I m from village nehra teh and district shimla post office nehra.. Himachal pradesh..
There is tower at nehra. Near ghanahatti...
Is not working properly... So please identify the problem.. Because there is no another network. So people's are suffering...
I hope you will understand our problem... Plzxx solve the issue accordingly...

My BSNL No. is also receiving Few OTP messages from 57171 and Then after some days message of Deduction of money from my balance came from 57171. I have complaint to Customer care but they are not doing anything.So, Please solve my problem.

I have 3 gb daily but i can hardly use its 1 gb ... mobile data never works properly... sick off this bsnl data ... you need too improve alot... i have complained many times.. even got call to sak my problem. but still no improvement at all ... my net automatically gets off.. very very poor net work.. improve or else i have to change from bsnl .

        On 2/sep/2018 my mobile went to inactive. I was Called the Customer care executive, they said to recharge with 110/- by that your number will come to activate. I was done 110/- rupees recharge 2 times. After doing top-up also they are putted my mobile in inactive. On next day i was called customer care, for this issue, they are taken a complaint ( Docket No: 8105AP300220). By today also they are not resolved my problem. From last 4 days they are saying today your problem will solve. Finally today i was done another Top-up with the amount 10/-. they are putted my mobile active, but not extended the validity date. My query is to resolve the issue of two time recharge of 110/- (2 * 110), extend the validity as per the pack.

        the BSNL people are not solved query.
        I paid Rs550 at 5.04pm for bsnl recharge but the amount is not recharged. please refund the amount to my account
        I am not using it as much I need to
        I suffer network issues too. The number is useless to me.

          I have to inform that I don't subscribed or never subscribed any VAS service on my mobile number but BSNL giving VAS itself and deducted My Money from my Mobile Balance today at 5:45 PM. Regarding this issue I made a call to BSNL Customer Care Service then a Customer Care Representative named Mr. Ashish picked up my Call and I told him to Remove this service and also requested for returning My Mobile Balance but Representative removed the health service but didn't refused to return My Mobile Balance. I want My Mobile Balance into my mobile balance. Please do something to support my words. BSNL is thief Mobile Network Service Provider.

            I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number [protected] in the jharkhand - bihar circle and the outgoing facility is not working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. This despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I lodged a complaint with the jharkhand bihar call centre in ranchi or patana. However even a week after this the outgoing facility has still not been restored please solve the solution

              I have submitted my application for disconnection of landline on 30.5.2018. Today is 5.9.2018 more than 3 months still now no refund check received. The landline number i disconnected [protected].

              I went there and talked to them in the counter but nobody gave any proper information about when the process will be done. I gave my address and right now have no clue when i will receive the refund amount. I still feel bsnl is a good company to provide customer service in a smart manner.
              Fyi... I used to be a nri stayed in usa for 10 long years and that's why feel frustrated to experience that the refund check is not received in more than 3 months.

                This is niraj kumar parihast using bsnl network for years got blocked again. As i have already registered my complain some days before but not getting response and still my number is blocked. I am facing lots of difficulties. I got this sim in deoghar, jharkhand. This problem has happened to me before. This number is linked with my bank, payment app. So please consider my complain soon and unblock it as soon as possible.

                  I paid bill for bsnl postpaid mobile no:[protected] for the month of july using paytm services. The payment was successful and got the ref no:[protected] from paytm for successful payment.

                  But in bsnl portal it still shows as payment due and now i am unable to pay the bill of august due to this issue. Anyway to rectify issue?

                  Calls to bsnl customer care did not help to resolve the issue.

                  They have checked the issue on their system and rectified it. Now I am able to view the newly generated bill from my BSNL portal account.

                  Thanks for pushing the details to BSNL customer support, I have contacted their main office and issue has been resolved by them on yesterday evening.

                      I received a call at 10;44am on 2nd sept, 2018 with the number [protected], within 10 seconds of receiving it i disconnected the call as soon as i came to know that it is some sort of advertisement call. The moment i disconnected the call i received a text which said that i have been subscribed to some service and a balance of rs 30 was deducted promptly from my account without seeking my consent. Such malpractices have become quite rampant and the bsnl staff refuse to take the accountability of the same. When i asked them to lodge my complaint they disconnect the call.
                      Something needs to be done in this respect and this situation demands an immediate action. And i want my refund of the said illegally deducted amount.

                      For last 3 months I have being receiving sms from 8 digit no starting from 54000, 52020020, 54646010 and charged Rs. 10 per sms from my bill. Every month extra Rs. 100 to 170 are charged on my bill. I have messaged 0 to 1909, but of no use. Please stop this from my phone bill.

                        Raised a complaint for dead landline on 30/07/18 with docket no.[protected].
                        The landline is still not fixed till date i. E 02/09/2018 and they have falsely updated that the issue is resolved.
                        We are expected to pay the bill for these many days without using any of the bsnl landline services.
                        Kindly provide justice as we can't afford to pay any amount due to bsnl even after closure of the telephone connection.

                          From the last 2 month, i am not able to use the broadband, because of the poor connection. Many time i visited the nearest bsnl office, and a complaint against my issue. But no one came to fix it. One of the executives told me that, there is short of the worker in the office so you have to do what you like. No one is helpful there.
                          I have also raised an online complain, but still, there is no progress on the issue. And currently, i am not able to use the broadband.
                          Without using the broadband, i have been continuously paying the bill for the last 2 month.

                          Please have a look on my issue and also waiver the bill amount that i paid without using the broadband.

                            I paid the bsnl telephone bill for my phone number 2401213 at coimbatore on 28 th august 2018 for rs.1187. Though the amount has been charged to my sbi credit card a/c bsnl inform nonreceipt of amount and asked me to pay the bill.

                                My Prepaid BSNL mobile No [protected] and [protected], while making or receiving a call we hear a crackling sound on both caller and receiver hand set and the call gets disconnected it's a frequent problem this is happening for the past 1 month i als changed the sim for [protected] considering sim problem and my phone shows full signal but the caller is hearing out of coverage area or phone is switched off this is also happening for past one month and the signal at my residence No 21, 20th street, DAE township, Kalpakkam-603102 is too weak and it is constantly interrupted like signal switching On and OFF plz look into and rectify at the earliest. thankyou.

                                  For customer id [protected] the bsnl vadodara office is sending me a bill when i have discontinued their service in may 2018. Also, prior to that they had stopped the service and yet were sending a bill. Is it not a crime to charge without rendering service. To which they mentioned that i have to give them a letter and only after that they will stop. Which i did. But they have not stopped sending me a bill every month since then. This is as recentl as 16th august 2018. I want them to stop charging me and send me an official communication of discontinuation of service from the date they actually stopped my service and refund me for the period since then.

                                    My sms settings is ok but unable to send those number like 1909, 1900, 53733 . I call customer care service they told me 3 settings about my phone. I checked. It all are ok.
                                    Trying to send sms 10 digit mobile number. And its working fine. At present i am using nokia 130. There are no other difficult settings to block those numbers.
                                    Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I had surrendered my old bsnl landline[protected] and broadband on 26-mar-2018.

                                      I applied for new landline plan of rs. 49 per month with the same landline no as previous[protected]. After this plan change, i stopped receiving hardcopy of this landline connection i. E. Since apr-2018 onwards.

                                      Also i had still not received security deposit refund for old landline phone surrender[protected].

                                      I had to pay new sd for new plan.

                                        The above number is installed a long time ago having broadband facility but non of the facility is efficiant to provide service properly, on making complaint i get the execuse that there is a fault in cable and will be resolved soon and you are billing the number without providing proper service since years, now number is shifted from bhaldarpur nagpur to gaodipura nagpur and after a week of shifting the broadband is not activated on comlaining the technician visted asked me that there is a lot of humming in the line, why have you shifted here, it won't work.
                                        Hence i ask the demartment that if they are not effeciant to provide service than why they market for the product and provide the ntc just to squeez the hard earned money from public.
