    I am having bsnl mobile and broad band land line connections.
    I am receiving spam messages to my mobile like love pathshala (54000*) and deducting rupees 3/- for every 3 days for the past one month. Without my consent they are charging. I do not know how they got my number. My broad band land line connection often disconnects. Internet connection is not working properly. I have complained to local bsnl authorities a number of times. But they are not doing anything. But they are sending bills properly. I am having 1199 plan with unlimited calls and data.
    For the past 2 months i am receiving bills for rs. 1466. Previously it was only rs.1415/-

    Kindly do the needful to rectify the mistakes.

        I recharged my bsnl sim for rs. 349 on[protected] and the validity showm in the website was 54 days but on[protected], i received a text message that the validity of my recharge is over and i have to recharge again. My phone number is [protected]. I either need a refund for the recharge or need to get validity of my next recharge extended for as many days as i lost in the previous recharge.

          Sir for two months our bsnl landline and network connection not working properly. Hardly we get the connection. Progressive work is going on our area. But it is almost finished. Since 10 days our bsnl landline and network disconnected. We already paid for one year amount rs.9073/-on19.9.2018. And 29.10.2018 rs 1320/- please resolve it as soon as possible.

          My broadband was out of service due to BSNL fault since January 2019 to 3rd March 2019, but i got bill amount for unused service.. for which i have lodge complain on 14th January 2019, no response from BSNL.

            Dear Sir,
            I am a student away from home and it has been more than 7 days and my BSNL incoming and outgoing services have been disabled. I am not able to make calls or do a bank transaction since then. I am completely helpless!
            I had a UP East BSNL Postpaid number (+91-[protected]) which I ported into Bihar Prepaid in Feb. Unfortunately, I forgot to pay the bill of January month (Rs. 117) which was due in Feb.

            Now since my services are disabled, I am running from UP BSNL Offices to Bihar BSNL Offices but officers are not helping by pointing each other and saying that they cant help. Sir, I can not find a way to pay the due bill of Jan. I didn't even get my Rs. 500 that I submitted in BSNL office as postpaid security money. So, if there's no way, I please request you to deduct my dues from my security money, I don't want even the rest of the security money.

            I tried to reach the BSNL CSC, Customer Service on call complaint lines, twitter etc but my problem has not been resolved. Moreover, the online complaint links are not even working.

            Please, Sir look into this issue as I am having a lot of problems. Thank-you.

              I have paid bsnl landlines bill using online bill pay facility from bsnl portal.
              money is deducted from my bank account but bsnl portal shows status as initiated only.
              i am receiving calls from bsnl office that pay the bill otherwise they will cut the connection.
              request you please let me customer care number of BSNL.

              I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim cards in BUS on G T ROAD near Taraori My mobile IMEI no. Was [protected] and sim card no. [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.
              I have recharged 50 rupees for bsnl number but it didn't get and again after few days recharged with 50 rupees but didn't showing yet what is problem behind this and I want solution immediately and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Make this issue to be resolved with in couple of hours and not to be provide fake resolution towards the issue.

                My my mobile number is [protected]. At 4.10 pm i received a message saying that service video 5 (57111) has been activated for my number and rs. 5 has been deducted from my account. I immediately sent a message to 155223 to stop the service and i received a reply that no service has been activated for my number. Then for what reason rupees 5 has been deducted from my account. I didn't expect such fraudulent activities from a reputed concern like bsnl. Kindly clarify.

                    This is in regard to my prepaid broadband service at chennai choolaimedu, it is disappointing that my internet connection and service was working fine then suddenly it was observed that last to last week my internet. I already faced this kind of issue and had posted a complaint online on the same site in april 2013 at

                    Unfortunately no action has been taken to restore the service and worst part it is this issue happens when there happens when there is movement of ip segment. I had attached the respective screenshot.
                    My question is when internet is working fine, why the configuration are being changed.

                    Assuming that it is necessary to change the configuration, why are we not testing with the new configuration if internet works fine.

                    When you have subscriber using your prepaid service it is really annoying that i am not able to reach out to concerned team and no action has been taken against the issue. Wan ip does not have connectivity with internet, ping and traceroute command are failing.

                    Please do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest. I have attached the screenshot in this complaint.

                    Thanks for timely resolving the issue and finally my internet connection has been restored. Please be informed that I am happy and prospective subscriber with 2 prepaid broadband, 2 landline and 3 prepaid mobile connection. Please mark the public grievance at BSNL/HQ/2019/EM-9740. as resolved. @Prepaid Broadband - Special thanks for your prompt reply, immediate action to resolve the issue and followup with respective team. I am marking this complaint as resolved in consumer complaint. My only humble request is not to change the IP configuration or do any lan movement without properly testing the internet connectivity as it can result to avoid future Thanks for timely restoration of my internet services.                       Hello, i am unable to make calls to my parents who are using bsnl sim card due to network issue. They live in a place called 'yadiki' located in anantapur district. Is is been more than a week and everytime i call my parents, i am getting no network coverage message. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the way how things are going with bsnl. I called customer care multiple times but unable to talk with agent because bsnl stopped me in the first step itself (Language selection) then i tried to reach out bsnl in twitter and got no response. I have enquired with my friends who are staying in my hometown and even they are switching to other networks because of no network coverage. The whole city is suffering with network issues (Pincode 515408). If bsnl won't resolve this issue on priority, we will be moving out from this network.

When i called for concern they says it will start in 1 hours. I have already wait for 6 days, when the service will start how much days, months or years i have to wait please till me. And if you are not able to resume service then disconnect my phone permanently.

                                Some random person is calling and telling getting calls from my number.. But i never called her... She's scolding me n telling she's getting calls many number of time... Plz repairs dis issue... She's telling about filing complaint on my number... But i neva called her...                                     My name is jacob t george, i have a bsnl ftth internet connection with id [protected]. My connection plan was (777) 50mbps unlimited, but most of the time i am getting the speed at receiving end is less than 1mbps and some time no network also. I bring this issue in attention of ranny telecom divisional officer mrs anjaly and send email to nib pathanamthitta several times, but no action had been found in favour to me. I am following this issue from last 5 months, it means from the date of installation. I am paying rs 917 every month for this useless network. Therefore i request your kind intervention in this issue and do the needful to get me the speed according to my connection plan.

Its been more then three months, i have not received the refund amount and bsnl now also, not giving any proper reply/feedback regarding the status of refund.

                                        Account no. [protected], tel. No. [protected]. I am nearly 85 yrs of age. Ref.:invoice nos. Edcwb[protected], dt. 06.01.19, edcwb[protected], dt.06.2.19. Bill amounts are rs.7409.22 and rs. 16.00 respectively. An sms has been received on 06.3.19 stating that bill for mar'19 is rs.7413. My daughter took leave from work on 26.2.19 to understand the bill for dec, '18, dt. 06.1.19 and was told that the amt represents fixed charge for the period 01.12.18 to 30.11.20 under plan 299 which means that all local and national calls (To any network) are free until 30.11.2020. Also, that the amount had been adjusted against a previous double payment to bsnl in mar 2017. Remaining amt is rs.16.00 as per bill dt. 06.2.19. As such no bills would now be received for any local or national call. The sms regarding a further bill of rs.7413 remains unexplained.
                                        I trust it will be accepted that such bills cause unnecessary and avoidable harassment to me, at this age, and also to my family. Also to be pointed out that this has been happening since 2017. I hope the matter will be corrected and i will not be forced to disconnect this telephone connection and take up the matter with higher authorities.
