From the last 2 month, i am not able to use the broadband, because of the poor connection. Many time i visited the nearest bsnl office, and a complaint against my issue. But no one came to fix it. One of the executives told me that, there is short of the worker in the office so you have to do what you like. No one is helpful there.
I have also raised an online complain, but still, there is no progress on the issue. And currently, i am not able to use the broadband.
Without using the broadband, i have been continuously paying the bill for the last 2 month.

Please have a look on my issue and also waiver the bill amount that i paid without using the broadband.
