Our phone stopped working since 25 days and we have complained about the instance for more than 100 times nobody bothers to give a solution. Lineman will never attend the problem. Officer in the office will not respond and give vague answers. Online complaint is done, telephone complaint is done, mailed and booked the complaint, went to office and registered the complaint. Inspite of it still no remedy.
Worst case is we are getting bills for not using the phone. Such a pathetic situation it is.
Worst ever service it is.

My internet connection is not working properly.
when it provides speed, it works completely fine. But, just after 15-20 mins(sometimes less) it losses total connection. This problem was also reported last month, but it still persists.
PLEASE HELP!!

    Thirumagal nagar, peelamedu pudur, coimbatore 641004.
    For the past one week signal is very poor only 2g, that too on and off several times. Rarely 3g signal received in poor condition on top of the three storey building. I have unlimited plan of 3gb per day. Hardly i can use only 30 mb per day because of poor reception. This is highly annoying. There is no customer care executive option when i dial 1503. I dont know where to launch a complaint in bsnl except this forum.
    Very sad.

    Not able to deactivate caller tune. Customer care also couldn't help and they seem to like saying "we are having technical issue please call back after 1 hour"
    My landline number is[protected] have no line .25th November 2018.Rura BSNL have nobody attend any complain.

      I have paid rs230 for taking a duplicate simcard for my mobile no [protected] prepaid on 4th december the amount not added to my balance today i have approached the office and found that it is not recorded any where the person who took the money is not there today
      Please do the needful. If i don't hear anything about it in a reasonable time i may be constrained to take up the matter with a consumer form.

But yet now i haven't got any solution from your side. So i request you to resolve the issue on urgent basis.

          Yesterday, i topup my mobile with recharge of 220 rs. But from it now 140 rs. Is been expired. Also 140 rs is a big deal for middle class family now what should i do for this? Can you help me in my this case?

              I am using BSNL pre paid mobile no. For the past one month, or more, I randomly get a mgr on mobile that your account has been debited with 30 rupees and some absurd service has been activated. I never activate any gaming or net services from this no. therefore it is impossible that any service could get activated by itself. when i inquired about this at the customer care, I was told that they can not help with already deducted money. Once its ok.. but several times its ridiculous as the amount sums up to 120 0r 150 rupees after 4-5 times.

              i am highly stressed as this time my balance was less, Rs.39 and all of sudden they activated some NEW FAME ON GAME service and my balance dipped to 9 rupees. i had emergency calls to make which i am unable to...

              I want them to RETURN such absurd charges and assure for NO IDIOTIC MONEY DEDUCTIONS OF FORCIBLY ACTIVATING FAKE SERVICES in future.

                recharge confirmation pending

                I made my recharge through google pay and the status i could see is operator confirmation is pending from operator end.. Recharge has been made 4 hours ago and still it doesn't reflect.. I made 2 recharges one for inr 220 and other is inr 20. Its an incovinience to its customers and it is not the first time too.. Kindly process the transaction and confirm as soon as possible....

                Hii, most of the time when i call bsnl mobile from another company it get connected to wrong person
                Very serious issue, also call drop is a problem call automatically disconnected and a major their annoying callertune which approxx every bsnl number got for no reason automatically activated by company, bsnl signals are also weak in most of the areas.

                  Prathvipur gaon me signal nhi aa rhe approx 1.5yrs se. Complain bhi ki hai but koi sunwai nhi hue hai. Koi argent call ho toh aa hi nhi skti. Ye world ka esa gaon hai jaha pr kisi bhi company ke signal nhi ate hai. Batao kya kre. Ya fir esko yha se hta do. Kam se kam shanti toh milegi sare gaon bale signal se presan hai. Eska solutions kia jay jitni jaldi ho sake. I request for you.

                    Multiple sms are received on my mobile as bsnl confesion no 155223 etc and amount is getting deducted. I am not sure who is doing this without my consent. Please remove any such services activated as they are done. Is your network being attacked by others or is it done by vas companies as cheating consumer. Airtel or vodaphone does not have such issues. Please confirm via mail to [protected]@gmail.com what has to be done

                    Today i got sms are received on my mobile from BT_BSNLCG as "Thanks for subscribe ing to confesion (52000) services you have been charged Rs15 for 10 days" and amount got deducted. I am not sure who is doing this without my consent. Please tell me what happened and how to get my money back .
                    Today i got sms on my mobile from BTBSNLCG as "Thanks for Subscribing to CONFESSION(52000) service. You have been charged Rs.15.0 for 10 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223(tollfree). for subscribe ing to confesion (52000)" and amount got deducted. One more message received as"You have been successfully subscribed for Confession service. To avail the service with 15 free mints dial[protected]Toll free)."I am not sure how it's done this without my consent. Please let me know how it's happening and how to get my money back.

                      I bought a new sim on 6-12-18 now its already been more than 24 hrs still my sim is inactive do the needfull as soon as possible. My sim is prepaid. It doesn't even show tower. I just now called customer service they said it will be activated i'm not satisfied with their words. Now what should i do. I already done power off and on techniques several times. Still nothing changed. Please solve this.

                        We are located in vadodara. We have stopped using bsnl landline services since 2017 n we have submitted all the accessories. We have completed all procedures regarding closure of services.
                        But since 3 years we have yet received our security deposit which is 3000.
                        We have been juggling here n there.
                        Last time when we visited them, they said that bsnl has no money to give.
                        My father in law, who is a senior citizen, has made several such visits in vain.
                        Please help us to get our money back.

                          I am having s. B account with state bank the messages sent from my bank are not received to my mobile no [protected] though my mobile is registered with my account. When complained to the bank they reply that they are sending messages but the fault is with service provider. Hence directed to complain with bs n l. Pl look into this matter and arrange to get me messages tomy mobile

                              My land line no.[protected] is not working for the last 9 days and i have lodged a complaint with bsnl authorities over telephone no. 198 on 28.11.2018, docket no.[protected]. Till today, nobody has attended to repair and my telephone is faulty and my residence is stone throw away from the kakkand (Ernakulam district) telephone exchange.

                              Hope the authority will take immediate step to rectify the complaint.

                              Further, proportionate deduction may be made from the monthly charge of my telephone.

                                I had won #BSNLFreedom Contest on Facebook. I got a message from BSNL team regarding the same on September 21st. They asked for my contact details, but I haven't got any prize or an update regarding my prize. They are not responding to my messages. This so much disappointing. A big company like BSNL is cheating 😠😠😠

                                  Sir, i am staying in thazhakkan vilai town for several years. Here, the very big issue is signal problem. The bsnl service providers didnot take any action for this issue. We gave several requests for this issue. Till now, we didnot get any response from the bsnl service providers, karungal. If, anyone want to communicate to anyone. It is not possible because the voice clarity also worst. I request to take action to get maintenance of the bsnl tower to solve this issue.

                                      On the basis of my application my landline[protected] was disconnected vide w. O. No.-[protected] dt.[protected] but till date i have not received refund of the security deposit inspite of repeated persuasion with the local telephone exchange and submitting all the necessary requirements. (I. E. Cancelled cheque, work order (Original) along with the application for the refund.
