      Sir,
      i am a customer of bsnl fiber ftth internet . My new connetion was installed on 10 dec 18 with telephone no. 2988994 . The new ups was installed with modem but the battery of the same not working. Many time i complaint for the same . The reply i got from customer care and jto bsnl that all ups are like this we can not do any thing. Sir please look into the matter and do needful for replace ment of same as i m facing problem when ever supply gose telephone become dead so there is no use o[censored]ps . It should give backup for some time.

        I have got a new telephone and broadband connection at my residence villa 73, pushpam woods, dudigatanahalli, bengalluru – 562125. However, i have been very disappointed as i started getting the bills way back from march 2018 while my connection was only activated on 19th may 2018 after a lot of follow ups and raising a case with call center. I also complaint about the notification of the bills which i was getting and i only got the response that my connection will be initialized.

        It is worth mentioning here while the line was activated on 19th may, it has been deactivated again and even the ups provided with the connection do not have any battery backup. I also complaint about it but no action has been taken so far. Every month the bill keeps increasing and it has now reached up to 7074 rs.

        Please take corrective actions as i know get threatening calls for recovery of bill which i have never used.

          I have samsung j5 mobile. Now battery is bulged. Because of bulge the battery was damaged. I visited service center, they told that it can' acceptable even though it is under warranty. Kindly request you to replace or repair the battery. And resolve the problem as soon as possible.

          I contacted samsung customer care also. But there is no support from them.

            Sub: not able to make or receive any calls in my prepaid mobile no. [protected].

            Sir i am using the above mobile number for more than 10 years. For the past 2 months making and receiving calls in my mobile is causing problem due to some 3g tower problem. I have made several complaints over phone but the issue still remains unresolved. I am paying charges for 3g services every time for 90 days but most of the time i could not make calls or receive calls and the data services are also not available most of the times. Whenever i make complaints i am informed that the tower near my place, (Station road, west mambalam) is faulty and they are not taking any steps to rectify the problem yet.

            Sir, i request your goodselves to intervene and try to rectify the problem at the earliest.

            i visited many time thair and also call, but not proper answer given by then nor any action,

                  So until last month after every fup limit i used to get around 400kbps when downloading torrents. But from[protected] my download speed went down to 75-120 kbps constantly.
                  I dont know why this happened.
                  Whether if bsnl revised the plan or what is the problem.
                  A technician came and he said the line is okay.
                  But still i am not getting my speed back.
                  Thinking of dropping the connection.

                    Our phone stopped working since 25 days and we have complained about the instance for more than 100 times nobody bothers to give a solution. Lineman will never attend the problem. Officer in the office will not respond and give vague answers. Online complaint is done, telephone complaint is done, mailed and booked the complaint, went to office and registered the complaint. Inspite of it still no remedy.
                    Worst case is we are getting bills for not using the phone. Such a pathetic situation it is.
                    Worst ever service it is.

                      For the past one week signal is very poor only 2g, that too on and off several times. Rarely 3g signal received in poor condition on top of the three storey building. I have unlimited plan of 3gb per day. Hardly i can use only 30 mb per day because of poor reception. This is highly annoying. There is no customer care executive option when i dial 1503. I dont know where to launch a complaint in bsnl except this forum.
                      Very sad.

                        I have paid rs230 for taking a duplicate simcard for my mobile no [protected] prepaid on 4th december the amount not added to my balance today i have approached the office and found that it is not recorded any where the person who took the money is not there today

                                I am using BSNL pre paid mobile no. For the past one month, or more, I randomly get a mgr on mobile that your account has been debited with 30 rupees and some absurd service has been activated. I never activate any gaming or net services from this no. therefore it is impossible that any service could get activated by itself. when i inquired about this at the customer care, I was told that they can not help with already deducted money. Once its ok.. but several times its ridiculous as the amount sums up to 120 0r 150 rupees after 4-5 times.

                                i am highly stressed as this time my balance was less, Rs.39 and all of sudden they activated some NEW FAME ON GAME service and my balance dipped to 9 rupees. i had emergency calls to make which i am unable to...

                                I want them to RETURN such absurd charges and assure for NO IDIOTIC MONEY DEDUCTIONS OF FORCIBLY ACTIVATING FAKE SERVICES in future.

                                  recharge confirmation pending

                                  I made my recharge through google pay and the status i could see is operator confirmation is pending from operator end.. Recharge has been made 4 hours ago and still it doesn't reflect.. I made 2 recharges one for inr 220 and other is inr 20. Its an incovinience to its customers and it is not the first time too.. Kindly process the transaction and confirm as soon as possible....

Please remove any such services activated as they are done. Is your network being attacked by others or is it done by vas companies as cheating consumer.                                       Today i got sms on my mobile from BTBSNLCG as "Thanks for Subscribing to CONFESSION(52000) service. You have been charged Rs.15.0 for 10 days. To Unsub send SMS STOP or call 155223(tollfree). for subscribe ing to confesion (52000)" and amount got deducted. One more message received as"You have been successfully subscribed for Confession service. To avail the service with 15 free mints dial[protected]Toll free)."I am not sure how it's done this without my consent. Please let me know how it's happening and how to get my money back.
