number and they closed it without resolving issue after several calls of 3-4 days. Don't know from how long this problem is with my bsnl number. Also complaint done to cpgrams (Centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system) but from there also problem not closed yet.

security deposit refund for the landline

customer executives not solving problems

I requested to activate dnd and network issues several times they register a complaint when i complain to them but after some days when no action is taken i again called them but they say they didn't register a complaint and give the same fake assurance and network issues is that when i make outgoing call everything is fine but when their is incoming call nothing can't be heard and their is same problem of call drop my number is [protected]...
