I have got a new telephone and broadband connection at my residence villa 73, pushpam woods, dudigatanahalli, bengalluru – 562125. However, i have been very disappointed as i started getting the bills way back from march 2018 while my connection was only activated on 19th may 2018 after a lot of follow ups and raising a case with call center. I also complaint about the notification of the bills which i was getting and i only got the response that my connection will be initialized.
It is worth mentioning here while the line was activated on 19th may, it has been deactivated again and even the ups provided with the connection do not have any battery backup. I also complaint about it but no action has been taken so far. Every month the bill keeps increasing and it has now reached up to 7074 rs.
Please take corrective actions as i know get threatening calls for recovery of bill which i have never used.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
