Wimax number[protected] name vijay bhalla sangrur bsnl have not refund our security amount after closing our wimax internet wimax closed 8 months ago sanggrur branch pincode 148001 noone is picking our phone noone is attending us there everyone giving fake excuses from past 3 months please do your duty sir i think due to ur bad customer expirence bsnl is down these days in our area pls be strict on them

    i am residing in a govt colony (ADRDE, COLONY, AGRA CANTT) the signal strength of BSNL network is very weak in my house so it is very difficult to call or internet uses inside the home frequent call drop or no signal condition may occurs i try to log the complaint at BSNL portal many time but it is not working. kindly do the needfull.Thanking you

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I am using bsnl 99 plan for past few months.But for the month of April bill I have received RS.472 which is far more than what I have been paying before.

      I have been paying rs 99 +GST earlier for previous few months and now I am not sure why there was an excess amount added to my bill.

      Having said that, I don't have any late payment charges as well.

      Tried to reach bsnl customer care 1500 number from my landline twice, they said will check and get my details but they never turn up and call gets disconnected automatically.

      Please look into this and clear this billing dispute at the earliest.

        I was using bsnl landline from last 17-18 year. But from last 2-3 year, it was dead. Till now i complained many times but no one fixes my landline connection.

        So i request you please fix this issue as soon as possible.

          I have to receive the message "Thanks for subscribing for the service video5 (57111) you have been charged Rs. 5.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly" regularly and Rs. 5.0 is deducted in my main account balance.

          I hv not applied for any subscriptions.. But 5.0 rupees is deducted more than 4 times from february. I hope it will be resolved... I tried to communicate to customer care but i cannot reach them.

          Plz do needful and also request to refund the amount which was deducted in my main account

            My name is spelled wrongly in my landline connection, it is elsa jebacis, but my original name is elisa jebasingh, i have disconnectedy connection, in 1 year, i will receive a cheque of my deposit amount in a wrong name, so pls update the name correctly, my landline number is[protected], i have visited the near branch, they said to reactivate the connection, but its impossible, pls update the error

                Guindy bsnl office is very worst in serving people.

                I have placed complaints regarding poor internet connection several times. But no proper action taken by bsnl officals. We have house wifi for our personal and professional purposes. Past 15 days we are facing major difficulty due to poor internet. Bsnl broadband services is very poor. They are not taking any responsibility in serving customer complaint. Immediate action needed from their side.

                  I mrs poonam pandey got my land line permanent disconnected (Land line no [protected] and gave telephone set in good condition with application to release my security money amounting rs 2114. My connection was in k1/1430, aashiyana colony lucknow -226012.
                  I visited about 6 times to take the amount and every time i was told to wait for 2-3 months and gave referance no [protected]. Now i am not at lucknow

                    This is with reference mention to above subject regarding a new broad band connection require at kakani tal-sakri dist-dhule.in this regard we have submitted our relevant documents along with the form of the same on 25/3/2019 at dhule bsnl office mrs chaudhari madam and same she has been passed our order to respective officer mr bachhav after one day he came to visit our office to issue the connection but after some days while we are contacting with him "sir is our connection will get" but he deliberately refuse the connection despite of yesterday we have contacted him to ask the same but he stated connection will not be get but already a broad band connection is being ruining at kakani grampanchayat nevertheless he refused the connection and behavior very rudely with us.

                    Hence our request you that we need a braod band connection for our hp gas agecny task, so please look the matter resolve the as soon as possible. Mr bachhav number is [protected]. We expect anticipatory action on the same.

                      I have Moto G5 plus dual sim phone. Sim 1 is jio and Sim 2 is bsnl. With jio sim there is no problem in sending or receiving message but with bsnl sim I can't send message to anyone. While receiving sms is ok.

                      The Msg appeared after sms sending failed is " Can't send sms with cellone, error 41.

                      Please try to solve this problem

                      I have realme dual sim phone. Sim 2 is jio and Sim 1 is bsnl. With jio sim there is no problem in sending or receiving message but with bsnl sim I can't send message to anyone. While receiving sms is ok.

                      The Msg appeared after sms sending failed is " Can't send sms with cellone, error 41.

                        Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is 27710447 i am just booking the complaints for the last 60 days, bsnl was never responsive. For the last two months my phone is dead & is disconnected because of non payment.
                        I tried to reach the following number [protected] no one is picking up the
                        Phone. I have not used the phone for the last two months still i am getting the
                        Phone bills. The service was never provided by bsnl. I cant even tolerate if this problem persist and bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority. I am highly dissatisfied with your service.

                        Kindly do the needful. I tried to send email to bangalore email contact;

                          Myself manoj negi and my landline no was [protected]. (Area dundigal afa)
                          In sep 2017 this account is closed as per my request as i m posted to other state, but till date refund not processed inspite of calling so many time to kompally office cntct no [protected]. They are not responded clearly.
                          In april 2018 they said ur amount 675 processed one month bill not paid by u which is wrong, all dues are clear by me.
                          But till date not a single rupee refunded to my account accout details and canclled cheque already deposit to kompallly office..

                                Recently ported to bsnl prepaid and the time since my prepaid sim started the network service is pathetic.
                                Called n number of times and no staff was ready to assist me but instead kept saying server is down blah blah blah and offered a call back which i never got till date. And if i call their service center then those # excuses i get.
                                Now i want my money back so i can switch to someother carrier.

                                Bsnl is a hopeless telecom company

                                  We the dhandai hp gas gramin vitrak and our agency having at kakani tal-sakri dist-dhule and we have applied for a new broad band connection along with land line number at dhule bsnl office as the sub district sakri official came to visit our office to establish it however crossed a week no reply from the respective officer hence it seems that they do not want to make a new consumer. Please look the matter and solve the soon.

                                    Due to non payment of bill for the period from 01.12.2018 to 31.01.2019 amounting to rs. 718.00, the landline was disconnected. Now that i have paid the bill online today vide receipt no.[protected] and transaction id fcdr[protected] and transaction date 28.03.2019 13:27:55.

                                    Since this landline is for two senior citizens, please immediately restore the connection

                                    I am paying a recurring charge on my bi-monthly bill of Rs.500 to BSNL. I don't know what this charge is for. Could the authorities please explain.                                       Rs. 5 has been deducted from my number for 4 times (Totally rs.5) as i was subscribed for service video 5 (57111). Well i am not using that service. So, kindly remove that subscription.

                                      The message is from bt-bsnlcg.
                                      Also kindly refund.
                                      The message says "thanks for subscribing for the service video5 (57111) you have been charged rs 5.0 successfully and your service will be delivered shortly."
                                      Later some and a link came.

                                        For the last 3 to 4 weeks a message comes from 57171 every week and they deduct rs 5 for divya _ 14 or sometime kiran _14 service.
                                        I talked to the bsnl customer care and they told me that bsnl has nothing to do with this service then i asked who is responsible for activation of these services since i do not have taken or requested these services. But they keep saying bsnl is not responsible.
                                        Please let me know what can be done regarding the same
