Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

Hi. Last month BSNL have charged extra 475Rs on my bill as one time charge for some hungama movies which I didn't subscribe for. I called them and told the same. Now I received my this month bill. Again the same thing. Please remove the extra charges from my bill or disconnect my connection. Am not interested in continuing with a company like this.

We have a land line from dp distance is just between 30 meter, Each and every alternative we had to raise complain either telephone dead, noisy, no incoming, Telephone service man always says our instruments is faulty when we know its a new one no problem at all. Many times requested them to connect on cable connection as this connection is within very very short distance. Now a days out going is ok but the sound of incoming calls are very much disturbed .. The people are very casual. Their department can check that the schedule payment of which is done on time each and every months, what type of service will they tender to their customer ..

I got a new sim going to BSNL office paying Rs.20/- fee standing in Q for an hour as the old sim was misplaced.
Even after two days the new sim (same number) has not been activated.

The customer care says my number is still blocked and I have to go the same BSNL office again and complain.
I do not understand why the customer care can not pass the same complaint to the "Same Bsnl" office themselves and solve the issue.
I have to spend 3 hours of my time 200 rs auto charges and probably another 20rs fee.

My mobile#[protected]. I have given request to bsnl customer care by mobile for activation of DND service.But they didn"t give me any service request ref no by sms or told me by phone after taking DND complain.Only told wait 7days.Tillnow my problem not solved.l have used sms data sended to 1909 & phone to 1909 cc.No solu"n made.so pl took necessary steps for my complain against BSNL CUSTOMERCARE.

After lodging my complaint to bsnl that my landline is not working i received a call from a person that in order to get a complain number i have to send an sms bvas to 56677 and soon after sending message i started receiving sms messages saying
1. Thank you for registering bsnl hungama service.
2. User name and password
I didn't think much of it at that time but when i went on the said website and saw the services activated, i immediately deactivated the services so that i don't get charged but today i received the bill amount with 300rs extra charged for the hungama services. Now this is complete fraud and i don't know how these guys got to know my number and the fact that i've lodged a complaint, it might be that bsnl is giving them our info.
I have made my mind to disconnect my landline connection and would like to have some solution to this matter and my hard earned money back which those frauds charged from me.

After complaint to several authority, the service is out of order for a number of days and i facing troubles. I have approached local authorities, they are indifferent to the customer. When we late to pay, the are charging late fee but when phone is kept out of order and delaying to repair, no concession is given but taking full hire charge. As a customer it very much difficult to continue with this company. There are several companies whose service is far better than bsnl. So it is better to leave the connection inoperative and stop for ever.

Iam mohan kumar lingasamy, residing at 1/226-1, c. O. Colony, collectorate post, virudhunagar-626002, tamil nadu.
We are having landline connection[protected] for more than 15 years. Even in this era of mobile technology we are using this for the communication with our old aged parent as they are not versed with the mobile usages. Also this is being an ancient no., connecting to our friends.
The problem is - for past five years our land line is not even working continuously for a 10 days time. Its going dead or not ringing in actual, line disturbance etc., etc., creating hindrance to communicate with our parent.
Writing this after coming to the verge of changing the landline options with other networks.

The bts mobile lighting tower installed at dongri buzurg mine, thahil tumsar, distt. Bhandara, pin code no 441907, std code 07183, it is used for mobile networks and internet/broad facility, but above said networks not working since last 5 days (Encounter this problem often in month), we have already informed of bsnl authority tumar for above matter, but none of them are attending the complaint. As well as about 300-400 peoples are depend on above networks also.

My data plan is not working on the very next day of recharge. It is showing as if no data plan is present. I've faced this problem a dozen times by now from my earlier experience with this plan. Whenever the data quota gets exhausted for a single day, the next coming day has no data service available. This is a very serious issue, please take note.

I got a msg today which is telling that 30rs has been deducted from ur balance...I called customer care to ask about that...They said u have subscribed mobhiksha that's y it has been deducted and we will de active it for u...Then I asked what about my 30rs and I didn't get any msg or call and I doesn't even know what mobhiksha is then how can I subscribe ...then they are telling that we don't know just we can deactive it...If company is not telling about it then how can customers know about it...For one it's only 30rs...But if it send to 100mem it's 3000...It's really fraud...I didn't get any msg or call or any flash msg ...Then how can I subscribe it...Before also i got msgs cutting 5rs at that time I leaved it ...But it's becoming more...That's y i am complaining..Plz help us...And solve the problem

Service is not good...always neglecting complaint from valpoi exchage, i was complaint about low speed and disturbance in line...20 days passed...but no response...i pay bill approximately 800 rs every month but service is so bad that now i complaint to media about negligence of valpoi exachange...this is last warning from my side...they always giving non sense reason when i complaint...so plzz...di the needful or i know what i want to do from my side

I have got a new broadband connection of 20 mbps speed. Unfortunately, i have getting only 7 to 7.5 mbps speed. Upon contacting local exchange, they are saying they cannot provide more speed. The executives are rude in attending the calls and claim that i should be happy with the speeds i am getting.

If bsnl is marketing a plan of 20 mbps why should i get less than half of that?

Kindly provide me the speed as per the plan.

The registered complaints are being closed without attending or rectifying the issue.

this is lokesh from silchar (assam), its been already 6 months that I have ported out my number from Vodafone network to bsnl network. since than I am unable to send or receive sms (text message), I had even complained it to the customer care several times, every time they close the complaint saying that it is resolved, but still I am facing the same issue.

I even visited there franchise office in person. they always write down my number and ask me to leave saying that this has to resolve it from culcutta, but still no update for the same

So its a humble request from my side, kindly help me to solve this

Land line no.[protected] is not working since a month. Officials of the bsnl, despite several complaints are not resolving the issue. Every alternate month problem occurs. No commitment on the side of bsnl officials.

But every month we are made to pay the minimum bill. This area is not covered with any other mobile network also. It is very difficult to deal with the matter.

I, purchase pest repellant which i purchased through the
Www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant. I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So i can't use it. So, i would like to give a complaint on smashing commerce website... It;s a very bad product this co. Cheat me kindly help me regarding return my money. No response from party..

My broadband and landline[protected] is not working properly. I have experienced some abnormal sound when i answer the calls. Also phone is not ring when the incoming calls are coming. I have same trouble for the last 6 months. I have given verbal and written complaints to aranmula and kozhencherry telephone exchange but the problem is not yet solved. I can’t use my internet to contact our overseas siblings due this issue. If you can’t fix the issue. I may be forced to cancel. So please do needful.

Rs1053/- debited from my SBI account for BSNL bill payment, but no confirmation from either the bank or the merchant BSNL till date[protected]

SBI transaction ID is NSBI[protected]IGADUIYEW9 dated[protected].

Please resolve the issue as the payment is due on[protected]. I've not received a refund from the bank either.
