I am ramanathan ([protected]) aged 70 years while attended bsnl office at mayiladuthurai on[protected] to port two mobile nos of other network to bsnl, i was forced to spend two days for this work due to the partiality tendency of mr. Anandan who was one of the clerks there without doing his proper work engaging those persons with and by whom he may be acquainted and benefited who were sitting in the office here and there to have service earlier than those standing before the table including myself more than hours.
Is such partiality behaviour in the govt. Office no enough to disciplinary action against mr. Anandan?

May I know what about the action you have taken on those person on whom I have placed complaint on Jan.2019 or all these procedures such as receiving and sending complaints to high authority to take action are eye wash one?
Phone set is not working properly. There are some sounds from the inside of the phone when the phone receives. I had complaint several time, but still not solved. So we are facing some trouble . Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Due on 2 to 3 days my bsnl sim is not working.There was some authentication sign-in faied.I want to active my sim.Other wise I will disconnected from BSNL.Please reply us

My problem is that I am getting frequently unwanted advertisement and promotional sms from service provider. It is very disturbing my other daily activities. So I would request you to arrange for stopping such messages as early as possible

    I have my bsnl sim activated yesterday in the evening. I have recharged my sim with annual unlimited internet plan 1699.
    I am not able send any sms to any of the number.
    I am not able to use data services as i need to send an sms for activating data services on my mobile number..
    It is like wasting my money where i have recharged for message and data services but i can't use services.

    Hello, I had requested for security deposit refund since June 2018 after surrendering my Land line phone connection bearing no.[protected] but no response/deposit has been made by BSNL.Plese initiate necessary actions and resolve my issue.

      My name is majesh. R. From alappuzha kerala. Am holding a 3g handset with bsnl 3g connection. Now my handset is not getting 3 g net work. The bsnl had converted the 3 g to4 g now. So my hadset is working with 2 g only. I cannot replace the set. Please give the instruction to bsnl officers to maintain 3g in alappuzha town. We are paying the net charge and getting 2 g. Its totally foolishing the customers. Please take urgent action. Hope this will reach the authorities to take urgent action. Why this 3g network not working, this is the concern for the customers.

        I have a bsnl prepaid mobile which has been charged unnecessarily for service i have not opted. This is the second time this problem is happening and rs. 30 has been deducted each for these services to which i have never subscribed. The last incident occured on 26th january, 2019. Please refund the amount to my account and please never activate any of these value added services on my number without activation.

          Recharged with rs 40 on[protected]
          Activated internet barring without data pack service on my number (Sent a massage stop to 1925) as per tri guidelines to stop main balance deduction when internet data get finished after gprs balance consumed all my main account balance deducted wrongly also illegally.
          Please refund my valuable balance for goodwill gesture.
          Please dont use bsnl service
          Call customer care several times on[protected] at 7.17pm respectively but representatives surajit and biswajit denied to help me and disconnected call

              I have recharged rs 100 top up on MOBILE NUMBER [protected] via online on dated 23/1/19 from my state bank of india sb account no[protected] ifsc code SBIN0010930. Whichis not topuped in that phone number which was debited from my account but not recharged but another rs 99 recharged from google pay account which was recharged. My rs 100 is still not credited to my account. Topup which i have recharged rs 100 on dtd i.e 23rd of jan 2019 and recharged docket number is [protected]UH65211707.please consider my case above mentioned.

                Sir i am a retired officer from capf. I am having prepaid mobile no. For the last one year sms are coming on mobile regularly at interval of two weeks to three weeks deducting rs 10/- and rs 15/- from prepaid balance. I have made complaints several times on bsnl cc no -1503. They promised me that deduction will be stopped but nothing done. It is fraud deduction by bsnl workers. What i should do. There is any other no or officer for complaint so that this fraud deduction is stopped and my balance is recovered.

                    I just port my number from idea to bsnl, but i am not getting proper networks in haryana and, in delhi, i didn't get even 2g network. Zero signal in my mobile. Very very very upset. Big disaster is that, i have to wait for three months to port my number again back to other network. I m not able to make contact to anyone. Please help me. [protected].

                        i am Anket kamtekar
                        Chandansaar Virar East 401303.

                        I port my Airtel Number to bsnl at 19th ja. 2019 ..Today 25th jan 2019 my old sim network has been off ..now i insert new bsnl sim so i couldn't not found network in my area .
                        I contact to customer care but they say your sim is activated aslo done FRC wait till network visible ..i aslo contact to sim distributor ..he say in chandansaar area tower in trubble few days ago there is problem of network ..
                        I totally disappointed about this service . Because my all bank transaction Are pending for OTP ..aslo i can't book my Gas connection through this registered mobile number ..
                        So plz do something action and try to solve this problems ..
                        This is my welcome offer problem in BSNL .

                          I am just port from airtel to bsnl on january 19 but once a month of january two time network are gone my local area katwa. again 22.01.19 to till date are not any BSNL network are Repare or something. i have lunched complain to go another location and lunched a complaint bsnl customer care but there are told me about 3 day its solve but till not solve.

                          this is not one day matter its about every month provlame.

                            Out landline number[protected], is dead from10/1/2019. Dead suddenly without signals, when we picked up the phone, for calling someone talk with relatives, it was dead already, and today's date,[protected] even from front side person also cannot call from his home, everyone is searching where we all are. And asking, why you all are not picked up our phone from landline. So please send someone to search that line. What is the problem, why our landline number is dead. Please try to repair urgent because our internet is also connected with our internet wifi. And this our residential office address also. We have to reply them also. This bsnl landline is name of our mother mrs bhatnagar manju praveen kumar. And internet wifi is my. I m miss bhatnagar richa praveen kumar. And this personal computer i can only starts from early morning.9am. Rest no one knows this computer.

                              I am unable to makonline landline (Individual) bill payment for more than week. It always throws a message that "something has gone wrong, please login after some time".
                              Please look into the problem. If there is a delay on account of your technical problem, you should not blame customers and charge penalty fo any delay due to your fault.

But bsnl is still telling me that our bill has not been paid, also they have blocked my ongoing landline calls and the broadband connection.

                                  My balance is getting automatically deducted in bsnl. Please refund back the same in my balance. If not, then do let me know the procedure to get it back more than 100 rs have been deducted till now. Whenever i recharge, balance is reduced in few days. I am not making any calls, nor sending any messages. Neither i am using data pack. Then why the hell is money getting deducted.

                                      I have given my number [protected] to port from tata docomo to bsnl but it's been around 20 days and my number is not ported yet.
                                      Although docomo has stopped giving their network i am without any service till now.
                                      Bsnl is taking alot of time in acceptance of my port.
                                      What should i do
                                      Plese hello me i am without any service neither docomo. Nor bsnl.

                                        I recharged through internet banking for rs.550.00 for bsnl mobile number [protected] on 22.01.2019 at 20.00 hrs. Amount debited from bank but
                                        Not credited in phone.
                                        I have to get credited for rs.575.00. But not received any amount in my phone.
